At the village, a funeral is being held for Fudou. As Fudou's body is cremated, Rihaku tells Fudou to rest in peace. He swears he'll protect Yuria, in the name if the five chariot stars. They, the five chariot starts, passed throughout heaven, and ran across the land.

The Wind, the Cloud, the Flame...

...the Mountain and the Ocean. All for Yuria, the last general of the South Star six holy fists.

Protect the Merciful Mother of the South Star!
Even If It's the End of the Five Chariots!!

It was believe that Yuria had died in Southern Cross. However, this was not the case -she was saved by the South Star five chariot stars. Shin found that Yuria was still alive, and was then approached by Rihaku, Tou and Fudou. Rihaku explained who they were, and that they were here to take Yuria.

Shuren and Huey appeared, and reported that Raoh was closing in on Southern Cross, ready to make his move once the fight between Kenshiro and Shin was over. Knowing that to face Raoh right after Kenshiro would be difficult, and to also protect Yuria, Shin passed Yuria over to the five chariot stars, and walked back into his fortress. He told them to keep Yuria alive, whilst he would take blame for her "death".

Time passed, and Rihaku and Tou realized that the time had come for them to make their move. Huey of the Wind was the first to head out, and he and his army attacked several of the Fist King's villages. Huey used his wind split fist...

...to slice his enemies apart. He and his army soon confronted the Fist King. Raoh killed Huey with a single punch.

Shuren of the Flame was the next to face the Fist King. He tried to burn Raoh to ashes, but even his fierce determination wasn't enough. Raoh broke his neck and crushed his head, killing him.

Juza of the Clouds was asked to fight, but he initially refused. He was eventually taken to the South Star capital, and after meeting the last general and realizing who she was...

...he said he would give his life to her. Juza went straight off to Raoh, and has his first confrontation with him. He eventually returned to where Raoh was, where the two fought again.

Despite Juza's best efforts, Raoh was able to overcome him. Juza refused to say the name of the last general, and continued to fight, even in death. Raoh called him a worthy opponent.

Meanwhile, Fudou of the Mountain had found Kenshiro, and explained who he was and why he was here. He lead Kenshiro, Bat and Lin to the South Star capital, but they were confronted by many of the Fist King's forces. Fudou told Kenshiro to head to the capital by himself, whilst he dealt with the army heading their way. Fudou also looked after several orphaned children.

In order to confront his fear, Raoh found Fudou. Fudou was the only man who had made him feel fear during his youth. Raoh was able to beat Fudou up. Fudou's children told him that they weren't scared, and were with him. They showed no fear of the Fist King, and told him to go away.

Fudou stood once more, finding his children's actions enough to give him his final strength. As Fudou and Raoh went to hit each other, Fudou was shot with several arrows. Fudou told Raoh that as long as fear is embedded into his body, he won't be able to defeat Kenshiro. Fudou then fell.

Back in the present, Rihaku says that he can hear the cries of Huey, Shuren, Juza, Fudou and Tou. He is now the only one left, Rihaku of the Ocean. He vows to protect Yuria, in the name of the five chariot stars.

For that, Kenshiro must win -that is the chariot star's wish. Kenshiro thinks about the souls of the five chariot stars, and that he won't let them be lost in vain.
