Ken fights Vega in a bloody battle.

Synopsis

Ken continues to fight Vega, but both fighters have a lot of stamina. Vega gets hit hard in the chest, whilst Ken has his foot stabbed, but both are able to continue fighting. Ken continues to lose a lot of blood, but swears to defeat Vega and save Chun Li. He's able to stand up yet again, and screams out.

At the Interpol conference, Dorai is assigned by Barrac to lead the investigation into Shadowlaw. This is overheard by Balrog, an undercover Shadowlaw agent. Balrog reports in, and Zoltar reports his news to Bison. Bison wants to take Dorai out for busting their Ashura smuggling operation, and is ecstatic to learn that Dorai's daughter, Chun Li, is at the party. He also learns that Ken is the only son of the wealthy Masters family. Bison tells Zoltar to look into the man they saw on the beach, stating that he is the only person who troubles him. Ken, who is unaware that Bison is watching, continues to fight Vega.

At the beach, Ryu successfully throws out a hadou ken, which smashes through an ocean wave. Back at the fight, Vega leaps up, and then drops down towards Ken. Ken leaps up, and goes to perform the sho ryu ken technique. Vega continues to fall, ready to deliver a final strike with his claw...

Notes

-When the audience starts laughing, Akuma can be seen:

He's stood behind one of the guests.

-In the Manga dub, Ken actually says "sho ryu ken" when he does the move. He didn't the last time he used it.
