Guile and Nash make some progress with their search, whilst Bison intends to implant Ryu with a cyberchip.

Synopsis

Guile and Nash happen to pass the truck they saw the previous night. They go to a dock, and find out from a caretaker that the large guy they saw took another man onto a boat, which headed out to a private island. At the island, Zoltar shows Bison the progress they've made with their cyberchip, a small device which can give them total control over someone. The cyberchip is implanted on the person's forehead, and uses high efficiency microwaves which are transmitted from Shadowlaw's host computer. The chip picks up the digital signal sent from their impulse transmitter, and translates it into a 100 micro volt impulse signal, stimulating the cerebral cortex, and allowing them complete control of the subject's brain. Bison wants Zoltar to implant one of these chips onto Ryu.

Fei Long arrives in Barcelona, where he happens to see a news report. He is devastated to find out that Dorai is dead, apparently due to him drunkenly falling from his hotel room! Balrog contacts Cammy, but when he tells her the police have announced there was no foul play in Dorai's death, she finds that odd -her wire was left wrapped around his neck. Balrog begins to worry that this could be a cover up that neither him or Cammy did, and realizes that there is a chance Dorai could still be alive. He tells Cammy to lay low until he calls her back.

Fei Long goes to the hospital, demanding to see Dorai after refusing to believe he's dead. Barrac finds him, and after finding out how much Dorai means to him, tells him to come on a walk with him. Out at sea, Guile and Nash use a boat to get close to the private island, and take a look at it. They can see what appears to be a fortress on it, and decide to move in at night time. Meanwhile, Ken is still having nightmares about Bison killing Chun Li, and screams out.

Notes

-The mouse mat Zoltar has the word "Windows" on it, a reference to the Microsoft operating system.

-Having been absent for a few episodes, Akuma finally makes another cameo:

He's seen quite prominently during the above shot, and apparently got himself injured somehow.

Errors

-The diagram of the cyberchip is labeled "Cyber Tip".
-Cammy's legs are absurdly long during this shot.
