In space, BlackZarak appears out of a black hole. At the Destron base, Devil Z laughs and tells Giga and Mega that BlackZarak has finally perfected magnetic warfare. He can create black holes and use them as weapons. The two of them are to co-operate with BlackZarak as they carry out operation M-1. This operation shall divide the planet into two fronts, throwing the Earth into terror-filled panic.

The sky above New York turns dark, as BlackZarak appears!
THE ALPS
With their old base destroyed, the Cybertrons have gathered together in the Swiss Alps. They are waiting for Grand Maximus to arrive, so they can use his ship as a new base. Until he arrives, Ginrai's trailer serves as an outpost for them. Ginrai then tells the Cybertrons that he is going to head into space, as he's lost contact with Grand Maximus. He doesn't know if there is a problem or not, but he intends to find out. Whilst he is gone, they are to stay here on Earth just in case the Destrons make a move.
EUROPE
ARC DE TRIOMPHE, PARIS
Overlord arrives in Paris and starts his attack. After destroying some cars and sending people running away screaming, he destroys the Arc de Triomphe. The French army and airforce are called in, but are powerless against him.
Meanwhile BlackZarak begins his attack in New York. The city is soon heavily damage, as the US Navy and airforce arrive. The jets see BlackZarak floating over part of the city and move in.
They fire on him with missiles, but BlackZarak stops. He uses his new black hole technique, and when the planes fly into it, they simply disappear. The Navy officers see this, and also see that the enemy they have to fight is truly a monster.
Metalhawk and Phoenix are carrying out surveillance from the air, when Metalhawk heads over the destroyed New York City. He decides to inform the others that BlackZarak has appeared, but Diver contacts him and says that Overlord is also causing trouble. Overlord has attacked Paris and is now heading east.
Meanwhile God Ginrai heads to the point where he lost Grand Maximus' signal. But what he finds in some kind of hole in space, which stars are getting sucked into. He then finds that he is also getting sucked into it, and despite his best efforts, he cannot stop himself from being pulled in. He enters some strange space, which he can see something else in. As he boosts towards it, he realises it is who he has been searching for:
GRAND MAXIMUS
Grand explains that this place is an artificial black hole, which BlackZarak created. He says that he got careless, and in his efforts to try and stop BlackZarak from reaching the Earth, he ended up getting trapped here. He hasn't got much energy left, and tells God Ginrai to get back to Earth, as BlackZarak will be attacking the planet. God Ginrai doesn't want to leave him behind, but doesn't want to let BlackZarak destroy his homeworld either. What should he do?
Hawk contacts Lightfoot, who tries to contact Ginrai, but gets no response. They decide not to jump to conclusions yet, as they are sure he is alright, whilst they have problems of their own here. The Cybertrons transform and head out to the disaster areas.
BlackZarak leaves New York and heads west, but is attacked by the US Navy. He takes no damage from them and returns fire, quickly destroying the fleet.
THE GREAT WALL OF CHINA
Overlord lands on part of the wall and has a message for the leaders of the world. By now they will know of the fearsome might of the Destrons. They are to surrender now, and demands a response from them in three hours. As he flies off, he warns that if they don't surrender, then they will attack Tokyo next. Metalhawk and Phoenix appear, saying they won't allow it. They open fire on Overlord...
...but he laughs at their firepower and says they cannot hurt him. The two Cybertrons grab onto his arms as Diver appears and starts firing, but Overlord shoots him down also. He laughs at their pathetic efforts.
Back in the black hole, the two Cybertrons make a plan to escape. By combining their Choukon energy with the energy created from the electromagnetic waves inside the black hole, God Ginrai intends to transfer all of the energy into a Godcannon shot and use it to destroy the centre of the black hole. This should destroy the entire black hole. The two start to charge up their Choukon energy, and God Ginrai then takes the shot. A few seconds later, a purely white explosion takes place.
Back on Earth, BlackZarak heads across the sea to get to Tokyo. Lightfoot and the other Cybertrons are ready near the sea for his arrival, and he stops in front of them. They wonder what he is doing, but his intentions are made clear when he starts blasting them. They fire back on him.
Overlord then appears and tells BlackZarak to stop wasting time with the underlings, and to just attack Tokyo. The two leave, but the Cybertrons cannot follow them as some Seacons appear. A battle breaks out between the two sides.
Overlord and BlackZarak arrive in Tokyo. Since the world leaders haven't responded, they go wild, destroying much of the city. Overlord sends out another warning to the world leaders, saying that any who oppose the Destrons face damnation. The Cybertrons then head towards him, having destroyed the Seacons, but Hydra and Buster also arrive. They tell Giga and Mega to leave the Cybertrons to them.
They combine into Darkwings and shoot missiles at the Cybertrons. Lightfoot says the Godmasters will deal with them, whilst he wants Shuuta, Cab and Minerva to go and start rescue operations. They split up and move out, but as the Cybertron Headmaster Juniors move towards a sea of fire, the Destron Headmaster Juniors show up. They start to fight each other.
Meanwhile, Overlord gloats that with Ginrai dead, the Cybertrons are no longer a match for the Destrons. But as he and BlackZarak decide to destroy some more buildings, he sees something coming out of the sun...it can't be...but it is! God Ginrai and Grand Maximus have appeared. God Ginrai says that they may have done a good bit of rampaging, but it ends now. Overlord doesn't care that much about them escaping, as it just means he can annihilate all the Cybertrons whilst they are all together.
Grand Maximus moves in to fight with BlackZarak, whilst God Ginrai kicks down Overlord. Getting back up, Overlord uses his Choukon bolt masher attack, which God Ginrai blocks. He moves up into the air.
Grand Maximus takes a hit and gets forced back, knocking into God Ginrai. Overlord leaps up and says their final moments have come, as he and BlackZarak use Choukon power to try and kill them.
But the two Cybertrons simply drop altitude to avoid their attacks, which hit each other. God Ginrai then uses his own Choukon power via a Godcannon shot to hit the two Destrons. Devil Z contacts Overlord and BlackZarak, telling them to abort operation M-1. They shall instead start operation M-2 from space, and cast the Earth into hell.
The Destrons retreat. Whilst the Cybertrons are glad to see that their leader is safe, God Ginrai feels that something is not right and that something big is about to happen.
