Synopsis
Genkai and Koenma run back to Yusuke's apartment, where they find that Botan has been inured, whilst Mitarai is somehow unharmed -but it sat there not helping Botan. Genkai heals Botan, whilst Mitarai says he's in league with Sensui, but Koenma tells him Sensui doesn't think that. Keiko then arrives, along with Kurama, who is carrying the injured Shizuru.
Mitarai explains Botan actually saved him, as she pushed him out the way before a bookcase fell on him. He wants to know why she and Kuwabara, who are his enemies, saved him. She explains she did it without thinking, and Koenma tells him he was shown the Black Chapters video to brainwash him. Kurama tells him he can understand how confused he must feel, having only had one unbearable aspect of humanity shown to him. But there are many people who aren't like that. Meanwhile, Sensui, Kuwabara, Gamemaster and Gourmet drive out of the city. Sensui tells Kuwabara they want to make use of his ability, but only once he has perfected it. He also explains that Gourmet ate elder Toguro, hence why he can extend his fingers -his ability lets him use the abilities of people or demons he's consumed. They then notice Yusuke closing in on them.
However before Yusuke can do anything, his bike gets blown apart by Sniper. As Yusuke tumbles across the road, ripping his shirt up in the process, Sniper extends his territory and places four death crest cross spots on him. Sniper explains that now, no matter where Yusuke tries to run, his attacks will not miss those targets. He tells Yusuke to stay on edge, and then rides off.
Shizuru is healed and wakes up. She asks where Kazuma is, but Kurama has to explain what happened. Mitarai reveals to everyone why Sensui wants Kuwabara, and Genkai says they need to move out to help Yusuke. She, Kurama, Botan and Koenma head off, whilst Shizuru and Botan remain behind. Mitarai wonders what he should do, and after some words of wisdom from Shizuru, he heads off after Genkai's group. Kurama is happy to offer him a hand. Elsewhere, Yusuke tries to track Sniper down, but Sniper is able to use simple blades of grass as projectiles.
Sniper is nowhere to be seen, but he can attack at long range, as he then sends a bunch of rocks at his target. Yusuke destroys them all and says attacks like that won't work, but he the sees much deadlier objects flying his way. The Human Realm may be in danger, but right now, can Yusuke defeat Sniper?
