Raoh seeks to rule the tempest world with terror. Naming himself the Fist King, his conquest has already begun. Many battles have been fought over the control of the century's end...

...and the last general of the South Star six holy fists has finally started to move!

The South Star Strikes Back!
The Wind Army Protects the Last General!!

At a castle, a carrier pigeon delivers a message to Huey. Huey tells Shion that the message is from Rihaku, so Shion knows it's time.

Huey says that calamity surrounds the North Star, and now the time has come for the five chariot stars to rise. He'll be the one to make the first move for the last general of the South Star six holy fists. At the South Star capital, Rihaku tells the last general that the Wind has made its move.

Some of the Fist King's soldiers have setup a camp, when they suddenly get hit by a powerful gust of wind. They then see something in the distance, and realize they're about to be attacked. Huey and his army have arrived, and Huey orders his men to attack.

Later on, Raoh arrives, and finds one man left alive. The guy explains that they were attacked by the wind army, who have a strong leader who killed their squad leader...

The wind army quickly attacked, causing several explosions and running over any survivors. The squad leader asks Huey just who he is.

Hey tells him that they'll slaughter anyone who side with the Fist King. The squad leader charges, but Huey uses a wind technique against him:

GOSHA FUURETSU KEN

(Five Chariot Wind Split Fist)

Huey says his art uses the wind to cut with vacuum waves, a vacuum strong enough to cut through steel. Back in the present, the survivor says their leader was sliced up and died horribly, but he then dies himself. Raoh wonders if there are other fools besides Kenshiro who intend to go against him.

In another town, some guys are holding a recruitment rally for the Fist King. The recruiter says that Lord David, the right hand man to the famous ruler, the Fist King, is now hiring! He tells the villagers that now is their chance to sign up! Uniforms will be provided and you'll be given a month's supply of food and water on the spot! This area is already under the Fist King's control, so if they join now, before the Fist King gets to this town, they can even boss all the new guys around! Some of the villagers question if what they're offering is really true. One of the men says it is -you get all the food you want.

He's also ever been without water, as it's all you can drink! He demonstrates this by pouring some water out over the floor. The recruiter says that you rarely ever have to go into combat, as most enemies will run the moment they hear Lord Fist King's name! Several of the villagers decide they'll sign up, so the recruiter tells them to get onto a truck.

However, an older villager tells them to stop, as the villagers have just been lied to. He warns them that it's hell being in the Fist King's army, and says they should think it over. One of the guys tells the villagers not to listen to some senile old man, and tells them to hurry up and get on.

Another guy tells the old man to watch it with the false accusations, and pushes him out of the way. He bumps into Kenshiro's group, and Kenshiro asks him what this is all about. He explains that they're recruiting new troops for the Fist King's army. He had two sons, who were lured in by promises to join the Fist King's army, and he's not heard a thing from them since. He's heard rumors they were treated horribly and have died. And it's not just his sons, he's never heard good news from any of the young ones who've tried to join the Fist King's forces. He asks Kenshiro for help.

A guy goes to club the old man to death, but Kenshiro stops him. He shoves the guy to the floor.

The other soldiers ask him if he's going up against the Fist King, but the recruiter sees things differently. He thinks Kenshiro has guts, and he's in good shape. He asks Kenshiro if he wants to join the Fist King's army -it's a much better life than wandering around this village.

Bat says that from what they've heard, that's a load of garbage! He's about to explain to the recruiter who Kenshiro is, but Kenshiro stops him from speaking his name. Kenshiro then tells the recruiter that he'll go with him. The recruiter is pleased, and thinks Kenshiro looks pretty promising -he'll get special treatment!

Bat and Lin are distraught, and try to follow Kenshiro, but a guy tells them to wait. They've got no need for brats, so they should go away and take a nap or something. As they can do nothing more but watch, they notice Kenshiro nod at them. The recruiter says they'll head to Lord David's place.

The villagers who are leaving say their goodbyes. The old man thinks they're fools, when they wake up from their dreams, they'll be in the middle of hell. Later on, the truck arrives at the ruins of a building.

Bat and Lin have followed, but they keep their distance. Bat wonders if Ken really wanted to work for the Fist King, but Lin tells him that's not funny -Ken would never do that. Inside the ruins, the recruiter thanks everyone for coming, but now they must prepare themselves -they're never going home again! He tells them to say hello to Lord David.

David welcomes them, and hopes they'll all work with pride and honor as members of the Fist King's army. But before that, the entrance exams must begin. Only the strong may join, so the exam is simple: they are to kill each other. The sole survivor will be the one who can join, but there will be only one: the last man standing.

The villagers say this wasn't what they were told earlier, and decide they're out of this. They try to leave, but then someone gets in there way: Glen. Glen tells them to wait.

Glen rips his shirt apart, as David explains that Glen is a combat machine. SInce he was little, he's raised him to only fight, and will do anything he says. If the villagers want to go home, they'll have to beat Glen first.

Glen suddenly advances, and manages to grab some of the villagers. He starts to crush them, but eventually lets them go before he kills them.

David tells everyone that they won't be going home, and encourages them to kill each other. The recruiter asks them if they're cowards, do none of them want to fight? Kenshiro then steps forward, and says he'll do it. The recruiter is happy to hear this, as he knew he had talent. He points at one of the villagers and tells him to kill him, or anyone else he wants to kill. Kenshiro says he understands.

He hits the recruiter a couple of times, and says he's doing as he said. The recruiter says he didn't mean for him to attack him, and asks to be let down.

Kenshiro knees him in the groin, and seconds later, his head bulges up and explodes. David asks who this guy is.

Kenshiro says his name, and also says he's here to bring them all down. When David hears this, he realizes this must the Kenshiro of the North Star divine fist. He thinks that if he defeats him, the Fist King will praise him, and he'll get to lead a squad instead of just recruiting. Kenshiro thinks David has fear written all over his face, and warns him that if he tries to run away, the Fist King will kill him. He should stop trying to act tough.

David tells Glen to attack, so Glen does a powerful punch that Kenshiro leaps away from. Kenshiro starts hitting back, but nothing he does seems to effect Glen, who just stands there and takes it all. He grabs Kenshiro, and even when Kenshiro punches him in the head a few times, he doesn't seem bothered at all.

He starts to crush Kenshiro, causing his restraints to break off. David says Glen is angry, as that's the first time he's taken off those restraining springs. He reveals that Glen is as strong as a hundred men, and tells him to kill Kenshiro. Glen starts throwing Kenshiro around, and then punches him.

He then starts choking him, and David thinks this is it for the North Star divine fist. However, Kenshiro says the North Star divine fist has withstood every trial, and he'll now show its 2,000 year history... he'll meet strength with strength! He rips his jacket and shirt off, and then prizes Glen's hands apart. Glen punches Kenshiro several times, but Kenshiro remains in place.

He then hits him with an iron bar, but again, it has no effect. Getting desperate, he rips up a chunk of ground and slams it over Kenshiro, but yet again, it does nothing. Kenshiro asks him if that's all.

He grabs Glen's wrist and snaps it, causing him to fall to his knees. He then tells Glen that his power is now a hundredth of what it used to be, so he can no longer wield his monstrous strength. Glen says fighting is all he knew, as it was what Lord David had taught him. Fighting was the only way he could repay him, and now that he's lost, he tells Kenshiro to kill him. If he can't fight, he's useless.

Kenshiro tells him he was just a tool controlled by David. He asks him if he will stop siding with the villains, and stop killing. Can he free himself from David's curse, and live as a new man? Glen asks him if he can help, and Kenshiro nods. He tells David to go and find a quiet place to live in peace.

Glen gets up, but as soon as he does, he is shot with several arrows. David says he doesn't have any use for a man can't fight, and the Fist King's army doesn't allow defeat! Glen falls down dead.

Kenshiro says David twisted a man's destiny, and then killed him as soon as he was done with him -he won't be forgiven! David realizes he's angered the wrong person, but orders the rest of his men to attack and kill Kenshiro.

However, they are too afraid to fight, and just stand there. Kenshiro asks David why he doesn't fight instead, and says that the sum of the Fist King's army is nothing but a bunch of thugs who enchain people with fear, and petty threats. He tells David to look at himself, as fear is written all over his body. David decides to run for it, and the rest of his men follow him.

David calls them a bunch of idiots -they're supposed to fight! But they tell him that it's not fair that he gets to run away by himself. David claims he's not running away, he's off to make a report, but then they see someone else running right towards them. Huey runs between them all.

David says to forget it, they need to keep running. But then all of his men get split to pieces. David then sees that Huey's army are also here, blocking him off. He has no idea who Huey is, but Huey asks him if he's one of the Fist King's men. David claims he's just a lackey, but Huey won't listen to his excuses. He swings his arms around...

...and David is split into pieces. Huey then sees Kenshiro, but he knows who he is. He then introduces himself and says he is one of the five chariot stars: Huey of the Wind.
