Synopsis
Brawn and Trailbreaker find Starscream and Thundercracker trying to take some steel. They fight the Decepticons, but Starscream blows up the building, allowing him and Thundercracker to escape with the steel. At an ancient temple, the Decepticons have discovered the crystal of power, which Megatron takes. He places it in a weapon frame made out of the stolen steel and fires a shot, which blows up one of the Autobot's Sky Spies. But the frame is melted, so most of the Decepticons head out to get more steel. |
Sideswipe and Wheeljack find and release Skyfire from his icy tomb, reviving him. Skyfire takes Brawn and Windcharger to the Andes Mountains in Peru, where the Autobots were getting strange energy readings from. After a run-in with Megatron, they head back to Autobot HQ. A larger force of Autobots heads to Peru. Most of the Autobots go after the Decepticons, whilst Skyfire investigates the temple. However, he gets shot by Starscream. |
The other Decepticons have the steel they want, which is loaded into Skywarp. The Autobots show up and a battle takes place, but the Decepticons eventually withdraw. Megatron distracts the Autobots by shooting a mountain, which causes many boulders to roll towards a village. As Megatron leaves, the Autobots fire on the boulders, destroying them and saving the town. During the battle, Spike and Bumblebee save Luisa, who informs them about the crystal. They enter the temple via a secret passage and find Skyfire, who Spike tries to repair. |
The Autobots follow the Decepticons and get to the temple, where another battle takes place. Megatron uses his new crystal-powered cannon, but the weapon frame gets shot to pieces by the repaired Skyfire, destroying it. Megatron orders a retreat, but swears that he'll return. Wheeljack creates a device to stop the stream of energy coming out of the temple, which he and Skyfire put in place. |
