The Fist King is waiting at some ruins. He says that the wind has changed, and that two stars are coming together.

Cassandra Collapses!
The Legend of the North Star is Reimagined!!

At Cassandra, two guards burst into Toki's cell. Toki tells them they're too late, as Kenshiro is almost here. The guards look behind them, and see that the wall is starting to crack. They decide they must kill Toki now, and swing their swords at him.

However, Toki stops their swords by grabbing them. Kenshiro then knocks down the wall, as he, Rei and Mamiya walk through it.

Kenshiro sees Toki, and Toki sees that Kenshiro has come. The guards can't pull their weapons free, and wonder if Toki really is sick.

Toki suddenly lets go of their swords. The guards say they've got to kill Toki no matter what, and go to attack again. Kenshiro tells them to go ahead -they'll learn what Toki is capable of.

The guards hesitate, but then go to strike. Before they can hit him, Toki emits a powerful aura from himself, and raises up his arms.

His chains break apart, and he hits both of the guards with a white beam, which passes right through them both.

HOKUTO UJOU HAGAN KEN

(North Star Humane Face Breaking Fist)

Toki tells the guards that they'll at least die without feeling any pain. The guards wonder what's going on, and then see that their bodies are bending out of shape -yet they don't feel anything. Kenshiro says that any hit by Toki's technique will feel euphoria as they die.

The guards continue to twist around, but they say they feel great... up until they both explode. Rei thinks he now understands why the Fist King feared for Kenshiro and Toki to meet.

Toki stands up, and tells Kenshiro that he's been waiting for him. Kenshiro tells him that he's gotten thinner. Toki says that he's still alive, but then coughs up blood. He assures that he's fine, but says his body isn't strong enough for traveling. Which was why he allowed himself to be captured, and then he waited. He knew Kenshiro would come.

Kenshiro picks him up, and says they'll leave Cassandra. Outside, the Fist King's royal guards have been defeated. Cassandra's guards and former prisoners wonder what's going on inside the tower, and also wonder what's going to happen to them next.

Suddenly, Uighur stands up, revealing he's not dead. Uighur says that Cassandra has one more legend: in the end, Cassandra will return to the wasteland. His face then splits in two.

His body falls back into the grave, and he's definitely dead this time. But the guards and prisoners wonder what his final words meant. Raiga and Fuuga say they've heard of that other legend: when the prison tower falls, Cassandra will return to the wasteland... and all living things will return to nothingness. They think this means that the Fist King has somehow rigged the prisoner tower. Suddenly, the entire tower begins to shake.

Inside, Kenshiro's group realize that the tower is collapsing. Toki says that Cassandra will return to the wasteland, and tells Kenshiro to hurry. The group start making their way down some steps, and Rei slices up anything that falls into their path.

As they descend, another pillar falls down, but there's a guy on it. The man says that the Fist King's suicide squad is here, and claims that they're not afraid of dying. They've got a mission to kill them all, and he tells them to die. But Kenshiro simply kicks the pillar in half, causing the guy to fall to his death.

Kenshiro's group arrive at the bottom of the tower, but the rest of the suicide squad is there. They go on the attack, and Rei says to leave this to him, but then the floor starts to crumble away. Many of the suicide squad get trapped or fall...

...which makes them easy targets for Mamiya and Rei. Soon only one guy is left, who seems to scared to attack. Rei asks him if he's scared, as he thought the suicide squad weren't meant to be afraid of dying.

The guy tries to run, but Rei slices him apart. He tells the others to hurry, as the tower isn't going to last much longer. Outside, the guards and prisoners think that this other legend is horrific.

Raiga and Fuuga say that the tower is going to fall, but they can't let the savior and the others die. A guard tells them that it's too dangerous for them to go in now, but they say they've put their faith in the savior -they'll gladly put their lives on the line at any moment. The ones inside must be saved, and then they can all leave Cassandra together, and head towards a new age. The guard says they promised to leave Cassandra together one day, to see the outside world. He tells them that they'd better make it back, so they can leave together.

Raiga and Fuuga run towards the tower, but they see a man standing outside it: Bulg. Bulg says he is the leader of the Fist King's suicide squad, and he cannot let Toki and Kenshiro leave this place. Raiga and Fuuga say that Kenshiro is the savior, who they will follow.

Bulg tell them that they can die, and hits a button. This causes a massive slab of concrete to burst out of one of the walls, and Bulg says the tower will become their grave. The slab drops, but Raiga and Fuuga catch it. They are able to hold the slab up.

Bulg is impressed, but says they can't fight like this. Raiga and Fuuga say they won't let him block this place, as this exit is Kenshiro's only hope. Bulg asks if that's all they've got to say, but Raiga and Fuuga tell him that they've put their faith in Kenshiro -they aren't afraid of dying for him.

Bulg calls them fools, and draws his sword. Meanwhile, the tower continues to crumble, but Kenshiro's group can see the exit.

They run out, only to find that both Raiga and Fuuga are dead. Rei says they died protecting the exit, and Kenshiro tells Raiga and Fuuga that he'll never forget their hearts. He closes their eyes...

...and tells them he'll blow out the flame of evil. The tower then falls over, and once the smoke has cleared, everyone sees that Kenshiro's group have survived.

Kenshiro's group notice some debris, which has blood stains on it. Toki says it's from the blood of all the martial artists the Fist King has murdered, just to make his power greater.

Toki says that Jagi and Amiba only followed the Fist King's orders. The Fist King's goal is to become the ruler of this chaotic century's end, and his real identity is... Kenshiro says the Fist King must be Raoh. Rei knows that Raoh is meant to be Kenshiro's oldest brother. Toki asks if Kenshiro knew already, and Kenshiro says that Raoh was truly strong... too strong. And so what of his ambition... Raoh had no concern for the 2,000 year old traditions of the North Star divine fist art of assassination.

Years ago, Kenshiro and Raoh are waiting in Ryuken's dojo. Ryuken tells them that the successor will soon be decided, and asks Raoh what he will use the North Star divine fist for. Raoh tells him isn't it obvious -he'll use it for himself! Ryuken asks him what he seeks. Raoh points upwards:

TEN!

(Heaven!)

Raoh declares he will seize everything for himself, but Ryuken tells him God will not allow that. Raoh says that he will fight even God.

Back in the present, Kenshiro says that the world has turned into an era that Raoh wished for. They then hear one of the guards crying, distraught over Raiga and Fuuga's deaths. Kenshiro says he won't let their deaths be in vain, and he'll bring death to the Fist King.

Bulg and the rest of his mean then appear. Bulg tells them he won't let them leave this place, and that Lord Fist King's orders are absolute. Kenshiro tells them that they all don't deserve to live.

Bulg's men attack, but are quickly blown apart or sliced to shreds.

Cassandra's guards and prisoners also want to fight, and start taking on Bulg's men. Bulg realizes his forces are getting annihilated, as Kenshiro tells him this is it. Bulg takes his sword and attacks Kenshiro, but Kenshiro blocks the blade with his arm.

Kenshiro tells him he deserves the flames of hell, and starts punching him repeatedly.

Bulg gets knocked down, and finds that he can't move. The guard walks up to him and says that this is for Raid and Fuuga, and stabs him with a sword, killing him. As the guards and prisoners celebrate, Cassandra's other buildings fall apart.

Later on, Kenshiro's group look at the ruins. Mamiya says that the city where devils cry has now vanished, and Rei says the cries can no longer be heard. Kenshiro says he can still hear them weep. Toki says there is only one man who can silence their cry, and points to Kenshiro.

Later on, a guard is about to report on what happened to the squads they sent to Cassandra, but the Fist King tells him there's no need to say it -he knows. The stars of fate have met, and where the North Star goes, chaos follows. The heavens call for chaos... and it calls for him!
