Guile and Lucinda head back to the jungle where they first found Blanka. Guile explains to one of the natives that they know Blanka came here before, and was searching for peace after Bison first changed him into what he is today. The native explains that Blanka was here, and came seeking inner peace. Luncida is afraid that Blanka has given up on himself, as his ability to live a normal life was shattered when he was exposed to more DNA mutagen. The native says Blanka had told him this, and they had spoken of his anger. But nothing he said could tame his fury. Guile says they need to find Blanka, before his uncontrolable rage turns deadly.
The natives says he had told Blanka about stories he had heard of a mysterious plant, which had unique powers of healing. Blanka had gone off to try and find it, as he was desperate for a cure. Not too far away, Blanka is tearing his way through the jungle. He comes arcoss a steam, and takes a look at himself. He says that was was not always like this.
He briefly sees an image of what he used to look like, and this causes him to lose it. He starts screaming, and then picks up a large rock, which he throws into the water. But he then hears someone else screaming nearby. At a village, a kid is attacking some statues with a sword.
Blanka locates the source of the screaming, and isn't happy to see the statues being broken. He stops him, and realizes he's just a boy. He tells him to calm down and takes away his sword, but tells him that he won't hurt him.
However the kid then bites his arm, causing him to let go. The kid runs behind one of the statues and hides, so Blanka tells him to come out. After messing around for a few seconds, the kid shows that he's got a lot of strength, as he's able to topple over the statue onto Blanka.
The kid laughs and runs off, as Blanka tells him to come back. He pushes the statue off of himself and gets up, and the statue slams into the ground.
Some villagers run over and says it's him -the one who has been terrorizing their village. Blanka drops the sword and tells them that they're making a mistake, it was another person who did this. However the villagers all start chanting the word "monster", which Blanka can't stand.
He tells them if they want a monster, he'll show them one, and he throws one of the villagers into a couple of others. He then uses his rolling attack to knock them all down, and whilst some try to grab him, he gets them off by using his electricity. They back off, and he tells them to flee from the beast they think he is.
As he walks forward, he falls into a pit trap. The villagers celebrate that fact that they got him, and start chanting "monster" again.
Blanka is left chained between two trees, as the village elders decide what to do with him. One of them thinks that, at last, their tormenter has been overcome. He wants to make Blanka suffer now, as he has made them suffer. Another agrees with him, saying that the destruction of their sacred place is the final insult. They decide that there will be no mercy.
Guile and Lucinda have arrived at the general area where the healing plant is meant to exist. They hope whoever lives here has seen Blanka, but they then hear Blanka calling out to them. They find him and Guile asks what happened, but Blanka warns them that there's something behind them.
Some villagers appear, so Guile and Lucinda run away, but Lucinda gets grabbed. Guile starts to fight off the villagers...
...and takes down several of them. But the village chieftain tells him to yield, or the girl won't see the sunset. Guile tries to explain that they didn't come here looking for trouble, they've come for their friend. The village chieftain says that his friend is their enemy, as Blanka has tried to destroy them. Guile thinks that's impossible.
Guile tells him that whilst he's not sure what happened here, they've got the wrong guy. But Blanka is raging, and the village chieftain points that out. To him, that is proof -that and the countless number of destructive acts has has inflicted on their village. Blanka tells Guile he swears he didn't do anything, but the village chieftain says enough. He tells the others to take Blanka to the river, to meet his fate.
Blanka is placed in a boat. The village chieftain tells Blanka that there's no forgiveness for one like him, and one of the villages uses a spear to poke a hole in the boat. They then push the boat out into the water, where several crocodiles approach it. Guile and Lucinda have been left in the village, tied to a pole. Ludinda tells him that back when he was with the A.N., he used to keep a hidden blade for times like these.
Guile tells her what does she think he's doing, and manages to pull out a knife. He cuts the two of them loose, and then takes out some of the villagers. Meanwhile, Blanka's boat beginds to sink, whilst the crocodiles have him completely surrounded.
The village chieftain yells that there is no escape, but he nor anyone else notice that the kid from earlier is watching from up above in a tree. Blanka's boat is almost completely submerged, when a crocodile takes a bit out of it.
Blanka swims down, and a crocodile follows him. He manages to get the crocodile to bite off his chains, but then another one approaches. He grabs it by the tail, and it swims back upwards.
Guile and Lucinda arrive, and see what's going on. Guile flash kicks a trio of villagers, and one of them drops their spear. Lucinda grabs it.
Guile takes out the last guy, whilst Lucinda threatens the village chieftain with the spear. Meanwhile, Blanka leaps out of the water.
He grabs the village chieftain and says he tried to destroy him. Now it's his turn, as the crocodiles are still hungry. He picks the guy up and is about to throw him into the water, but Lucinda tells Blanka to control himself. Guile tells him that this isn't him.
Blanka eventually calms down, and puts the village chieftain down, but is told by him to savior this moment -he is still going to end his pitiful life. Guile tells him that Blanka hasn't done anything to harm him, and he's made a mistake. But the village chieftain says the mistake is his for coming here, as strangers are not welcome.
Just then, the kid throws a snake at the village chieftain , which starts to strangle him. Guile and Blanka attempt to pull if off.
But the snake bites Guile's arm. Blanka manages to pull the snake off, and he throws it into the water. But Lucinda says that Guile has been poisoned.
Blanka then sees the kid up in the tree, and says he did this. Despite Lucinda telling him to come back, Blanka heads off after the kid. The kid makes it back to his home.
He goes up to two graves and tells the deceased that they haven't been forgotten, and the village will be destroyed. The ones who did this will be destroyed. But he then has to run off again when he hears Blanka appraoching.
Guile is taken back to the village, but the village elder says there is nothing more they can do for him. He tells them they never should have come here, but Lucinda asks about the magical plant, which has the power to heal anything. She asks him if he knows anything about it, and he says the plant appeared after the fire fell from the sky. The fire happened a long time a go, but Lucinda wants to know where the plant is.
He refuses to tell her, as he thinks it will anger the Gods. Lucinda reminds him that Gule's life is at stake here, so the chieftain tells her the plant is in the forbidden lands -but she must not go there, as it would make the Gods angry. He then leaves, so Lucinda tells Guile to hang in there. If that plant exists, she'll find it.
The kid continues to run away from Blanka, but Blanka tells him he won't get away this time. The kid swings over to a steam, and sees there is a log used to get over the water. He pushes the log into the water.
However, Blanka simply uses his rolling attack to get across. He tells the kid that because of him, his life was nearly taken away, and his friend is dying. He tries to grab the kid, but the kid jumps to the side.
But he lands into a swamp, and can't get out. He begs for help, and says that he didn't meant to hurt his friend. He wanted to hurt the chieftain , as he and the other villagers hurt his mother and father -they killed them!
When Blanka hears this, he help the kid out of the swamp, and tells him he has no need to fear him now. He says he understands his rage, and tells him to tell of what happened. The kid says he'll show him, and takes him to the place where he buried his parents. Blanka sees the wreckage of a plane nearby and believes the kid must have crash landed in it, but the kid shows him what he actually came in: a spacecraft!
The kid explains that his spacecraft was hit by a bolt of lightning, which caused it to go out of control. It crashed into a plane, and then hit the ground.
Somehow, he and his parents survived, but the ones in the plane didn't. Something leaking from the spacecraft poured over a plant, altering it. The alien family went in search of help, and found the village.
Some villagers came out and saw them, but rather than offer then help, they attacked them. The faimly ran off, but the kid's parents were killed before they could get away.
Whilst there was nothing he could do, he promised himself that the villagers would suffer for what they did. Back in the present, the kid says that the villagers must pay. Blanka tells him that whilst he may say he come from another world, when he looks at him, he sees himself. He sees eyes that are filled with hatred, and he feels a heart filled with pain, like himself. He explains that he did not always look like this, someone did this to him. The kid shouts that the people in the village must pay!
Blanka tells him no -because of his own anger being so strong, he almost let him die back there. He says they must learn to control their hatred, and learn to forgive. Just then, Lucinda arrives, and tells Blanka that Guile is fading fast. She then asks who the kid is, and Blanka says he's a friend. Lucinda says they've got to find the healing plant that the Incas told him about. She thinks it's around here somewhere.
The kid says he knows of the plant, and takes them to it. He pulls a leaf off of it, and tells them this will make their friend well. They sneak back into the village, and Lucinda gives Guile the healing remedy. She tells him to swallow it, as if the chieftain finds out that they found the plant, they're cooked.
Blanka is keeping lookout and says they're coming, but Guile then starts coughing and seems to revive. But the chieftain enters and says that the monster has returned.
Blanka uses his rolling attack to knock him and a few other villagers down. The group then leave the village, but Guile has to be carried. The chieftain finds the leaf from the plant, and tells everyone the intruders must not get away, as they had entered the forbidden lands. The Gods must be appeased.
Blanka tells the other to keep going, but the kid says he wants to stay with him. Blanka tells him to go back to the clearing now, and Lucinda tells the kid to come on -Blanka can take care of himself.
The villagers approach, and are armed with flaming torches, among other things. Blanka picks up a large rock and throws it at them, telling them to get back and leave them alone. He then picks up Guile and heads off to the clearing.
The kid takes Lucinda back to his spacecraft, and he tells her that they are safe here, as the villagers fear this place. Lucinda asks what this is all about, and the kid notices that something inside the spacecraft is glowing. He goes inside it and realizes it's a signal that his people are coming for him, to take him home.
Blanka and Guile arrive, and Lucinda explains what the kid just said. But the kid says he can't go, as the ones who killed his parents still live. Blanka tells him that somehow, the villager's deed will be punished. But he has to get on with his life, as he must. The kid says he wants to stay with Blanka, but Blanka tells him no.
He tells him he must go home, as it's what his mother and father would have wanted. He will always be his friend, no matter where he is. Guile wakes up just in time to see another spacecraft approach. He asks what's going on, but Lucinda tells him he won't believe it. A bright light emits from the spacecraft.
The kid steps into it, and is hit by a yellow light beam. There is then a bright flash, and when everything dies down, the kid is gone. Guile asks where he went, and Blanka explains he went home. Lucinda says that the mutated plant saved Guile's life, so maybe it can reverse the effect of the mutagen in his system, and make him normal again. But before they can check for the plant, the villagers arrive, and start setting things on fire.
The chieftain shouts death to all strangers, and having set the entire area ablaze, orders everyone back to the village. Lucinda tries to get the plant, but it's too late. Guile sees that they are trapped, but says there's only one way out of here. He throws a sonic boom into the fire itself...
...which creates a hole big enough for everyone to jump through. Guile tells Blanka he's sorry -the fire destroyed the one thing that might have cured him. Blanka says perhaps, but through that boy, he found a cure of another kind. At least now, he can deal with his anger.
The next morning, they head back to the village, only to find that it has been destroyed by the fire. Guile says the wind must have shifted during the night. Blanka finds the chieftain and tells him that his anger has cost him everything, just as it almost cost him his humanity. The chieftain says that what his tribe did was wrong, and he knows that now. In their rage, they took the lives of two innocents, and nearly three others.
Blanka says that fear and hate have cost their world too much, and they must all be tolerant of those who are different from them. From this day forth, Blanka swears he will never again yield to rage, and asks the chieftain to join him in this pledge. The chieftain says he has his word. Guile then welcomes Blanka back to the Street Fighters -they've missed him.
