These storyboards can be seen in full at the Sunbow and Marvel Productions Script/Storyboard Archive.

The first shot was cut. The second shot is in the movie, but Megatron cannot be seen on Unicron.

In the movie, Megatron does not land on Unicron during this shot. He instead remains floating above Unicron's mouth.

This storyboard notes to have Megatron land on one of Unicron's horns. But neither on the storyboard's art, or in the movie itself, is Megatron seen doing this.

This storyboard has Unicron's "excellent!" placed here, as Galvatron finishes forming. In the movie, he says it earlier, before the process of Megatron changing to Galvatron begins.

Galvatron was meant to say "long live Galvatron" during this shot. In the movie, he remains silent.

The storyboards do not specifically state which of the dead Decepticons are meant to become the new troops. Note that there are four Decepticons in these shots. In the movie, this was trimmed to three.

The storyboard for the creation of Cyclonus only has Bombshell in the shot. In the movie, Skywarp was also added, which in turn creates a big debate in the fandom over who really become Cyclonus.

The next storyboard inexplicably has two other Cyclonus-style robots turn up in shot. In the movie, there are only two.

The next storyboard has just one Cyclonus transform for this shot, whilst all the other characters are Scourge and the Sweeps. In the movie, there are two Cyclonuses for this shot (although one of them immediately vanishes after this).
