In his battle against Zangief, Guile emerged victorious. But the fight between Fei Long and Cammy over the life of Dorai is far from over. Meanwhile, Ken struggles valiantly against Ryu, who's been transformed into a killing machine by a Shadowlaw cyberchip. Bison unleashes his psycho power on Guile's partner Nash, as Chun Li watches coldly, a cyberchip shining on her own forehead.

Bison continues to choke Nash. Nash calls out Guile's name one last time, but then dies. Guile continues to run around the fortress, and tells Nash to hold on.

Bison drops Nash to the ground, and says that death is their ultimate reward, yet it's so unsatisfying. He tells Zoltar to see that Nash gets a proper burial, then turns his attention back to the fight between Ken and Ryu. He says now, they'll resume the entertainment of the day.

He tells Zoltar to command Ryu to use his hadou against Ken. Zoltar protests, but Bison calls him a pitiful worm, and demands he relays the command to Ryu. Zoltar does so, and Ryu starts to gather together his ki. Ken immediately realizes what Ryu is going to do -he's going to use the hadou ken against him! He wishes there was some way he could get through to him, but then thinks back to when he used the hadou sho ryu ken for the first time. When he focused his ki before, he could see Ryu in his mind, almost like it gave them some kind of mental link.

He thinks it's a long shot, but he thinks he could use hadou to break through to Ryu. He starts to gather ki, so he can use the hadou sho ryu ken. Zoltar thinks this is dangerous, but Bison wants him to keep silent. Zoltar says that if Ryu and Ken simultaneously shoot their powers, they could blow up the whole fortress, and them with it! Bison says he doesn't care, he just likes the idea of hadou unleashed against hadou -wouldn't it be fascinating to see how destructive the energy of all life is when it's turned against itself?

Ryu and Ken continue to gather their ki.

The gathered energy starts to cause damage to the room, with some of the walls beginning to crack apart. Ryu and Ken remain focused.

Bison seems to react to the hadou, as his fist and eyes glow. The ground beneath Ken cracks apart.

Ryu starts to form the hadou ken between his hand, and the room starts to break up. Ken tells Ryu to go on, and just do it.

Bison yells for Ryu to strike, and tells Ken to attack, he wants them to destroy each other! Meanwhile, Guile runs towards where Nash is, as the homing device on his earpiece leads him the correct way. He comes across a door, and opens it up.

He sees another door ahead, but can't open it. He starts setting up explosives, but Zoltar sees him via a surveillance camera. He warns Bison that they have an intruder, and believes him to be another American commando. Bison isn't interested, and tells him to be silent.

The explosives go off, and Guile starts to prize the door open. Zoltar runs over to try and initiate the secondary locking sequence, but he's too late. Guile runs into the room, and takes Zoltar out with a somersault kick.

Guile sees Nash, and rushes over to him. But he realizes that Nash is dead.

Chun Li watches intently, as Guile remembers what he's told Nash about this mission: he'd said he thought the worst threat they would ever face in their careers was waiting for them here. Bison doesn't bother turning around, but tells Guile he presumes Nash was a dear friend. A friend is such a beautiful thing to have, and such an unfortunate thing to lose. He tells Guile to observe the monitors, as they have two other dear friends who are now locked into a battle to the death. He thinks Guile can surely appreciate the beauty of a moment like this.

Guile tells Bison he's dead. For killing Nash... he's going to die! He charges towards Bison, only for Bison to turn around and blast him with psycho power.

Guile hits some machinery. Bison calls him a fool, and says this is the best part. He tells him to just wait there, as he'll be glad to finish him later. He then turns his attention back to the monitors, and starts laughing.

At the hospital, Fei Long continues to fight Cammy. Fei Long says he doesn't intend to let Dorai fall victim to her secret criminal syndicate. Her and her Shadowlaw bosses are going to pay! Cammy asks what Shadowlaw has to do with this. Maybe he doesn't know this, but Dorai is behind the drug smuggling in Hong Kong.

Fei Long thinks she must be out of her mind! Dorai has dedicated his life to putting the syndicates out of business, which is why Shadowlaw sent her to make sure Dorai was dead. Cammy is confused by this, as she thought she'd been hired by Interpol. She thinks back to her meeting with Balrog, and how he knew Dorai had managed to survive. Cammy had had her doubts about this job then.

She looks into Fei Long's eyes, and then stands down. She says you can always tell when someone is lying by their eyes, and decides she'll bet on his eyes. Fei Long asks what bet, and she says she bets he is telling her the truth, whilst the man who hired her is a liar.

Balrog is waiting in his hotel room, but he hears a knocking. He looks at the door, but realizes the sound isn't coming from there. He looks at the window, and sees Cammy! He opens the window and asks what she's doing dropping in full view of everybody! He tells her to get in before someone sees her.

Cammy does so, and Balrog asks her if she managed to kill Dorai. Cammy says that Dorai was dead when he arrived, and Balrog is pleased. He asks her if she's positive, and she says of course she is. He asks her if she saw Dorai's body, but she asks why she had to be the one to confirm the kill. She thinks Balrog could have simply walked in to see Dorai's body for himself. Balrog stumbles with trying to give an answer, so Cammy answers for him: it's because he couldn't. Dorai's condition was being kept secret, but why would the Interpol chief do that if he ordered the hit? Why didn't he got public with the information that Dorai had died falling off of his veranda? Balrog asks what she's getting at.

She thinks that the chief could be setting them both up to take the blame. Balrog asks why he'd do that, and Cammy says she doesn't have a clue. But she gets the feeling they're being setup. Balrog pulls out a gun and says she's right about one part: she has been setup, but by him. Now he's going to get the credit for killing the assassin who killed Dorai. Cammy realizes Balrog was the one who wanted Dorai dead, so he must be a double agent. She asks him if he works for Shadowlaw. Balrog says he's not about to answer the questions of a dead woman.

He thinks she could consider herself fortunate, as she lived her life as a mere assassin, but her death comes at the hand of a true Shadowlaw warrior. Cammy realizes that Dorai was innocent, but Balrog tells her adios. But before he can fire, someone kicks down the door. Balrog turns around, and whilst he's distracted, Cammy runs over and kicks his gun out of his hand.

Fei Long catches it, as he and Barrac enter the room. Barrac tells Balrog that he's under arrest. Balrog tries to talk, but Barrac tells him to shut up, as he'll have plenty of time to tell his damned lies after he's been arranged for conspiracy and treason, not to mention whatever murder charges they can put together. Cammy says to wait a minute, and calls out to Fei Long.

Fei Long asks Barrac for a favor -could he ignore what's about to happen. Barrac asks what's going on, and Fei Long says he made Cammy a promise. Cammy tells Balrog she'd warned him about what happens to anyone who's foolish enough to double cross her. Now he dies! She leaps around the room, and then hits Balrog with her spiral arrow.

Fei Long watches in disbelief, as Cammy brutally beats up Balrog. She uses her flying neck hunt move to smash him through a table.

Barrac thinks Cammy is killing a valuable witness, but before he can intervene, she wraps her wire around Balrog's neck. Fei Long says she's going too far, as this isn't what they agreed to. But Cammy then leaps through the window, and Balrog is dragged back...

...until he collides with the wall. He starts to choke, as Cammy says that Balrog had hired her to kill Dorai, and had said it was by orders of the chief of Interpol. But he was lying!

Barrac says that Balrog lied to all of them. Cammy tells Fei Long that be all rights, Balrog's life should be hers to take, but she's handing him over to them instead. She thanks him for setting her straight, and then lets go of the wire.

She falls, but uses a truck to land safely. She looks back up at the window, and thinks this is farewell to Fei Long -she'll fight Shadowlaw in her own way. As she runs off, Fei Long thinks that Balrog wasn't much of a fighter.

Back at the fortress, Ken and Ryu are ready to use their hadou techniques. Ken tells Ryu to do it -go ahead and shoot it! Bison tells Ryu to do as Ken says.

Ryu throws out his hadou ken, whilst Ken charges forward, using his hadou sho ryu. The two energies clash, causing a gigantic explosion which blows right out of the fortress.

The explosion is so big that it creates a tornado, which knocks both Ken and Ryu back.

Ryu is hit by a wave of energy, which causes the cyberchip on his forehead to burst off. His eyes return to normal, as the chip hits the ground. Elsewhere in the fortress, the eagle head glows with an intense energy.

Ryu is free of the cyberchip at last. Now he and Ken must find their way to Bison's control chamber. Meanwhile, Guile has his hands full with Chun Li. Like Ryu before her, she's been turned into a heartless killing machine. And looming over them all is the shadow of ultimate evil: Bison. Be here for Street Fighter II V: Fight to the Finish (Round Four) - Master Bison, The Overwhelming Destructive Power. Gonna burn some muscle!
