With the help of Doctor Arkeville, Megatron plans to bring Cybertron to Earth.

Synopsis

Starscream, Thundercracker and Skywarp attack a solar power station, which is a distraction to draw some of the Autobots out. During the battle, another group of Decepticons enter Autobot HQ and kidnap Sparkplug, bringing him back to the Decepticon's base. Doctor Arkeville, a human scientist who has sided with Megatron, implants Sparkplug with hew new hypno-chip device. The Autobots attack the Decepticon base and rescue Sparkplug. When Sparkplug is taken back to the Autobot HQ, Arkeville instructs him to sabotage the Autobots, breaking their weapons.

The Decepticons then attack, and the Autobots are powerless to fight back. Spike finds one of his father's wrenches next to Teletraan I, and realizes his dad also sabotaged the computer to turn the security systems off. Spike manages to get fire-retardant to be released in the base. As this stuff could permanently damage their circuitry, Megatron orders the Decepticons to retreat. They then head to the location of a space bridge, one which is far larger than any other. Megatron reveals his plan to Arkeville: he intends to use this space bridge to bring Cybertron here. Arkeville is dismayed to learn this, as the gravity of Cybertron will create earth quakes and tidal waves, which will devastate Earth. But Megatron intends to use the energy released from this devastation to fill energon cubes, and have them shipped straight to Cybertron.

The repaired Autobots learn of the new space bridge and head out to stop Megatron. The Autobots and Decepticons begin fighting, but during the battle, two of the energy pylons are activated. Megatron then tells Optimus that he will activate the third and final pylon, as if he doesn't, Cybertron will be lost forever. Knowing how many friends are still on Cybertron, Optimus activates the pylon, which starts up the space bridge and brings Cybertron to Earth. The Autobots and Decepticons stop fighting when they see their world above them, as Megatron starts gloating that he's won. Optimus Prime can only look at Cybertron, thinking that he may have saved his home planet... only to have destroyed the Earth?

-Cybertron appears to be quite a bit smaller than Earth.

Errors

-Sideswipe briefly clips through Spike as he goes to shoot Rumble.
-When Arkeville rushes towards Sparkplug, he clips through Megatron.
-When Arkeville ranks the chip's power up, the wrong background is used -it makes him look like he's in the Autobot's base instead of the Decepticon's.
-When the Autobots talk about it being the biggest space bridge ever, Bumblebee is on Ratchet's right. But when the shot changes to this, Bumblebee is gone, whilst an off-model Hound has appeared to Ratchet's left.
-Sparkplug says "what's wrong, are you?" to Spike, which doesn't appear to be a complete line.
-Spike is then seen responding to the above, but no words come out of his mouth.
-The wrong background is used again when Arkeville says he must recompute the control codes -he's once again in the Autobot's base instead of the Decepticon's.
