The guy who entered the bar, Guile, sees that Ryu and Ken have beaten his men up. Ryu goes to challenge him, but it's clear Guile is way beyond anyone he's ever faced before. Unable to land a hit on him, Guile easily takes him down. Ryu keeps getting back up and trying to fight, but Guile eventually defeats him with a somersault kick. Ken and Ryu return home, with Ryu saying how much of a freak that guy was.

The next morning, Ken goes to the air force base, and eventually tracks down Guile. He starts fighting with him, but Guile throws some sand in his eyes. Ken says that was a dirty trick, but Guile tells him they don't play by any rules in a street fight. Ken is eventually defeated, and wakes up back in his own home.

Ryu and Ken discuss what happened, and how the opponents they've gone up against before don't compare to guys like Guile. Ken suggests they go and look for these underground street fighters, and wants to search around the globe with Ryu. Later on, Ryu and Ken are on a jet, which is heading to Hong Kong. Ryu thinks that their journey has begun.

Notes

-Ken is seen drinking from a "avian" bottle. The avian/evian parody was also seen in the previous episode.

-The magazine Ryu is seen reading has a picture of Fei Long on it's front cover. Fei Long will be making an appearance very soon.

-Most of the animation showing the jet flying at the end, along with the scenes showing Rinko and Somabito, reuse animation seen in the previous episode.

-The next episode preview's animation is quite odd, as it contains no new animation. There's a couple of shots of Chun Li that are new, but she doesn't move at all. This shot shows the Devil's battle cave, but it is strangely overlapped with animation of Ken and Ryu fighting the air force guys, which was taken from the previous episode.

-The narrator for the Manga dub doesn't read out the next episode's subtitle. He did during the previous episode's next episode preview.
