Synopsis

Ken uses the sho ryu ken technique, which hits Vega in the face and sends him crashing into a chandelier. Vega is defeated, and Chun Li is freed from his influence. Vega briefly regains consciousness, and attempts one last ditch effort at killing Ken by diving towards him. However, Ken avoids his attack, and saves his life. Bison tells Zoltar to have Ken brought to his villa as a guest. Zoltar informs Bison that Balrog has hired an assassin to kill Dorai.

Balrog meets the assassin, Cammy White, and tells her he is from Interpol. He tells her that Dorai is running several drug syndicates, and Interpol have hired her to kill him. At the beach, Ryu has managed to throw out a hadou ken on command, but he still collapsed by doing it. He decides to try and improve his control, and resumes his practice -unaware that he is being monitored by a Shadowlaw agent. Back at the castle, some doctors take Ken and Chun Li into a room. Chun Li wonders why they have been separated from the doctors who were dealing with Vega, but she doesn't get a response. Instead one of the doctors injects Ken with something, which makes him pass out.

The doctors then leave, and as Chun Li questions what's going on, Bison and Zoltar appear. Bison tells her it is impossible to resist him, and wants her to submit to his wishes. He mentions Dorai, and Chun Li believes he must be the head of the organization her father is investigating. She tries to attack him, but he takes no damage from her first kick. She tries again, but he blocks or avoids her other moves. He grabs her dress and rips it, and tells her he'd said it was impossible to resist him, and says that now, she shall submit to his wishes. As Chun Li cowers, Bison laughs.

Notes

-Akuma makes a cameo in this episode:

He can be seen in the airport during Cammy's debut scene.

-The ID Balrog passes to Chun-Li still has M. Bison down as his name in the Manga Entertainment and ADV versions of the series. I'm surprised they didn't edit that shot out or something (If you didn't know, Balrog is known as Bison in Japan -see here about the changed names in the Street Fighter II series.)

Errors

-The title card for the Manga Entertainment version has the word "Stratagem" spelt as "Strategem".
-When Dorai is seen sitting down, he's not wearing a jacket, but when he gets up, during this shot, he suddenly has his jacket on.
