Treacherous Quicksand!
Will the Hand of Salvation Reach Fudo!!

Hiruka says Fudou must know of the terror of this quicksand. Fudou tells him not to do anything stupid, but Hiruka has the two kids thrown into the pit.

Tanji and Jiro land in the pit, where they start to sink. Hiruka asks Fudou what he's going to do. Bat says it's no use, they can't save them!

Fudou suddenly jumps into the pit himself, and grabs Tanji and Jiro. Hiruka says he knew Fudou would do that, as being soft is his biggest weakness.

Fudou says he won't abandon them, as children are the future. Hiruka says farewell to Fudou, who starts to sink further into the pit.

Elsewhere, Rihaku's men find Kenshiro. They say that they're here to escort him to where the last general is. They then see Kenshiro is holding Kan, and ask what happened. Kenshiro explains that Kan's siblings were taken by the Fist King's men. Kan mentions Tanji and Jiro, and one of Rihaku's men says that they are all Fudou's sons. They're not the only ones either, as Fudou adopts children from across the world and raises them.

Kan says it was a man called Hiruka who did it. One of Rihaku's men says that Hiruka is meant to be the most ruthless among the Fist King's forces, who is also related to Tanji and Jiro. Kenshiro wants to go and help Fudou, but Rihaku's men say he must get to the South Star capital no matter what.

They lead him to a cliff, and says that the castle in the distance is where the last general is. They don't want their general to shed tears over the Fist King. But Kenshiro wipes the tears from Kan's face and says that the general's tears are no different from this child's tears. He runs off, so the others follow him.

They run across a desert, when some men burst out of the ground. They say this was a trap to lure him out, and go to attack him.

Kenshiro quickly strikes pressure points on all of them, taking them out in seconds.

Back at the quicksand pit, Bat and Lin throw a log down to Fudou. He puts the children onto it, but they all continue to sink. Hiruka says the more they move, the deeper they sink.

Fudou tells Bat and Lin to forgive him, as he'd promised Kenshiro to look after them. He tells them to hurry up and get out of here. Hiruka says to finish them off, starting with the kids. Some of his men jump down the cliff. Bat leads Lin away.

Bat shouts that they'll get Ken, as they know those kids need Fudou. Fudou says these kids are his precious sons. However, Bat has to stop when...

...a guy with an axe goes to strike him. But his attack is stopped when somebody grabs his weapon, and then hits him several times.

The guy ends up exploding, as Kenshiro appears. Fudou asks him why he came back, but Hiruka realizes that the guy down there is Kenshiro.

Rihaku's men throw a rope down to Fudou. Fudou asks when Kenshiro has forsaken his own future, and the general's future. Kenshiro says he doesn't believe in a future built on blood and tears. If it's his fate to meet this general, then they will meet someday. He tells him to hurry and climb up.

Rihaku's men pull the rope, but they can't move Fudou. Hiruka asks if they really think they can pull a 660 pound man out of quicksand so easily. He has his archers move into place.

They shoot Rihaku's men, killing them both. Hiruka laughs and says that if Fudou wants to save the kids, try throwing them out. But he'll have his archers skewer them. Fudou sees Hiruka has gone so low he's abandoned his emotions, but Hiruka says he ditched those long ago. Fudou says he won't let these children die, and starts sucking in sand.

Hiruka thinks whatever he tries won't save the kids now, whilst Bat and Lin wonder what Fudou is doing. Fudou exhales...

...which creates a sandstorm around the pit. He then throws Tanji and Jiro upwards, and asks Kenshiro to catch them. Hiruka's archers pull their goggles down, and fire their arrows.

Kenshiro blocks the arrows with his arm, and then grabs the rope. He tells Fudou to hold on, and starts pulling on the rope.

Hiruka can't believe it, as Kenshiro manages to pull Fudou out. Fudou lands on some of Hiruka's men, crushing them all.

Fudou is reunited with Tanji and Jiro, whilst Kenshiro stares at Hiruka's group. He pulls the arrows out of his arm, and says the pain of these would only last a moment, whilst the pain of Fudou's death would last a lifetime.

Some of Hiruka's group walk down. Hiruka calls Kenshiro a fool for coming back here, but Kenshiro say he has no time to deal with him -he'll settle this quickly. Hiruka tells him he talks big, and then he and his men use the Taishan bewitching fist.

Fudou tells Kenshiro to watch out, as Hiruka's group can control those sashes at will. Hiruka attacks first, using the biting snake sash technique. Kenshiro goes to punch the sash, but it wraps around his arm.

It then wraps around his head, as the other men use the technique to wrap Kenshiro up with sashes. Hiruka throws his cloak off, and says the biting snake sash steals the opponent's sight and breath, then crushes their muscles and bones.

Hiruka then opens his armor up, revealing many blades hidden inside it. He jumps off the cliff, and intends to land on Kenshiro. But as he falls, Kenshiro rips the sashes apart.

He picks up a rock, which Hiruka slams into. Kenshiro thinks his technique is stupid, but Hiruka yells for his archers to fire on Kenshiro.

As they start firing, Kenshiro throws the boulder at them. Some of the arrows end up hitting Hiruka, but then the boulder hits the archers, causing a part of the cliff to fall away and make them all fall down.

Kenshiro quickly deals with anyone else, and whoever is left runs away.

Hiruka slides down off the cliff, and falls into the quicksand pit. He starts begging for help.

Kenshiro tells him to stay there and take time to reflect on the sins he has committed, one by one. Hiruka quickly sinks and disappears.

Kenshiro tells Fudou that they can go now. As his group start to walk towards the capital, Juza has been watching from above. He thinks Kenshiro truly is the man Yuria loved.

Juza looks at the wound he got from Raoh, which is still bleeding. One of his friends says they should get it treated properly, but Juza says he will be fine. He still has much to do, even at the cost of his own life. They head off, and Juza wants the Black King to take him back to his master.

At the capital, Tou tells her father that Lord Kenshiro is drawing near. Tou then takes some clothes to the last general, who puts them on.
