Synopsis

Ryu is back to normal, and Ken gives him a brief recap on what's happened. The two of them set out to save Chun Li and find Bison. Guile gets up and tries to attack Bison again, but is no match for him. Bison says he can't waste any more time on him, and has Chun Li fight him instead.

Thinking that a full-scale Interpol invasion may be about to happen, Bison tells Zoltar to evacuate the base along with all of the other personnel, and head to their base in Cambodia. The eagle head then seems to contact Bison, telling him to come to the shrine. Bison does so, be teleporting himself, Guile and Chun Li there.

Ryu and Ken are led to where the shrine is, and see everyone. Guile explains to them that Ken's father sent him here to rescue them, and the three are ready to fight Bison. But the eagle head communicates with Bison, and Bison says only Ryu and Ken are permitted to go to the next level. The eagle head emits a bright light, which surrounds Ryu and Ken.

Guile and Chun Li are teleported outside. The energy from the eagle head causes the explosives that Guile and Nash planted to go off, destroying most of the fortress. But Guile is shocked to see that some kind of massive, spherical object has suddenly appeared, whilst Ryu, Ken and Bison are nowhere to be seen.

Errors

-In the last episode, when Guile hit the machinery, it cracked. In this episode, the cracks are missing.
-In the Manga Entertainment version, the next episode preview has the narrator say "Last Round" yet the title card states "Final Round".
