Synopsis
Guile manages to land a mighty blow on Zangief, taking him out. At the hospital, Fei Long fights Cammy, but their battle results in some of the machinery next to Dorai's bed being knocked over, causing Dorai's oxygen mask to come off. Cammy allows Fei Long to put it back on, and when Fei Long asks why, she says very specific philosophy about killing people. Her target must die by her own hand, which she'll do once she's defeated him. The two resume fighting.
Ken tries to get through to Ryu, but as he's making no progress, he finally hits him back. Nash makes his way up to where he believes the command center is. He contacts Guile, who tells him to wait, but he gets surrounded by guards, and has no choice but to take them out. Bison sees that they have an intruder, and is curious about him, as no one has ever managed to breach their defenses. He has Zoltar open the blast doors, and Nash enters the room. Nash wants to know where Ken Masters is, making Bison think that Nash must be an agent of the United States government. Nash demands to be taken to Ken, and takes aim at Bison, but Bison encourages him to fire.
Bison stops the bullet by using psycho power, and then beats up Nash. He then starts choking him to death. Nash calls out Guile's name one last time, but then dies.
-In the Street Fighter II games, Cammy would say "spiral arrow " in the Japanese versions and "cannon drill" everywhere else. However the Manga Entertainment English dub has her say "spiral arrow".
-In the Manga Entertainment English dub, Guile calls Nash "Charlie" towards the end of the episode.
