A few years have passed, which seemed to have been buried in sand. The world has once again reverted back to a place where the terrorizing celestial emperor ruled with violence.
Bask: What are you, sir? Some kind of monster?
Kenshiro: I'm just a man.
Lin and Bat, now leaders of the resistance of the North Star, reunited with Kenshiro, who was revived as the legendary savior.
Bat: Ken... Ken!
Lin: Ken, you're back! You really came back!
Rihaku: Maybe there will be hope again in this century's end...
And now, a new history of battles has begun.
The Mysterious Bounty Hunter, Ein!
Kenshiro's Head is Mine!!
At the North Star army's base, everyone is glad to have Kenshiro with them. One guy says that having Kenshiro is like have a hundred troops. Everyone thinks that the North Star divine fist is invincible. Inside the fortress, Kenshiro, Lin and Bat look at the stars. Lin asks about Yuria, and Kenshiro confirms that she has passed away peacefully.
He thinks back to the time he was riding with her, and he asked if she was alright. She said she was, but it was clear she wasn't.
Back in the present, Kenshiro takes off his necklace and gives it to her. He says it belonged to Yuria, but Yuria wanted her to have it. Kenshiro tells Lin to live on. Lin isn't sure if to take it, but Bat tells her to. Yuria has entrusted her with something that she couldn't do.
Someone then reports that a convoy of the celestial emperor's is approaching fort #2. Kenshiro walks off, and tells Lin and Bat to come with him. Lin says that this is the first time Kenshiro has invited them along. Rihaku tells her and Bat that it means they're both warriors.
Meanwhile, Jako is informed that Kenshiro has truly returned. He demands for Kenshiro to be killed, as the North Star's shining beacon must be snuffed out! He says to have the bounty on Kenshiro raised, and let the killer name their price. He wants every bounty hunter in the country mobilized, and also says to have anyone related to the North Star killed.
At another village, two guys notice a vehicle approaching, which has the celestial emperor's emblem on it. A guy runs out and finds that the two in the car are injured, and explain that the areas belonging to Bask and Zong have been taken. And the ones responsible are heading to this village next. The guy signals for the gates to be closed.
Everyone inside starts to panic, but they get the gates closed. However, seconds later, a large vehicle smashes through them.
Ein, a bounty hunter, calls them a bunch of fools -they suddenly closed the damn gates, so he couldn't stop in time. He tells them to clear out of the way, and then kicks his driver.
As he drives on, the soldiers notice that Ein's vehicle is dragging along two men. They realize that Ein is a bounty hunter. One of the soldiers leads Ein to where his boss is, and asks him to wait a moment.
Ein prefers not to wait, and kicks the door down. Inside, Geira wonders what's going on, and tells Ein that he should learn some manners. Ein tosses forward his two captured bounties.
Ein says these guys are worth 8,000 jedols. Geira tells him he did a good job, and has the reward brought over. But Ein says he doesn't want the money that the celestial emperor's forces has minted -he'll take the jewels the women have instead.
A guard then has the special prisoners Geira had asked for brought into the room. One of them asks that, if they defeat the man with seven scars, will they really be freed, and given their own area to control? Geira says that's right, and has one of his women hold a wanted poster of Kenshiro. He says that if they can beat this man, it's all theirs.
Ein asks if this is really true, and Geira says it is. Ein thinks it's not a bad offer, and it'd make his woman happy. He tells the four prisoners that this bounty is his, so they should get lost. They say they'll make him sorry, so Ein asks them if any of them have a woman. They say they don't, and one of them then goes to punch Ein.
Ein blocks the punch, and says that he doesn't have to feel bad about doing this. He quickly takes down all four prisoners by himself.
Geira thinks Ein might just be able to do the job. Another guard then runs in, screaming that Kenshiro is here, and has brought any army with him.
The North Star army enter through the hole in the wall which Ein made. Ein steps forward and introduces himself to Kenshiro, but then says he's going to take his head. Kenshiro asks why, and Ein says it's for a promise he made.
Geira is watching from up above, and says Ein should be able to handle this. Ein asks Kenshiro if he has a woman. Kenshiro says he doesn't, which surprises Ein -not even with that pretty face? He then says it doesn't matter, it means he doesn't have to worry about it while he takes him down. Kenshiro dismounts from the Black King.
Kenshiro notices that Ein's fighting style is street fighting. Ein says he hasn't lost a fight yet, and if he doesn't like someone, he can just crush them with his fist. Ein sees that Kenshiro must be confident, as he hasn't even taken a stance. He goes to make the first move.
Kenshiro parries Ein's punch, and then slaps him. Ein wipes the blood away and says that was just a fluke.
He goes for another punch, and then uses a rapid punch technique, but Kenshiro avoids every strike. He then blocks Ein's fist.
This leads to Ein getting slapped again. Ein thinks Kenshiro isn't bad, but then goes for another punch.
But Kenshiro slaps him again, and this time, he gets knocked down. Kenshiro looms over him, and goes to punch him.
But he stops his fist just before Ein's face. Ein asks why, but Kenshiro asks him if he has a woman. Ein nods, so Kenshiro walks off.
Geira can't believe that Ein got beaten so easily. Ein realizes he's lost, and someone tells him he should be ashamed. Buzori, another bounty hunter, has appeared, and he is surprised that the mighty Ein has fallen this low. He says he's embarrassed to be in the same trade as him.
He throws his captured bounties aside, and then calls out Kenshiro directly. But before he can challenge him, Ein smashes him in the face.
Ein tells Kenshiro to mark his words -he will be the one to take his head! Kenshiro walks on into Geira's fortress. Ein says he still can't believe he lost, now he'll never hear the end of it from his woman.
In Geira's room, the guards decide to run for it, not wanting to mess with Kenshiro. As Kenshiro enters, Geira reluctantly gets up, not happy that he has had to move -he says that even breathing is a lot of work to him.
Geira then releases some kind of purple smoke from his mouth, and also starts swinging around some pendants in both hands. He starts using hypnosis, and tells Kenshiro to do as he says, and obey. He tells Kenshiro that he's now under his spell, and will obey his commands. He wants him to lick his boots, so Kenshiro walks forward.
Kenshiro stomps on Geira's foot. Outside, everyone can hear Geira's screams, and Ein thinks the guy is a fool for thinking that kind of trick would work on Kenshiro. He gets back into his vehicle and waves goodbye to Lin and Bat, telling them that they may meet again. For now, he's calling it a day so he can go back to his woman.
As he drives off, Bat thinks this Ein guy is something else. Back inside, Geira jumps up and down, thinking it's impossible -how did his hypnosis not work?
He tries it again, this time trying to put Kenshiro to sleep. Kenshiro walks up to him and strikes his head.
He then hits a pressure point on the side of his head. As Kenshiro walks off, Geira realizes something is wrong. Kenshiro tells him that he had said earlier that he found breathing to require effort, so he's hit his zenha pressure point. It means that he can exhale, but can't inhale. Geira realizes he can't breathe.
He collapses, and this his entire body explodes. As Ein races away from Geira's area, he says that Kenshiro's bounty should go up again.
