A jet is just 20 minutes away from London airport, and the pilots complain about the terrible fog they always encounter here. But they then notice that their seems to be a lightning storm right in front of their plane. Even so, they move into it.

However, this lightning is not natural, it is being created by Blood! He passes the plane and then stays over it, using his powers to make it go in the direction he wants.

Elsewhere, in the forest next to the Cybertron base, Shūta is looking for Cab. He comes across a large treehouse, and he can't believe Cab built something like this rather than use one of the International School's dormitories. Cab then jumps down and surprises Shūta by drawing a knife out and putting him into a hold. When he lets go, Shūta screams he came here because he was worried about him!

Cab just tells him to come up here, and invites him inside his new house. Shūta is impressed with it, even more so that he built it all by himself. The two head up a tree and talk about the Cybertrons. They both want to help the Cybertrons out, although Shūta doesn't think they will be able to do that much.

At the Cybertron base, Lander has been sent to England and contacts Hawk, telling him that the British Navy and rescue teams have not been able to find anything out about the missing jet. Diver then contacts Hawk and tells him that another plane has gone missing, and all of the Cybertrons think that these mysterious plane disappearances have to be something to do with the Destrons. Hawk then goes to join the others and bumps into Shūta and Cab.

They both want to go, and start arguing over who should get to go, but Hawk says he'll arrange a flight for them both to travel on. He then heads out of the base via a hidden passageway, whilst Shūta and Cab head to an airport to catch their flight.

Metalhawk reaches England first, and he sees that one of the missing planes has been found. It seems to have made an emergency landing on a beach, and already there is a rescue operation in full effect. He also finds that Diver is already at the scene and meets him, and the two of them change to their human Pretender forms. They go in to get a better look at what has happened to, and find that there are many injured survivors.

The survivors are transported to a hospital, where one of them, Minerva, is told by a doctor that her parents are going to be alright. As she runs out of the room, Hawk and Diver meet her. Hawk knows she was on that plane, and wants more info. Minerva says she'll tell them, but asks who they are. Diver lies by claiming that they are government investigators. Minerva believes him though and the three head outside, where she explains that she saw a bat monster when they were in the air. Knowing it must have been Blood, Diver and Hawk now know the Destrons were involved.

Meanwhile, the Destron Pretenders are putting there plan into action, and have unleashed more Destroids. The Destroids are in a city in Rome, and they are working much better than the previous ones because they are actually living people used from the captured plane, rather than resurrected corpses. The Destrons are now after Dr. Blanieux, a famous biologist, for their own needs. He can help them perfect their Destroid creations. Blood has found out that he is going to be on a plane which is heading to Japan.

Cab and Shūta finally arrive in London, where they meet Lander and Phoenix. Elsewhere in the hospital, a news report shows that Rome is under attack by zombies. The Cybertrons meet up, and know that these zombie creatures must be the passengers of the missing planes.

The police can't hold the zombies off, and Hawk knows casualties will only increase. The Cybertron Pretenders decide they need to get to Rome as quickly as possible, but Shūta and Cab want to come with them. Hawk refuses, saying that are to wait here. As they run off, Shūta and Cab are disappointed at not getting to see any action, although Minerva seems amused at their similar reactions.

Arriving in Rome at night, the Cybertron Pretenders quickly get to work. Using an anesthetic gas, they knock out all of the zombies. The Destron Pretenders see what is going on, and Blood wants to fight them. Gilmer tells him to wait, as they need to take care of that biologist first.

Metalhawk sees them and gives chase, but stops when they jump down a hole. As the other Cybertron Pretenders go to where he is, Diver says that they should be able to turn the passengers back to normal with proper treatment. Lander says he'll check out where the Destrons went, and Diver decides to go with him also. The two change to their Pretender shells, and jump down the hole. Meanwhile, in England, Shūta and Cab are enjoying the view...

...when Minerva appears. They find out that the minor injuries she had are healed, and that her mother and father are going to be alright. They then try and introduce themselves, but talk over each other. Thankfully Minerva works out who is Cab and who is Shūta before they start hitting each other. Back in Rome, Lander and Diver appear at the exit of a tunnel, only to find that it leads to nowhere, and the Destrons must have just flown off out of it.

Back in England, Shūta and Cab find out that Minerva's father is a resident ambassador to Japan for the Republic of Mont Porte. This is why she and her family were heading to Japan, until the crash. She also reveals her mother is from France, and is very beautiful. Naturally she is beautiful also, don't they think? Later on, the Cybertron Pretenders return and meet with Minerva's parents. They find out that her father intends to be on the next flight to Japan, as he feels much better now. His work is very important to him. Hawk asks if they can come with him, something he has no objections about.

Later on nearly everyone is on the next plane for Japan, but Hawk and Phoenix check things one last time. They see nothing out of the ordinary, so they get onboard the plane and Hawk meets Professor Blanieux. With all the passengers ready, the plane takes off and heads to Japan. The journey is peaceful, and the plane is soon only a couple of hours away from Japan, but then...

...the plane starts to shake and purple lightning surrounds it. Hawk and Phoenix take a look out of one of the windows and they can just about make out Blood hiding under the clouds. Telling Shūta and Cab to handle things here, they head outside and suit up.

Minerva is surprised at what just happened to the Government Investigators, as Shūta tells her they are Cybertrons. Blood appears, and is glad the two Cybertrons are onboard as he'll take them down. Hawk begs to differ as he and Phoenix start shooting at him.

Back inside, Minerva is angry that she was lied to, as those two outside are clearly not government investigators. Shūta tells her it was wrong for them to lie, but they had their reasons! Minerva is still angry that he or Cab didn't tell her the truth earlier, but then something happens to the stewardess -she becomes a Destroid! She wants the Professor.

Shūta and Cab try and stop her, but she smacks both of them aside. She then batters down the door to the cockpit, and starts trying to kill the pilots, although Shūta and Cab resume their attempts at restraining her.

Outside, Hawk and Phoenix are still shooting when Blood changes to his vehicle mode and shoots back at them. Hawk and Phoenix change to their vehicle modes and shoot at Blood, landing a hit on him. He reveals he has backup, as a new type of Seacon unit bursts out of the sea...

KRAKEN

The two Krakens shoot at the Cybertrons and hit them. Blood tells the Krakens to finish them off, but they never get the chance as the Cybertrons recover and blow the Krakens apart with laser fire. On seeing this, Blood retreats.

Back inside the plane, Shūta and Cab finally knock out the stewardess by repeatedly smashing her head on part of the cabin. The plane has gone into a dive, but Metalhawk and Phoenix help stop it from crashing by staying under the wings. Later on, the plane lands in Japan, where Hawk says sorry to Minerva for telling a lie earlier. Since Shūta and Cab have already explained what was going on, she thanks them for protecting her parents.

She also praises Shūta and Cab for how brave they were inside the plane. Shūta and Cab know she is going to be attending a Japanese school, and request that she goes to the International School they go to. Going to school with guys like them is something she'll have to think about! The disaster was narrowly averted and thanks to the efforts of Professor Blanieux, all of the Destroids have been turned back to humans again. But the Destrons will be back, and what kind of attack will happen next?
