Synopsis

High school student Natsuki spars with her karate club's captain, Yanagisawa. Later on, she goes to class where she meets a new student, Rina. Rina seems uninterested in becoming friends with her, despite her best efforts. Natsuki tries to walk home with her when a bunch of masked fighters surround them. Natsuki and Rina team up to take them down, and Rina is impressed with Natsuki's skills, whilst Natsuki sees Rina's powerful wrestling style.

One of the guys hits Rina's bike, which falls over and gets damaged. Rina is visibly upset by this, as the bike belonged to her boyfriend, Keiji, who she injured in a match before she changed schools. The school she used to go to -Jotoh Academy -has a meeting about what to do with her, and Daigou volunteers himself to go. Back at Natsuki's school, Yanagisawa advises Natsuki not to fight with Rina. He believes Rina's catch-as-catch-can style would be too much for Natsuki to beat, due to how much power Rina has.

Natsuki eventually manages to befriend Rina, although the latter thinks she's an airhead. Rina heads off home, but is devastated to find that her bike has been completely trashed, with a note on it from Natsuki stating she wants to fight her. Rina doesn't know that is was Daigou who really did it, but she rushes back to the school, and challenges Natsuki. The two start fighting, and Natsuki manages to get out of Rina's holds more than once.

Rina eventually gets Rina into a hold it doesn't look like she can get out of, but she recalls a conversation she had with Natsuki earlier -about martial arts being for fun. She releases Natsuki from her hold, and then Daigou walks in, annoyed that they didn't knock each other out. Rina quickly realizes he was behind everything, and he reveals that Keiji was ordered not to give up in his fight with her, which is what resulted in her breaking his leg.

He starts fighting Rina, and after getting punched in the face repeatedly, he manages to kick her down. Rina tells Natsuki not to interfere, as she gets picked up by Daigou. But she then throws him, and as he flies over to where Natsuki is, she takes him out with a kick.
