Donovan attacks a family, but Donovan arrives. Demitri drinks the blood of a mother and father, and is going to do the same thing to their child, Amanda. However, Donovan ends up blasting them with his spell sword. Demitri gets away by throwing Amanda through a broken window, forcing Donovan to save her. Demitri goes to where Bishamon is, and tells him he wants him to fight Donovan -Donovan's sword should be a worthy opponent for Bishamon's sword, Genai. Bishamon initially refuses, but his accursed sword demands to fight. Meanwhile, Donovan takes Amanda to Harry and Felicia, wanting Harry to take care of her and try and use his magic to get her out of her spell shocked state. However, he finds out that his spell sword's aura tracking abilities are gone, and have been absorbed by Amanda. He needs her to find Demitri, and takes her through a portal. Felicia and Harry follow them.

Donovan finds Bishamon, but doesn't want to fight him, sensing Bishamon is not evil. Bishamon reveals that centuries ago, he was a powerful samurai, but a treacherous shogun made deals with demons, which led to him be given Genai. Centuries later he was revived by Demitri, and must serve him. He and Donovan then start fighting, but Demitri appears, and manages to grab Amanda. He threatens to turn her into a vampire unless Donovan surrenders. Donovan lays down his sword, and Demitri tells Bishamon to kill him, but he refuses. He is able to resist Genai enough to tell Donovan to strike now, which he does. Donovan's attack destroys Genai.

Felicia and Harry taken down Demitri and save Amanda. Demitri is beamed back up to Pyron's ship. The spirit of Orin, Bishamon's deceased wife, appears. Bishamon asks why everyone but him can see her, as the curse of Genai has been broken. Orin takes over Harry's body, and speaks to Bishamon. She reveals that whilst Genai has been destroyed, Bishamon must now do battle on the side of good, one day for each day he fought on the side of evil. Only then will he truly be free, and they'll be reunited forever. Donovan says his spell sword has told him of a new sword awaiting Bishamon, one that will not turn to evil. Bishamon says he won't rest until he finds it, and leaves. Donovan creates a portal to take everyone back home, and says he'll take care of Amanda. Felicia isn't keen on that, but he says for better or worse, his and Amanda's fates are intertwined, until Demitri is destroyed. As he and Amanda go through a portal, he promises them that Demitri's destruction will be very soon.

Notes

-Clips from the first episode are used in this one -the opening scene, showing Demitri's revival and first encounter with Pyron, along with the scene showing Bishamon being revived in the present day, and both from it.

-It is implied that Amanda's mother and father are both killed by Demitri, which is pretty wild for a kid's cartoon.

-During this shot, when Donovan cuts through Bishamon's aura, the roar used by the Tyrannosaurus rex in Jurassic Park can be heard. Given all the velociraptor noises used in this episode, someone on the audio team was clearly a big fan of the movie.

-Orin's voice actress, Lisa Ann Beley, also voices Felicia and Hsien-Ko.

Errors

-During this shot, the father's glasses are missing the right temple.
-The mother's necklace has a purple center, but during this shot, it's colored gold.
-The first projectile Donovan throws at Demitri ends up hitting a wall. It causes no damage to the wall, but it appears it was meant to, as a couple of shots later, the wall suddenly looks like this.
-During this shot, Donovan is meant to he hitting back Demitri's projectile, but the effect for the projectile doesn't appear, making it look like Donovan is hitting nothing. There's no effect for Donovan's follow-up attack, either.
-When Donovan says "no!", his mouth doesn't move.
-Donovan uses his beads to create a platform, but the beads appear back on his chest during this shot, and when he catches her.
-Bishamon's sword is unsheathed the first time it's seen, but it's suddenly sheathed again when Bishamon talks about if he could see Orin again.
-When Bishamon says "the curse of Genai", his left foot only have four toes.
-When Demitri says "Bishamon! Is that you?", his mouth doesn't move, but Bishamon's does.
-When Bishamon puts his armor back on, his feet are already colored blue before they should be.
-Genai is suddenly sheathed again during this shot. It wasn't before this and goes back to being unsheathed seconds later.
-Bishamon's eyes are colored white instead of purple during this shot.
-When Donovan takes off Amanda's hood, the hood overlaps his left leg.
-Amanda's aura is consistently colored blue, apart from for this shot, where it's colored red.
-When the young Bishamon is first seen, part of his neck changes color to blue for a couple of frames.
-The outfits and colors of the guys young Bishamon walks up to change colors between shots.
-General Bishamon's helmet is consistently colored red and gold, apart from this shot, where it's entirely gold.
-When Bishamon says "still, we must fight", his mouth doesn't move.
-Bishamon's eyes are colored white instead of purple during this shot.
-Bishamon's sword is colored brown instead of silver during this shot.
-Donovan's mouth mostly doesn't move when he say "not whilst my quest remains".
-Harry's mouth doesn't move when he says "You know, if you just".
-Demitri tells Donovan that, if he turns Amanda into a vampire, she'll "never again walk in the sun". This is despite the fact that Demitri is also a vampire, and is in the sun at that very moment, not being affected by it. It also goes against what happens at the end of this episode.
-When Demitri says "take his head, Bishamon", he pronounces his name as "Bishaman".
-The tentacles which attack Bishamon are initially colored red, but then change colors to gray.
-Felicia seems to use her tail to throw Harry away from Demitri, instead of towards him.
-When Felicia tackles Demitri, her tail is missing.
-Bishamon's eyes are colored white instead of purple during this shot.
-When Bishamon says "you see Orin?", his eyes are colored white instead of purple again.
