Synopsis

Ryu and Ken fly to Hong Kong, and get the penthouse suite at a hotel. Ken arranges for a tour guide to be sent up, and she arrives: Chun Li. Ken also hires a helicopter to take them around, which is piloted by a guy called Tyler. After some sightseeing, Ken and Ryu convince the reluctant Tyler to drop them off in Kowloon Palace, a lawless zone cut off from the rest of the city. Ken tells Tyler he'll contact him via his mobile phone when they're ready to leave, so Tyler flies off. Ken, Ryu and Chun Li start walking around the streets, as Ken has heard there is an arena somewhere around here. They eventually find it: Devil's Battle Cave.

They head inside and find what they were looking for. The organizers are looking for challengers, so Ryu steps up and takes down the current champion, Eden, with a single kick. More challengers are sent in, but Ryu defeats them all easily.

It isn't until Damned, the undefeated martial arts master, is sent in that Ryu has an actual challenge. After initially struggling against Damned's power and endurance, Ryu eventually manages to defeat him. This angers Lean, the ruler of Kowloon Palace, who demands the outsiders are killed.

Ryu reunites with Ken and Chun Li, and the three fight their way out of the Devil's Battle Cave. Lean orders for the outsiders to be executed on sight, as Ryu, Chun Li and Ken run off down the dark streets of Kowloon Palace...

Notes

-As noted in the previous episode, the preview for this episode had this shot of Chun Li. That particular shot doesn't appear in this episode, it was seemingly replaced with this one.

-The preview also had a shot of the entrance to the Devil's Battle Cave:

Episode 2
Episode 3

The shot of it used in this episode was largely redrawn, with the biggest differences being the text above the door, and the colors of the doors being changed.

Errors

-During this shot, Ryu is suddenly wearing his shirt again. He wasn't wearing it just before this, and it goes away again seconds later.
-During this shot, Ken's jacket is colored black instead of olive.
