Synopsis

Cammy attempts to assassinate Dorai with her sniping heel, but he notices her reflection on his laptop's monitor. He dives out of the way, but Cammy wraps a wire around his neck, and then kicks him off the balcony with her cannon spike technique. Dorai is left hanging, and Cammy waits until he goes lifeless. She then cuts the wire, and Dorai falls onto a truck which is passing by.

Ken's father contacts his friend Ortega, who is the director of the CIA. Ortega arranges a plan to have a small team of American commandos, who will pose as civilians, head to Spain to rescue Ken. The two commandos, Guile and Nash, are sent to the Masters' estate, and Ortega briefs them on what their mission is. When Guile sees a photograph or Ken and Ryu, he recognizes them right away -they were the kids he fought with before. He and Nash are given a jet, which they use to fly to Spain.

Balrog goes to the murder scene, and finds out that Dorai is dead. He calls Cammy and tells her to stay in her hotel room for now, to not raise suspicion. At the beach, Zangief is sent to retrieve Ryu, but as he starts dragging him away, Ryu wakes up. He kicks Zangief and gets up, and asks him who he is, and what does he want? Zangief glares at him.

Notes

-Cammy's plan has changed compared to what she thought about at the end of the previous episode. When she visualized it, she didn't pull the wire out before she jumped, and she also landed behind Dorai, then jumped straight up, then did the sniping heel. In this episode, she pulls the wire out first, but does the sniping heel during the jump she makes from her balcony to Dorai's.

-In the Street Fighter II games, Cammy would say "cannon spike" in the Japanese versions and "thrust kick" everywhere else. However the Manga Entertainment English dub has her say "cannon spike". In the ADV English dub, she just grunts when she does the move.

-Also in the games, Guile's friend is called Nash in the Japanese versions, and Charlie everywhere else. However, in both the Manga Entertainment and ADV dubs of Street Fighter II V, the character is called Nash most of the time.

-Whilst Street Fighter Alpha had been released in arcades a few months before this episode aired, the Nash design in this series looks nothing like the one in the games.

Errors

-When Dorai puts his glass down, it still has some liquid in it. It's suddenly empty during this shot and this shot, but later shots have liquid in it again.
