Synopsis

Ken finally wakes up, and wonders how he got here. He can't break the chains off, but after thinking about Chun Li and Bison, ki begins to appear around him. He tries to control it, and is able to gather it together in one of his hands. It explodes, destroying the chains. As he gets up, he recalls that he fought Vega, so isn't sure how he ended up in this place. He tries to charge down the door, but can't do it. So he decides to try gathering his ki again. As he does this, he can see Ryu, and can also see a machine is about to implant something onto his head.

Ken focuses his energy, and creates a new technique: the hadou sho ryu ken. This super powerful rising dragon punch has Ken flying high into the air, and it obliterates the ceiling. Ken escapes, and a pillar of energy is seen shooting into the sky. This is seem by Guile and Nash, who wonder what it is. Guile decides to can their original plan of waiting until nightfall, and tells Nash they'll head in now. He also thinks that whatever is waiting for them on the island is the worst threat they've ever faced, and even after Nash reminds him of the time the two of them were in a jungle hellhole, Guile still says this is going to be worse.

Ken collapses near a tree, and thinks the hadou sho ryu ken has a cool name. But he then says he has no time to rest, he needs to save Ryu. He gets up, and starts to make his way back towards the fortress. As this is happening, Guile and Nash arrive on the island undetected, and start to climb up a cliff. Inside the fortress, Bison laughs, and watches as Ryu opens his eyes.
