Synopsis
Bison walks past Ryu, and goes up to the statue of an eagle's head. He raises his arm, and power emits from the statue, which seems to be transferred directly into Bison himself. Meanwhile, Guile and Nash arrive near the fortress, and spot that there are several guards. Back at the hospital, Barrac reveals to Fei Long that Dorai is still alive, and asks for his help in protecting him. He also believes that Shadowlaw's spies are in Interpol, so for now, only he and Fei Long know that Dorai is still alive.
Balrog enters the hospital, and asks a nurse where Barrac is. As the nurse asks him to take a seat, Balrog doesn't know that Barrac told the nurse to inform him if anyone asks for him or Dorai. Believing something strange is going on, Balrog has Cammy come to the hospital. He tells her he believes she blew her hit, as Dorai may still be alive. Cammy says this whole job is starting to stink, and warns Balrog that he'll be her next target if she finds out he's been giving her false information. Back on the island, Ken comes across what appears to be a graveyard. He takes out a guard, and enters the fortress.
Ken goes further inside the fortress, and looks into another room. There, he sees that Chun Li is alive, but there's something very wrong with her. She's fighting against a Shadowlaw soldier, whom she overwhelms. Ken yells at her to stop, but she doesn't react, and starts choking her opponent to death.
-During the first airing of the series, new episodes were once a week. However there was almost a month long gap between this episode and the previous episode.
-This episode also has a lengthy recap of everything that's gone on since Ryu and Ken arrived in Barcelona -roughly half of this episode is a clip show. Because of this, it lacks the usual pre-title card recap.
-During the recap, the part showing Chun Li fighting Bison has a vocal song played in the Japanese version. The song is called "Just Believe", sung by Mica Okudoi. In the Manga Entertainment dub, an instrumental version of this song is used, the vocals were removed.
-The Manga Entertainment dub has the narrator call Nash "Charlie Nash" at one point.
-The title card has heroes spelt as "heros".
