Overlord tells God Ginrai that he will get no further unless he steps over his corpse. The two start to fight, but with God Ginrai weakened after his battle with Hydra and Buster, Overlord quickly takes advantage and sends his opponent down to Earth. God Ginrai holds on to the side of a cliff, as the other Cybertrons arrive. Overlord notices them and tells God Ginrai to crawl back up. He'll wait, as Commanders cannot allow to let their troops see them in awkward positions. God Ginrai asks if he is showing him mercy, but Overlord just states that he wants a fair battle with him.
The two grapple with each other, but Overlord then kicks God Ginrai down. As the other Cybertrons arrive, God Ginrai finds out from Lightfoot that they've managed to keep the damage to cities to a minimum. He tells them to go to BlackZarak whilst he distracts Overlord.
The other Cybertrons don't want to go as they are worried about their Commander, plus Overlord is acting differently than usual. God Ginrai tells them not to worry about him and tells them to go. As they move, Overlord resumes fighting God Ginrai and once again knocks him down. He tells him that even if his underlings do managed to get to BlackZarak, they are still no match for him.
The other Cybertrons make their way up the side of a cliff, and as they get to the top, they wonder where BlackZarak could be. They then see something in the distance, but Lightfoot yells for everyone to get down. They narrowly avoid being blasted by BlackZarak. Lightfoot says that that was a blast of BlackZarak's Devil Power, and if they follow where it came from, they should find BlackZarak. They decide to split up into two groups and head different ways to the same target.
Elsewhere, the former Destrons are gathered together. They have a cliff to climb up to get to where the Cybertrons are, but Clouder and Cancer are more happy that they've washed their hands of the Destrons and have become Cybertrons. Wilder says that's not quite true, as he isn't fighting for the sake of the Cybertrons. He just wants to take revenge on the Destrons, who spat on him despite his loyalty. Meanwhile, God Ginrai's fight with Overlord continues.
The ground the two are standing on gives way a little, and they fall down into a canyon below. Both of them survive and Overlord does a jumping punch, only for God Ginrai to grab his arm and throw him.
Overlord gets back up and uses a rapid punching technique, which God Ginrai avoids by jumping out the way. Overlord shatters a rock with his attack, whilst God Ginrai draws out one of his guns and asks why Overlord isn't using his weapons.
Overlord only intends to fight him with his own physical power, so he can show him the might of his flesh. He is not the same as Devil Z, who sees humans as weak creatures. God Ginrai decides he no longer wants to fight Overlord -his duty is to save humanity from destruction by Devil Z's evil power. He'd rather settle the score with Overlord after Devil Z has been defeated. Overlord doesn't care about his reasoning, but then has to chase him as he boosts out of the canyon.
Devil Z summons Hydra and Buster, telling them that some Cybertrons are on the way. If his concentration is disturbed by the Cybertrons, then he will not be able to use his Devil Power as effectively as he is now. If the two of them fail him, he will show them no mercy. They say that they understand, and go to intercept the Cybertrons. Meanwhile, Lightfoot and Road King close in, but as they head round a corner...
...Gilmer and Dauros start shooting at them. Road King transforms and runs them over, but is then attacked by Blood. He heads back down to where Lightfoot is and transforms, as they both start shooting at the Destron Pretender.
Buster and Hydra then arrive, telling Blood to go and meet with King Poseidon. They start shooting as Lightfoot and Road King, who see a cave nearby.
The two head inside it and intend to lure Hydra and Buster down here, but then the cave entrance gets blocked off -Hydra and Buster have caused a landslide to trap the two. Meanwhile Overlord has caught up with God Ginrai. God Ginrai tells him to rethink what he is doing, as he can now tell that he is not totally evil. Devil Z is deceiving him, as he couldn't possibly want the extinction of the human race. He asks him to join with the Cybertrons so they can defeat Devil Z. Overlord says he will decide how he lives his life, and that all he wants to do is to defeat God Ginrai to prove his strength.
God Ginrai sees how it is, and whilst he doesn't want to do this, he says he will have to use his weapons to against him. Overlord then gets shot, but not by God Ginrai. Grand Maximus has arrived and says that he will finish this. God Ginrai tells him to wait, but his words come too late as Grand fires again...
...and Overlord is sent flying down a canyon. With no time to check on him, God Ginrai gets on Grand Maximus and the two head towards BlackZarak. He finds out from him that there has been damage all over America. Meanwhile, Ranger and the Cybertron Headmasters are also on the way to where BlackZarak is. They come across another cliff and go to climb it.
But the cliff suddenly shatters as King Poseidon appears, and starts shooting at them. The Cybertrons take cover and shoot back, but they can't dent his armor with their blasters. Shuuta and Cab try to disable King Poseidon by ripping his arms off, but they don't have the strength to do it.
Blood then appears and starts shooting at Shuuta and Cab, so Ranger goes after him. He fires a shot which pierces one of Blood's wings, making him fall. Before Ranger can finish him off, several explosions happen around him.
Hydra and Buster have arrived, and as King Poseidon gets Shuuta and Cab off of him, Buster takes Shuuta hostage. Up above, the former Destrons see what has happened and want to help out. They run towards their transtectors, and go to transform...
...but their transtectors start to glow. Their armor flashes, and they are all thrown to the floor. When they get up, they no longer have their armor, and they no longer have their Master-braces!
Their transtectors have come to life! The robots reveal that they no longer need the humans, as they have been reborn as robot lifeforms. The robots capture all four of them, as Blood sees what has happened. He just laughs and says that is what they deserve for being traitors.
Ranger tries to contact Ginrai, but BlackZarak's power is preventing communications. The other Destrons then appear, as Blood says that the traitors have lost their Master-braces. Hydra has a good idea -why don't they take away the Cybertron's Master-braces also? Shuuta says that is impossible, but Hydra says it is simple. All they have to do is cut their arms off!
God Ginrai says he'll never allow that, and thanks to his distraction, Shuuta breaks free. The Cybertrons open fire on the Destrons, causing them to release Wilder, Bullhorn, Cancer and Clouder.
The four of them run over to the Cybertrons, who continue to lay down a suppressing fire. Overlord then appears, but only wants to fight God Ginrai. However, Devil Z then calls out, telling the Destrons that the attacks on America have been completed. Their next target is Europe, and he orders them to head there now. Overlord wants to crush the Cybertrons now, but Devil Z says he has no fear of them, only fear of the human spirit. He orders them to come now.
The Destrons fly away. God Ginrai challenges Devil Z, but he just laughs as the skies return to normal. The Destrons are gone, as God Ginrai realises that his main enemy got away again -but he will protect the Earth from him. Lightfoot and Road King then appear, and the Cybertrons are reunited. But what could the Destrons be planning in Europe?
