Chun Li finds herself at Bison's mercy, whilst Cammy plans to assassinate Dorai.

Synopsis

Chun Li evades Bison, and kicks down Zoltar. She attempts to fight Bison again, and uses a stage light to batter him, but he doesn't seem to be effected by it in any way. She stabs into his chest with it, but he just pulls it out. Bison then seems to lose himself to rage, and starts choking Chun Li. Ken wakes up and sees him doing this, but he can't move. He watches Chun Li go lifeless, but then passes out again.

Bison regains control of himself, and tells Zoltar to get Ken and Chun Li ready for transport. Meanwhile, Balrog takes Cammy to the hotel Dorai is staying at, and explains that she has a room reserved next to the one Dorai is in. Cammy wants a guarantee that Interpol won't come after her after she assassinates Dorai, but Balrog says he can't do that. Cammy warns him if anything happens, she'll kill him first, and then she enters the hotel.

Bison contacts Ken's father, and tells him he wants a billion dollars if he wants his son back. He says he will contact him again in 24 hours to make the exchange, then ends the call. Back at the hotel, Cammy finds Dorai is on his room's balcony, and hasn't seen her. She visualizes what she's going to do, and intends to kill Dorai using a technique called the sniping heel, which will break his neck. As Dorai continues to work away on his laptop, Cammy prepares to make the kill.

Errors

-Ken seems to be wearing a shirt during this shot, which he didn't have previously and doesn't have later.
-When Cammy walks up to the door to her room, her room number is 1522. But when she opens the door, it's 1512. It's still 1512 during this shot.
-During Bison's call, there are a few shots where the rim on Bison's collar is colored yellow instead of red.
-In the Manga Entertainment version, during the next episode preview, the title card states "Special Orders to Iron Men" and "Launch the bleeding skies" yet the narrator says "Special orders to the iron men" and "launch into the sheltering skies". In the next episode, the "sheltering skies" title is used, but the "the" is dropped.
