Synopsis

Ryu attacks Ken, and his attacks are unrelenting. Meanwhile, Guile sets up his explosives, and then tries to get a guard to reveal where the command center is. The guard reveals where it is, but is then accidentally taken out by Zangief. Bison talks to Ken via an intercom, introducing himself to him and revealing what he's done to Ryu.

Barrac visits Balrog. Balrog wants to know how Dorai is, but Barrac says Dorai is dead, as he fell from his hotel room's veranda. Elsewhere, Cammy infiltrates the hospital, and finds where Dorai is. She is about to finish him off, but before she can, Fei Long appears, and confronts her.

As Guile struggles against Zangief, Ken is being beaten up by Ryu. Bison commands Ryu to unleash all of his strength, and defeat the wretch he's looking at. He says there's no fighter on Earth who can stand against them now!

Notes

-An instrumental version of "Forever Friends" can be heard in this episode, when Ken recalls Bison choking Chun Li. This time it does not feature vocals even in the Japanese dub.
