Demitri's uncle tells him of a powerful artifact, known as the crystal skull. Demitri locates it, but Bishamon sees him. Bishamon meets with Harry and Felicia, and Harry gives Bishamon a sword that belonged to Elijah. Bishamon is determined to defeat Demitri, but tells Harry and Felicia to warn the others in case he fails. Later on, Hsien-Ko arrives, as she has been tracking down Demitri. Bishamon warns her that Demitri is now all powerful, and she must not attack him. However, she refuses, and flies off.

Demitri senses Harry is nearby, and believes he's the only one who could stop him someday. He has the crystal skull attack him and Felicia, and causes their car to fly off a cliff. Bishamon challenges Demitri, but is unable to defeat him. Demitri uses the crystal skull to make Bishamon disappear. The next morning, Donovan finds Harry and Felicia. He gets Harry up, and tells him he created forcefield to protect himself and Felicia. He tells Harry that he will have to make a decision about accepting the magic, with all his heart.

Later on, Hsien-Ko finds Demitri's coffin, but Demitri is not inside it. Donovan appears, and says he can't destroy the coffin, as it's powerfully protected. Hsien-Ko rushes off and finds Demitri, and manages to knock him down, but he recovers and throws the crystal skull at her, sealing her away. Donovan then fights Demitri.

Demitri throws the crystal skull at him, and when he tries to destroy it, he disappears. Felicia fights Demitri, but when Harry blasts him, he turns his attention to him. Harry recalls what Donovan said to him about accepting the magic, and tells Elijah that he's ready. The spirits of Elijah and Merlin appear, and transfer energy into Harry.

With his new powers, Harry is able to defeat Demitri, and cause the crystal skull to turn on its master, sealing him away. Harry destroys the skull with Bishamon's sword, releasing all of those who were trapped inside it -including Demitri.

Demitri is beamed up to Pyron's ship, and Morrigan says that the balance of power has changed. Demitri has given them something to fear, and from now on, things are going to be far more interesting. Back on Earth, Hsien-Ko leaves. Donovan tells Harry he's taken his first steps into larger world. He leaves with Amanda. Bishamon wants to give Harry his sword back, but Harry declines and says he has his own way of doing things. He uses his magic to repair the trashed car. Felicia says she thinks he has the magic touch, and asks what he's going to do with it. Harry tells her anything he wants!

Notes

-Dracula is voiced by Michael Donovan, who also voices Demitri. He also voiced the dragon in the previous episode.

-Bishamon says that Demitri has been looking for the crystal skull since he became a Darkstalker. This seemingly suggests that this episode's opening scene takes place in the past, at some point just after the events of the first episode.

-At the end of this episode, Donovan told Bishamon a new sword was waiting for him. Guess Bishamon never managed to find this sword, as Harry has to give him a new one in this episode.

-When Harry and Felicia leave Bishamon, Felicia seems to make a phone call, but doesn't actually have a conversation with anyone. Later on, just before the skull attacks her and Harry, someone calls her, but again, she has no conversation with the caller.

-Lex's says she's only wrecked two of Lex's cars, which references the one that got destroyed in the previous episode.

Errors

-When Demitri says "nothing is invincible" his mouth stops moving halfway through the line.
-Dracula's hair is colored entirely dark gray during this shot.
-During this shot, the driver's side door of the car appears to be missing.
-The sign Felicia and Harry drive by first looks like this, but seconds later, when it's seen again, the & is missing.
-Felicia refers to the sword belonging to Harry's "great grandfather", but that's not the case -see below.
-During this shot, as the camera pans up, look at Bishamon's left arm gauntlet -part of it around his hand isn't colored in.
-Harry tells Bishamon that the sword belonged to his "great, great grandfather, Elijah Grimoire". The problem with this is that it's previously been established that Elijah was Harry's great, great, great grandfather.
-Harry's eyebrows are colored black instead of yellow during this shot.
-When Bishamon says "still, Demitri is very powerful", part of his neck changes color.
-When Hsien-Ko says "not attack? Are you mad?", the wrong background is used -she's suddenly in a cave, but she's meant to be outside on a cliff.
-During this shot, the skull's blue aura effect is missing.
-When Felicia yawns, you can just about see that the sky outside is blue, but the scene is meant to be set at night.
-The above error happens again a few seconds later.
-During this shot, Demitri's cape colors are reversed, but do fix themselves as he moves.
-When Bishamon says "you have no honor!" and shakes his head, part of his neck vanishes.
-As Bishamon says he'll meet his end like a samurai, part of his helmet changes colors.
-When Harry wakes up, Donovan's lips are colored black.
-This error happens again when Felicia wakes up.
-Why does Felicia immediately try to attack Donovan? They were on somewhat good terms by the end of "Samurai's Honor".
-When Donovan says "but I won't", his lip movements aren't synched to the words.
-Harry suddenly isn't holding Bishamon's sword when Felicia tells him not to distract Donovan. He had it just before this.
-Donovan goes to catch his sword with his right hand, but when it changes to the close up shot, his right hand is colored like his left one.
-When Harry shatters the skull, the spirit of Felicia is seen. She was used in error, it should have been Hsien-Ko instead.
