Synopsis
Kuwabara, Hiei and Kurama charge towards Sensui. Hiei throws out a black dragon wave, which destroys any demons that have entered the Human Realm, and also hits Sensui. Sensui uses his sacred light aura to protect himself, as the dragon pushes him through the hole. Any demons waiting are vaporized, whilst Kuwabara and the others also enter the hole, chasing after Sensui.
Koenma and Mitarai are left behind. Koenma says the first wave of demons have been wiped out thanks to Hiei, but more will come. However the ones they need to worry about are the ones who have A class power and above. Mitarai thinks they won't be able to come through thanks to the periphery field, but Koenma says Kuwabara will cut through it, so he can fight Sensui. In the subspace between the Human and Demon Realms, Kuwabara's group see that Sensui has stopped just beyond the field. Sensui explains that this field was only created to stop demonic energy, so it doesn't effect his sacred light aura. He also congratulates Hiei and Kurama on becoming A class, as the field neutralized Hiei's black dragon wave. Kuwabara cuts through the field with his dimensional sword, and his group resume chasing Sensui. In the Spirit Realm, Enma tells Botan that he will have to deploy the Special Defense Squad, and also cryptically says something about someone being of demon kinship.
Sensui and Kuwabara's group arrive in the Demon Realm. Kurama uses a plant to give him wings, which lets him and his allies fly. Sensui is able to use his aura to fly, although he says he finds the winds of the Demon Realm hard to control. He is also impressed with the Demon Realm, and asks for them to fight away from the forest below. They land on a place called Guillotine Hill, which Hiei thinks is a fitting place for their final battle. As the fight starts, Sensui immediately uses a technique to give himself armor -he says that his raised energy can materialize, to become both a supreme weapon and the ultimate armor.
The group attack, but nothing they can do can do anything to Sensui, not even after Hiei consumes the power of another black dragon wave for himself. Kurama is hit by Sensui's reppa fuujin ken (fissure break wind encampment fist), and when Hiei attacks with his sword, it fails to even dent Sensui's armor.
Sensui tells them that it's a shame their strength is so half-hearted, and that they unconsciously try to defend themselves. He then regrets to inform them that they won't die easily. Will Hiei, Kurama and Kuwabara now be unable to avenge the death of Yusuke?
-The anime shows the SDS suiting up and getting ready, whilst the manga doesn't show this.
-The B class demons who notice Sensui and the others arriving in the Demon Realm aren't seen retreating in the manga, but the anime does show them moving away.
-In the anime, after using the wind fist technique on Kurama, Sensui then kicks Kuwabara. He's not shown attacking Kuwabara in the manga.
-The recap sequence for this episode does not have any dialogue from the narrator.
