Synopsis
Bison tells Zoltar to command Ryu to use the hadou ken, which Zoltar reluctantly does. When Ken sees this, he decides to try and use his own hadou technique to try and get through to him. Meanwhile, Guile finds the command center, and takes down Zoltar. He sees that Nash is dead, and tries to kill Bison, only for Bison to blast him across the room with his psycho power.
Fei Long and Cammy continue to fight, but when Fei Long accuses her of being with Shadowlaw, she stands down. After looking into Fei Long's eyes, she realizes that Dorai is innocent, and Balrog lied to her. She goes to the hotel Balrog is at, and pretends that Dorai is dead. She asks Balrog why he didn't just confirm that Dorai was dead himself, and then says she believes the two of them are being setup by the Interpol chief. Balrog says she's being setup, and points a gun at her. Fei Long and Barrac enter the room, distracting Balrog. Cammy is allowed to beat Balrog up, but stops short of killing him.
She smashes through a window and escapes, and thinks that she'll fight Shadowlaw in her own way. Back at the fortress, Ryu's hadou ken clashes with Ken's hadou sho ryu, causing a gigantic explosion which tears through the fortress. A wave of energy hits Ryu, causing the cyberchip on his forehead to burst off, and his eyes return to normal.
-"Forever Friends" gets played again in this episode, when Ryu is given the command to use the hadou ken. Whilst it has vocals in the Japanese dub, the Manga Entertainment English dub removes them.
-In the games, Balrog is a boxer, but in this series, he never does any fighting. This is surprising, as the second Japanese intro for the series does feature a shot of Balrog in his game-accurate boxing attire. He is never seen in this outfit in any episode.
-During this shot, as Fei Long lands, he's drawn without his shirt on.
-In the Manga Entertainment version, the next episode preview has an error with the title card -it states "Master Vega" instead of "Master Bison".
The narrator does say Bison though.
