Half-mad with grief from seeing his partner's lifeless form, Guile charged Bison in a full on rage, only to be blasted back by Bison's psycho power. Meanwhile Cammy taught Balrog what happens to those who trick her, leaving him to Fei Long. And, back in the Shadowlaw fortress, Ryu's hadou ken and Ken's hadou sho ryu met in an explosive clash.

Ryu throws out his hadou ken, whilst Ken uses the hadou sho ryu. The two techniques clash, causing a massive explosion.

Ken and Ryu get blown away, and as Ryu is hit by a wave of energy, the cyberchip on his forehead bursts off. His eyes return to normal.

The released energy creates a tornado, which rips apart the fortress. Bison just stands there, laughing away. The eagle head emits energy, which Bison seems to absorb.

However the eagle head then stops emitting energy, and things return to normal. Guile manages to get up.

He says this fight isn't over by a long shot, and wants to go again. Bison thinks that's delightful. Meanwhile, Ken gets up, and looks around the wrecked room.

He sees Ryu, and goes over to him. Ryu is back to normal, and asks what's going on. He doesn't know why he's sleeping here in this room full of broken rocks. He gets up and says he's sore, and he's hungry. Ken sees he's back to his old self again, but Ryu can't remember what happened.

Ken explains Bison had taken over his mind somehow, but Ryu doesn't know who Bison is. Ken says he's not sure either, but knows Bison is a big, evil bastard. Ryu then does recall Bison -he fought him before. Ken says Bison has also controlled Chun Li's mind, so it's up to them to save her.

Bison laughs, and says few men could survive a blast of his psycho power, and rise again to face him. He thinks the death of Nash has given Guile strength, and hatred is a grand thing. Guile tries to attack him again, but Bison uses his psycho power to teleport around the room.

Guile thinks Bison is afraid of him, but Bison calls him insolent. If he could afford the diversion, he's certainly reward him with his death. But he has worthier adversaries in need of attention. Guile tries to attack again, but Bison uses a blast of psycho power to hit his hand.

Guile gets blasted over into a wall. Bison says he regrets that he has no more time to play with him, but he's got a surprise. He tells Chun Li to give Guile the fight he's been craving.

Chun Li approaches Guile, but Guile knows her name -there was a Chun Li with Ken and Ryu. He asks if that's her, but she doesn't answer, and instead attacks him.

Zoltar wakes up, and Bison tells him he's been asleep long enough. He asks what's going on, and sees Chun Li fighting Guile. Guile thinks that Chun Li fights like a demon!

Chun Li manages to hit Guile with a kick. Bison tells Zoltar to alert all personnel on the base immediately, and have them evacuate to their facility in Cambodia. They're abandoning this island, as he believes Guile is likely the first sign of a full-scale invasion by Interpol. He wants this base cleared out before that happens. Zoltar says he'll get Bison's jet prepared, but Bison says no. He will be staying, as he has a few things he needs to finish.

Ken says he swears he'll make Bison pay for what he did. He thinks they won't have to look very far to find Bison, and he and Ryu move out. Bison says his two young guests will find him soon enough, and when they do he must be sure he gives them a proper reception. The end game is here, and once Ryu and Ken are obliterated, no one can stand against him!

An alert goes out, and all of the Shadowlaw personnel start to evacuate. Ken and Ryu wonder what's going on, and Ken says they'd better move it. Zoltar asks Bison why he must remain behind, but Bison says he's beginning to annoy him. He tells Zoltar to get off the island with the rest, as he ordered an evacuation -or is he disobeying his command?

Zoltar says he'll do as he ordered, and will be waiting for him in Cambodia. As he leaves, Bison says he still has an urgent situation to settle, and settle it he shall! Meanwhile, the Shadowlaw personnel run down to the bottom level...

...and board a submarine. Everyone has boarded, so Zoltar says they'll disembark immediately. The submarine dives, and heads to Cambodia.

Chun Li continues to fight Guile. Guile manages to get her in a hold, but wonders how she can be so strong.

The eagle head starts to emit a strange noise, that Bison starts reacting to. The eagle head then starts to glow with energy again.

It seems to be communicating with Bison, telling him to go into the shrine. Bison's psycho power seems to start going out of control, as he yells out. The room itself starts to distort, and Guile wonders what's going on.

Bison says to look upon him, do they see how pathetic they are? Only a chosen few have the power to face him on this level! Elsewhere, a door suddenly opens up where Ryu and Ken are.

Ryu wonders why it suddenly opened, and Ken thinks Bison might be watching, trying to get them to walk right into his trap. Ryu says they should do it, if only to get closer to him. Meanwhile, the room Bison and the others are in continues to warp, but then changes. Guile realizes that they've somehow arrived in another location entirely.

Chun Li breaks free from his hold, and jumps over to where Bison is. Bison tells Guile to be silent, and observe what's about to happen. Guile asks what that is, and Bison says it's the arrival of the two foes he'll face in the final conflict, they who are chosen! A door then opens up at the back of the room.

Ryu and Ken enter, and Ryu tells Bison he's not his slave any more. Ken's glad that Bison has finally come out of hiding. Bison thinks they're so spirited, and says he's been looking forward to this for a long time. Ken and Ryu then notice Chun Li.

They also notice Guile, and he tells them its been a long time. Ken asks what the hell he's doing here, and Guile explains his father sent him to rescue them. Bison says it's so heart warming to see old friends reunited, but there are other matters at hand. Ken and Ryu are here for a reason, and they must commence the festivities without further delay.

Ryu tells Guile that they can talk later, they need to find a way to take this Bison guy out. Bison says he invites them to try, but then the eagle head glows. It seems to talk to Bison, and Bison says that's an excellent idea. He tells Guile that only Ken and Ryu will be permitted to venture on to the next level, he'll have to remain behind. He's not one of the chosen, so he cannot follow them now.

The eagle head begins to pulsate with energy again. There is a very bright flash of intense light, but the next thing Guile knows, he's under attack by Chun Li again.

As Chun Li attacks, Guile realizes that the two of them are suddenly outside the fortress. He wonders how Bison pulls off this weird tricks, as one second he was standing in the shrine, the next second he's fighting this girl. And what a fighter she is -she's like a machine! He thinks that if he doesn't pull himself together, he won't be able to get out of here alive, and he sure won't be able to save those kids.

The energy from the eagle head continues to be sent out, and it effects the explosives Guile had set, causing them to go off. As the fortress starts to explode, Guile realizes those were the explosives he and Nash set, but doesn't understand why they went off -he didn't hit the detonator!

The base starts to crumble, and Bison's jet is destroyed. But a strange object then appears, which shines with a intense light.

Guile looks at it, and as the light dies down, he is shocked to see what it is: some kind of massive sphere, which is in the place the fortress used to be.

Faced with the unstoppable might of Bison's psycho power, Ryu and Ken fight not only for their lives, but for the fate of the entire world. Be here as Bison unleashes his dreaded psycho crusher assault. Will the combined might of Ken's sho ryu ken and Ryu's hadou ken be enough to defeat him?
