Synopsis
Jin attacks with his whirlwind fist technique, but Yusuke is able to deflect both hits of it, and then counters with a move of his own: the reikoudan (spirit light bullet). Jin gets hit by it and is sent flying out of the stadium. He eventually crashes back into the stadium and lands on some spectators, but still tries to get back up. However he falls over again, and is counted out by Koto. Yusuke is declared the winner.
Yukina arrives on the island, but finds out that no tickets are available to get into the stadium. The next fight is about to start, with Risho set to fight Yusuke. However, the tournament head office stops the fight, and states that Koto was slow in her count in the previous fight when Yusuke was out of the ring. The head office declare that the previous fight was a draw, meaning Yusuke is out and Risho is the winner by default. Koto tries to contest this decision, but her appeal is ignored. Hiei decides he's going to start playing by his own rules, and wants to turn this into a survival game where he takes on everyone in the stadium. Yusuke sides with him...
...however Kuwabara says he can still fight, and steps up. Everyone on his team thinks he's crazy, as he's clearly still too injured to fight. Kuwabara tells Urameshi that if they break loose against these guys just because they're disgusted with them, they're no different than they are. But if the Urameshi team can win by beating these dirty guys whilst sticking to their principles, wouldn't it look cool? Yusuke says it would, but Hiei says if he wins, it'll look cool. Outside, Yukina reveals the main reason she is here is because she has found out that she has a brother, and is trying to find him. Botan and Shizuru do not tell her that Hiei is her brother, but says they will help her look for him. Inside, the fight between Kuwabara and Risho is about to start, but Kuwabara struggles to even stand. Kuwabara has no chance of winning -can Yusuke and the others do nothing but watch on silently?
-In the manga, Yusuke blocks Jin's second whirlwind punch with his hand, whilst in the anime, he deflects it with a kick.
-Jin gets sent flying straight into some spectators in the manga. In the anime, he gets sent upwards, out of the stadium, then drops back down and crashes into some spectators seconds later.
-The anime adds a part where Shizuru and Keiko get out of their seats to avoid Jin crashing into them. This wasn't in the manga.
-Yukina arrives whilst Koto is still counting Jin out in the manga. In the anime, she arrives later, as Koto is explaining each team has one fighter left.
-Yukina also doesn't talk to a couple of demons like she does in the anime.
-Jin falls over backwards after trying to get up in the manga, in the anime he falls forwards.
-Risho has a puppet nose in the manga, in the anime his nose looks normal.
-Risho does not hit Toya in the manga.
-Ruka doesn't get knocked down in the manga.
-In the manga, Shizuru, Botan, Keiko and Atsuko make their first appearance for the Devilish Trainer battle, and arrive outside the stadium late, due to them drinking
too much the night before. It's here where they meet Yukina. Shizuru is still seen drinking in the manga, whilst she's not in the anime. The anime changed this scene a lot, and added a part where Shizuru punches down two demons and gets them all to move out of the way so she can see the TV screen. The anime has Yukina mention she has a brother, in the manga this conversation doesn't happen until a little later on.
