At the International School, two kids tell Shuuta and Cab about a fortune teller who appeared on a TV program called News Abroad. She predicted that there would be a lot of disasters happening on the Earth soon. Shuuta asks Minerva what she thinks about it, but she thinks the fortune teller is just trying to get attention and whatever she says won't happen.
Several days later, some meteorites head towards the Earth and small into various countries, destroying things like the Empire State Building and the Arc de Triomphe. Shuuta and Cab are shocked to find out that the stricken locations are the same ones as the female fortune teller predicted! Various armies begin to organise aid and rescue efforts across the world.
The Cybertrons watch the news reports in their base, and Shuuta says he has a bad feeling about this. Minerva and Ginrai think that this must be just a coincidence and that they won't do anything unless the fortune teller appears again. Later on, Shuuta finds out that the fortune teller is making a special appearance on TV, so he and Cab watch.
On the air live, the presenter says that many are surprised that her first prediction came true, but some believe that it was just a coincidence. But the fortune teller starts to speak and says that the disaster was caused by evil beings and that more disasters will happen if these evil ones are not driven away from the Earth. She then shows what one of the bad guys looks like, and much to the shock of the Cybertrons, it's Super Ginrai! She then says that another disaster is going to happen soon in Japan.
And in the skies of Japan, a jumbo jet carrying over 400 people suddenly explodes!
Shuuta and the others run in to a room where the other Cybertrons are, and believe that the whole thing is a Destron conspiracy. Diver says to the others that this explains the asteroids, but when the Headmaster Juniors question him on what he means by that, he keeps quiet. Hawk calls the Pretenders and Ginrai into a room, and has a message played.
The distorted message is from Cybertron Supreme Commander Fortress. Fortress warns that the Destrons have been making strange movements in space recently and tells them to be cautious. As the message ends, Hawk says that the meteorites used to attack Earth could have been caused by the space based Destrons, who must be communicating with the Earth based ones. Heading back outside, Ginrai decides to let the Cybertron Pretenders to continue their work on the Bomber Project. He then tells them Cybertron Headmaster Juniors that they will be going to America with him, as they need to find out more about this fortune teller.
In America, the fortune teller is Mega -and Hydra compliments her on her acting. She says she isn't as good as a professional like him. Buster asks why she is doing this elaborate plan, and Mega tells him that she doesn't know what their Emperor's ultimate goal is, but they just need to do as they are told. Buster stops the car as a crowd of people walk across, yelling about how they want to get rid of the evil Ginrai. The Destrons are happy that their plan is working, and Mega tells Buster to continue on to the next TV station.
Meanwhile the Cybertrons have arrived in America, but Ginrai's search for information gets off to a bad start when the TV stations he rings up don't provide and useful info. Inside a bar, a TV is turned on and the fortune teller appears again. She says that she can feel another disaster about to happen, one where water reigns. The disaster will happen somewhere in America, somewhere near to where she is. The Destron Pretenders are watching, and start firing at a dam. But even with their combined fire power it is going to take some time for them to break it.
However, Giga then appears, and tells them to step aside whilst he deals with this. Wearing his own armor, he leaps into a tank and blows the dam apart with a single shell. As the water gushes everywhere, a farmer and his cattle are among the first ones to die.
The news that Watson Dam has ruptured is heard by Ginrai and the others. The water has damaged some towns, so Ginrai tells Shuuta, Cab and Minerva to go to the disaster area whilst he heads to the next TV station by himself. As Mega leaves, some reporters ask where the next disaster will be, but she doesn't answer and instead gets into a car, which drives off. Ginrai sees her and starts to follow. Meanwhile, Shuuta and the others arrive, and whilst Cab wants to fight the Destrons for what they have done, Shuuta says they need to rescue everyone first.
Buster sees that they are being followed by Ginrai. Mega thinks this is the perfect chance to make Ginrai look like an evil being. She gives Hydra a message to tell Giga, and then has Buster make a couple of quick turns. Hydra is dropped off, and by the time Ginrai resumes his chase, he doesn't notice that Hydra has gotten out of the car. Meanwhile, the Cybertron Headmaster Juniors have saved a bunch of people. One of the crowd asks if they fight evil beings such as Ginrai, but they set them straight and say the Destrons are the ones who are evil. The crowd have no idea who the Destrons are!
Just then some helicopters are seen carrying a large meteorite, and one of the crowd explains that they are taking it to the State Park for a scientific investigation. At the State Park, Ginrai is still chasing Mega when the Destron Pretenders appear.
He gets into a fight with them as the helicopters deliver the meteorite. TV crews are filming the event, and a class of children also watch from a nearby observation tower. Giga and Hydra also watch from the forest, and Giga has an idea. They can use the television broadcast to their advantage.
Mega and Buster arrive, and Giga finds out that Ginrai has no idea about their plan and is busy fighting Gilmer and the others now. As Super Ginrai sends the Destron Pretenders running, Hydra and Buster combine into their Darkwings mode and start shooting missiles at him.
This causes some large explosions which all of the people see. On the top of the meteorite, the fortune teller appears. She warns of the fearsome power the evil beings have, and points out the explosions nearby. Super Ginrai gets blasted out of the forest and everyone sees him in the open, believing him to be one of the evil beings the fortune teller has mentioned. She tells Super Ginrai to begone, as with him here this world will never be at peace. Super Ginrai asks just who she is, but then gets blasted.
The Destron Pretenders are back and ask Super Ginrai what's wrong. This is seen by a news crew, who film everything and a reporter asks if the other three robots could be comrades of the first one. Hydra and Buster then appear, and resume firing missiles at Super Ginrai.
A news reporter points out that the fighting is dangerously close to a observation tower with children on it. Shuuta and the others then arrive, and tell Super Ginrai that the whole thing is a Destron plot to get rid of him and drive him off the Earth. Super Ginrai gets up, and uses his Chichoukon power...
...to bring Hydra and buster back down to Earth. The Cybertron Headmaster Juniors take down the Destron Pretenders, as Mega realises she must finish this herself. Using her own power, she makes the meteorite rise up into the air, and then tries to crash it into the observation tower. Super Ginrai gets in the way and stops the meteorite.
The children on the tower see that the robot is trying to save them, and therefore cannot be evil. They realise that the fortune teller is the evil one, and start throwing things at her. Mega tells them to stop, but with her distracted, Super Ginrai manages to throw the meteorite back. Mega loses her fortune teller outfit and instead suits up.
The meteorite crashes near the other Destrons, so Mega calls for a retreat. Getting into her own jet, and blasts off as the other Destrons follow her. The news reporters say that the fortune teller was a Destron all along, and that they have been deceived.
The Cybertrons bring the children down, and Minerva asks how that large meteorite managed to hit the Earth. Shuuta and Cab have no idea, but Super Ginrai finally reveals to them that the Destrons on Earth have other allies...the Destrons in space.
What could the Destrons in space be planning with the ones on Earth?
NOTES
Some of the humans in this episode are completely clueless to what the Destrons are. How could the history books fail to mention major things the Destrons did such as this or this?
