Alucard hears someone telling him to wake up. He opens his eyes and asks the person in front of him who the hell is he supposed to be? The guy claims to be the spirit of his gun, and he can call him Jackal... Willis. Alucard pulls out the Jackal...

...and starts firing at him. Alucard thinks this is ridiculous, and decides he's going to leave now. The spirit tells him he's living in the Willis Space now, and one does not simply leave Willis Space! He tells Alucard he will be spending the rest of his life here, making cameos in various productions regardless of their entertainment value!

But anyway, the two of them are going to run through Nakatomi plaza. Or he can help him rescue Ving Rhames from being sodomized by wielding nothing but a samurai sword. Then they, along with Steve Buscemi, can sweep the Golden Raspberry Awards by going into space to blow up a meteor.

Along the way they'll get jerked around by a kid with a weird name who can see ghosts, and then they'll roll their taxi to catch Milla Jovoich. Before Willis can say anything else, he gets shot in the head!

Alucard gasps and sees that a house has appeared next to him. The sniper who shot Willis says that was a close call, as that Willis was an imposter. He tells Alucard to watch out for sneak attacks and betrayals, and never let another man choose his weapon. But now it's time for Alucard to wake up, as Seras and Integra are waiting. Alucard then spots Charles de Gaulle. Charles de Gaulle nearly gets shot in the head, but just happens to move at the last moment.

Christopher Walken and Tom Berenger then appear, saying that together, they are the dogs of war. Alucard tells them to stop it. Maximilian Schell then appears, and says they should kill them all. Alucard screams for them to stop it, but then someone appears, who claims he is "The Emperor".

Yet another man appears, but says his name is "the fourth protocol". Alucard tells him that what he's said makes no sense. One final man then appears, saying that he is the negotiator. Alucard says good luck to him.

At the Navy base, the staff realize that communications to other military bases are being cut off. It's reported that civilian communication networks across the city are also offline. Someone then reports that a fleet of airships have been sighted, which are heading to London. Penwood thinks this is impossible, but Integra tells him the enemy is at the gate.

Millennium arrives at London, and the Nazis start yelling with joy, wanting to fly faster. Anderson watches the zeppelins fly over.

As the zeppelins come to a stop, the Major tells his soldiers to fall in. He says night has fallen, and tonight all of their promises bear fruit -welcome to the eve of war! The Nazis start celebrating.

Doc tells everyone to open up their handbooks, and start on page 3. Schrödinger realizes he's misplaced his handbook, so Doc tells him to go and share with the Captain for now.

The Major calls upon Lieutenant Zorin Blitz. He says their primary targets are to bring down Hellsing and Alucard. The men she is going to command will be the vanguard unit. She is to take one of the zeppelins and go to the Hellsing headquarters . However she isn't to go into a direct assault yet, and will wait until he and the main force arrive. Zorin doesn't understand why she has to wait, as without Alucard, the Hellsing forces are as weak as children. The Major shakes his head and tells Zorin not to take the Hellsing women lightly. Integra Fairbrook Wingates Hellsing, the head of the legendary Hellsing vampire hunter family, is the only one that Alucard recognizes as his master.

Then there's the policewoman, Seras. She might seem to be a joke, but the Major thinks she may not fully understand her own nature yet -which makes her even more fascinating. Whilst they are both inexperienced and imperfect, they are still worthy of being like Alucard -being Millennium's arch-enemies. So he tells Zorin to wait and not engage them straight away. Zorin says her orders are crystal clear. With that sorted, the Major tells everyone that the floodgates can open. He wants to target Big Ben, the west bank of the Thames and the houses of parliament. Buckingham Palace, Scotland Yard, Westminster Abbey... they can all be destroyed.

As his troops ask what to do with other places, such as the British Library and Tower Bridge, the Major's answer is always the same: destroy them. His troops are to feast to their heart's content. He is passed a glass of wine, as the zeppelin's rockets are prepped for launch.

The Major then drops his glass, which shatters when it hits the ground. As soon as this happens, the rockets are launched, causing immediate large scale damage to the city. More and more rockets are launched.

The explosions kill thousands, but the Major says he wants more. The Nazis think the view is beautiful, and below them is the only place suitable for monsters like themselves.

The paratroopers are ordered to deploy, and start to drop out of the zeppelins. At the Navy base, a group of soldiers suddenly burst into the room. Some of the staff join with them, but some of the others wonder what's going on.

Integra is held at gun point, and the invaders are people who've joined with Millennium. One of them says that as of now, this facility is under the control of Millennium. Penwood asks what's going on, but is told to shut up. The lead Nazi says what's going on is a very good day for vampires, since he's just captured Integra. Integra just laughs, telling him they he and the others are the vampire equivalent of newborns, whilst she and her allies are the institution of their annihilation. The vampire tells her to shut up, but then has his arm sliced off. Walter is the one who did it, and Integra tells him to clean up.

He says he'll take these children across his knee, and as they start firing at him, he uses his wires to make a shield, that stops their bullets. He then quickly destroys them all. Integra asks Penwood if he's alright, and admits that up until now she thought that he was the traitor in their midst.

Penwood says that whilst he's powerless against the vampires, he's not a coward. Reports then start coming in about how London is under attack, but they still can't get word from their other military bases -although it could be possible that they are already engaging the enemy. Integra says that it'll be the same everywhere, and this facility is sure to be on the list of Millennium's targets. She says it's time to leave.

She tells Penwood that it's time, as this building is about to be overrun by an army of vampires. He says that she and Walter must go back to their headquarters as quickly as possible, as there are duties she's honor-bound to perform. She must see to her sworn obligations, whilst he must stay and perform his. She says that he must have a death wish to stay here, but he believes that it's still possible they could get their communications back, and start giving out orders again. They need to establish a chain of command with whatever bases are still fighting off the invasion. He's the commanding officer here, so it's his facility, and he can't abandon his post. He's not a strong man, and gets nervous, and he isn't even sure how he got this position. Well, the fact is, he admits, he was born with his title, and his money. He was just handed his position by obligation, so now, he feels that the least he can do is perform the responsibilities he was handed. Integra hands him a special gun, which is loaded with blessed atomized silver tip rounds, which will be more effective against vampires than ordinary iron.

She says the best of luck to him, and he says the same to her. Penwood tells the staff to leave, as he can operate the equipment by himself. But they just laugh at him.

Penwood tells them to evacuate, but they know full well he doesn't even know how to operate the consoles! So they ignore his order and all vow to stay with him, and begin preparations to defend themselves should Millennium's forces arrive. Penwood thanks them all.

Integra and Walter leave, and head back to their car. Integra says nothing will get in her way, as head of the Hellsing family, she swears it. Meanwhile, the London attack continues. The Nazis land in the city, and start attacking anyone they find.

Thousands more people are killed, and the Nazis start drinking the blood of those they find. This creates an army of ghouls, which start roaming around the city.

The ghouls start attacking any survivors. One Nazi finds some police, who are shooting at the ghouls. They shoot at him, but their bullets don't harm him, and he kills them all.

Before the Nazi can do anything else, he gets shot up by Integra. She looks at the dead police officers and tells them well done, as they've served their country. But now they can rest in peace. Walter gets the car moving again.

As they drive through the streets, they hear something on the radio. It's Penwood, who is now the only one left alive in the base. He says that this message is to all soldiers, and he hopes someone can hear it. As he talks, Sir Irons also listens in. Penwood says this facility will soon fall, and the monsters are almost upon them. He tells everyone to keep fighting, and do your duty. He looks at the gun Integra gave him, and thinks back...

Penwood asks Walter if this little girl really was the new head of the Hellsing family. Integra thinks him calling her "little girl" was a bit rude. She quickly puts him in his place, reminding him that she killed her Uncle to become the head of the Hellsing family. So he should never address her as "little girl" again.

Integra reveals that, before he died, her father said that should she need anything at all, Mr. Penwood would happily provide it. Penwood says Arthur would always call him up about wanting something, like a fancy new gun or helicopter. Integra says she may have some requests of her own, leaving Penwood in despair.

Back in the present, the barricade gets broken down, as more Nazis storm into the base. The commander spots Penwood and says he put up quite a fight. Penwood starts to laugh, but the commander doesn't see what's so funny, and calls him pathetic. Penwood says what the commander is one to talk, as he's an undead maggot, of course it's funny. The Nazis then see that the room has been rigged with a lot of explosives.

Penwood says farewell to Integra, and says it was an honor and a privilege. The commander starts shooting him and tells him to put down the switch, but Penwood says he doesn't take orders from a swine like him. He presses the switch...

...and the base explodes. In the car, Integra and Walter can no longer hear any transmissions from the base, instead, they just get static. Integra tells Walter to go faster.

Walter suddenly stops the car. Up ahead is the Captain, so Walter tells Integra to take the wheel of the car, and find another way across town. She should not try to find him, and no matter what, she isn't to look back. Walter says that, the way he is now, he doesn't know how long he'll be capable of holding out against the Captain.

Integra tells him to live through this -and to consider that an order. She then gets back into the car, and drives off. Walter then attacks...

...but the Captain grabs his wires without being sliced up by them. Walter says he knew it was him. The Deus Ex Machina then appears, and the Major tells Walter it must have been 55 years. It's nice to know that after all this time, he's still managed to find a way to interrupt him during his dinner.

Meanwhile, the Nazis find out Integra is on the move, and move in to capture her. They are able to run fast enough to catch up to her car, but she does some sharp turns to lose them. Instead, they turn to firing rockets at her.

Integra manages to avoid several rockets, but then one of them explodes too close to the car, causing her to lose control and crash. A Nazi jumps onto the car and is about to get her, but she cuts his head off.

One of the Nazis tells her she doesn't know when to give up, and her situation is hopeless. He tells her to surrender and give up. Integra says that giving up is something they would say, even though they're cowards who couldn't bear to remain human. They're monsters, and they disgust her. But she wants to fight them rather than surrender, and tells them to have it. One of the Nazis jumps towards her, but is then pierced by several bayonets.

Father Anderson appears, and goes up to Integra. He mocks Integra by repeating her previous words to the Nazis, but then asks Heinkel if she heard that, or what Yumie thinks about it. Up above, Heinkel and Yumie are waiting. Anderson says that people like Integra are their sworn enemies.

Heinkel tells Anderson that their orders were to do nothing more than just observe at this point. Yumie also says that saving Hellsing was a serious breach of their orders. Anderson says what was he supposed to do -just sit back and watch? They're the ones who'll crush them, and are the only ones to deserve to do so. Nobody else can interfere. The Nazis tell Anderson that Iscariot won't stand in their way. Anderson tells them that the dead don't speak. As Heinkel and Yumie drop down, Anderson says that they won't let the dead raise an army. They'll cut them down like straw, and they'll tremble before him.

He then asks the others to speak up and tell them who they are. More of Iscariot's forces appear, and drop down. They hold daggers and poison in their right hands, and 30 pieces of silver and straw rope in their left hands. One Nazi decides he's heard enough and charges, only for Anderson to slice his arms off. Anderson tells his soldiers to show who they are. They're apostles, yet not apostles, they are believers, yet not believers, they are disciples, yet not disciples, they are heretics, yet not heretics. They are soldiers in the service of death, who bow their heads and strike down enemies of their God. They serve their poisons at every supper, and their daggers flash in the moonlight. On the hour they are called, they cast their 30 pieces of silver into the sight of the holy place, and with their straw ropes, they hang themselves. He then starts throwing bayonets...

...and killing Nazis. The forces of Iscariot get into a fire fight with the Nazis, as Anderson continues to slice up anyone in his way.

Out at sea, Alucard says that he is being drawn to his nemesis, and his master. Using his powers, the Eagle moves once more, as Alucard yells to go onward -to the battlefield!

Alucard: Was it a dream? I had a dream in which I did not get to fight.

Seras: Master, I don't think that was a dream...

Alucard: What?!

Vernedead: Well you see, these next two volumes are mostly about Iscariot, the Nazis, Seras and myself! Ha, I think you're barely in it at all! I do okay through.

Maxwell: Ha ha ha, I feel so sorry for you. I'm all over this volume like Sgt. Slaughter dropping an inverted suplex. Like the macho savage, I'm bringing the pain!

Major: I love the way you bring a sparkle to such dated and bland material. Bravo!

Alucard: What's wrong with you people?
