One thing to note with this shot is that the storyboard states that "other Decepticons are gathered". It does not state to use Thundercracker, Skywarp or the Insecticons by name. Unfortunately the animators decided to use these characters in the shot seen in the movie, despite them being reformatted in the previous scene.
