In our last episode, Ryu and Ken arrived in Hong Kong, and found themselves an able tour guide in the lovely Chun Li. Taking a helicopter tour of the city, they convinced Tyler, their pilot, to drop them off in a place known as the Kowloon Palace -a lawless zone where gambling and martial arts combat meet. In the arena, Ryu defeats their champion and then all his challengers, but Lean, the overlord of Kowloon Palace, refuses to let these strangers disgrace him and live.

As Ryu, Ken and Chun Li run, they are chased by the residents of Kowloon Palace, who want to kill them -Lean said whoever kills them will be greatly rewarded. Ryu and Ken beat down a couple of guys who try to get in their way.

The group jump up and take cover behind a wall, and the gang run past it without noticing them. Ken says they'd better call Tyler before things get much worse, but then realizes he's lost his cell phone! He asks Chun Li if she has any idea on how to get back, so she goes to take a look.

She says she can't tell where Kowloon Palace ends, and where the rest of Hong Kong starts. She then figures out which way they need to go, but doesn't think they'll be able to get through all of that. Ken says they'll have to run and fight for all they're worth. Chun Li says he can't be serious -everyone in this scary place wants them dead!

Ryu says there's no way their pilot is going to find them in here, they're going to have to get themselves out. The group start running again, but as they run, a group of men start to follow them.

Ryu and Ken suddenly stop, and Chun Li asks why. Ken says they have them surrounded, and suddenly, a large group of men appear. Their leader, Kokuja, bursts out of a window.

He says to behold the fools who have stumbled into their territory: three outsiders, with rewards on their heads. Ken asks if he's the leader, and Kokuja says he is. He introduces himself, and says he's the leader of the Flying Black Snake clan. Ken asks him to pretend they haven't seen them, and he promises no one will get hurt. Kokuja says not a chance, as his men pull out weapons.

He sets his men on them, but Ken says first blood goes to him. He avoids an attack, and then punches the guy down. Ryu elbows and kicks down another guy.

Chun Li says that was cool, as Kokuja says these fighters are extraordinary. He starts yelling orders in a language Ryu and Ken don't understand, but Chun Li does -she says he's told his men to begin the flying death attack!

His men suddenly leap out of the shadows at high speed. Ken and Ryu just about manage to avoid them, but then more fly in towards them.

They manage to hit Ryu and Ken's ankles, and then get them into choke holds. They start hitting the two.

Kokuja says they now realize how the Flying Black Snake clan earned its name. He runs up the side of a building, and then strikes Ryu from above.

He then does the same thing to Ken. Ryu manages to elbow the guy who grabbed him, and then kicks him away. Ken throws his opponent over his head, and then punches him.

The other clan members start to attack, but Ryu and Ken are ready for them. They start taking them all out, and two of them land next to Chun Li.

Ryu thinks their leader made a hasty exit, but Kokuja appears behind them. He starts moving around rapidly, and neither Ryu or Ken seem to be fast enough to land a hit on him. As Kokuja jumps down, Ken jumps up towards him.

Ken tells him he's not the only one who can catch some air, and says he'll demonstrate his whirlwind kicks. He does a spin kick which hits Kokuja, sending him downwards. But Ryu jumps up and says Kokuja hasn't had enough, so he gives him another kick.

Kokuja crashes to the floor, defeated. Chun Li runs over and can't believe they did it -they're the best fighters in the world! The group resume running towards the city.

Elsewhere, Tyler tries calling Ken, but gets no response. Ken's group is still on the run, but they then all hear the sound of several people laughing.

A group of hockey players charge out, and circle around the group. They then start attacking them, but Ken and the others avoid their strikes.

Ken says that back in his high school, field hockey was for the girlies. The gang leader asks if they really think they could walk through the Hockey Blade's turf and live? He thinks it'll be a real pleasure icing punks like them, to hell with the bounty. He and his gang then start to launch pucks at them, but Ken and Ryu deflect them away...

...whilst Chun Li protects herself with her bag. The leader thinks they were lucky, and tells his gang to let them have it. The gang launch more pucks, but Ryu and Ken deflect them again.

Ryu thinks they should take up tennis instead, and as one of them goes attack him, he knees him in the stomach. He then kicks another two of them over towards Ken, so Ken takes one out...

...whilst Chun Li deals with the other. Ryu then deals with the remaining gang members, and hits the leader so hard that his mask shatters.

The group run off again, and can see the fence in the distance. They're almost there...

...but then a car pulls up and stops. Out steps Lean, along with his bodyguards, Sodom and Gomorrah. Lean offers his greetings to the outsiders, and says he is the overlord of Kowloon Palace. He regrets he cannot allow them to leave this area, and tells Sodom and Gomorrah to go. As the two approach Ryu and Ken, Ryu suggests that if they want to get some friends to help them out, now's the time.

The fight begins, but Lean says no one has ever bested Sodom and Gomorrah, and these two aren't about to. Ryu tells him he puts too much faith in hired muscle.

He and Ken then strike Sodom and Gomorrah in their faces, shattering their sunglasses. They continue to fight...

...and eventually knock Sodom and Gomorrah down. But Lean then tells them that's enough. He's taken Chun Li hostage.

He thinks they were on the right track when they said he relied too heavily on hired thugs. He says that in the end, the survivor isn't the warrior with the most skill, but the killer with the smallest conscious. A helicopter then appears, and shines a bright light down on everyone. Ken realizes it's Tyler, and Tyler tells everyone to stay where they are. With Lean distracted, Chun Li kicks him in the head.

Ryu and Ken finish off Sodom and Gomorrah by punching them, but then applaud Chun Li -that was a wicked move, pretty good for a tour guide! Chun Li says thanks.

Tyler lands the helicopter, and gets out of it. He says those guys were lucky they they were taken out before he could get to them, as he knows a thing or two about busting heads. And if they were able to make it through there, it couldn't have been that tough! The police then show up on the other side of the fence, but Lean isn't out yet. He says he'll be damned if these punks are going to defeat him and the entire Kowloon Palace! He aims a gun at Ken.

However, someone else fires a shot, shooting the gun out of his hand. Chun Li's father, Dorai, runs up, and asks if his daughter is alright.

The group returns to the hotel. Dorai asks Chun Li what is he going to do with her, as she's not supposed to be taking her guests into places like the Kowloon Palace. If Tyler hadn't called them at the police station, none of them would be here now. He thanks Ryu and Ken for getting his daughter home in one piece. He tells Chun Li if she ever does anything this foolish again, her days as a tour guide for this hotel are over. Chun Li says she's sorry. As Dorai walks off, Ken says no one told them their tour guide was the daughter of the police chief. Chun Li says it seems like she's always in trouble, but Ken says she's the perfect tour guide for them.

He wants her to show them around tomorrow, and she says she'd be glad to. Ryu doesn't think there would be anything as exciting as Kowloon Palace was. Chun Li says don't bet on it, and pulls out a magazine. She says they'll go on a trip to the location of the latest martial arts film being shot in Hong Kong, by none other than the biggest action hero in the world: Fei Long! Ryu and Ken know about Fei Long, and call him the Flying Dragon. Chun Li asks if they're big fans of his, and Ken says Fei Long is the greatest martial artist in the world. Chun Li is sure they'll have a lot to talk about if they get to meet him, and Ken is sure they will.
