Can returns to his home and excitedly tells his pets that they are going home, and Shuuta and Minerva are coming with them. But a Destron plot is afoot -doctors around the world are disappearing at an alarming rate, and it is the work of the Destron Pretenders.

Minerva, Cab and Shuuta are soon on a plane which heads to the Karin Islands. Minerva says it is a dream of hers to live on a tropical island. Shuuta suggests she asks Cab for one, as he is the future King and will surely have a spare island or two. Cab says to just leave it to him. Meanwhile, on the islands...

Dr. Dado is checking up on a girl called Copo, when Donq appears. She says her fever is down and she feels much better today, so Donq tells her that Cab is coming to visit. He and Dado go outside, where Dado says Copo is very ill and has a circulatory disease. He wants to get her to the hospital on Viscas Island as soon as possible, so she can be seen by a specialist called Dr. Rhodan. Donq goes back to check on Copo whilst Dado returns to his office.

But as he reads some notes, Gilmer appears! He bursts out of the floor, snatches Dado, and then smashes through a wall to escape. Meanwhile, Cab, Shuuta and Minerva arrive on the Karin Islands, and Cab is glad to be home.

He meets up with Donq and introduces him to his friends. He already knows about Shuuta, but he's never seen Minerva before. She introduces herself, but...

"Waaaaah!"

"Young master, it's dangerous to associate with a beautiful girl like this!"

"Gramps! You're always talking nonsense!"

Cab asks how Copo is but finds out she's sick. He wants to see her, and shows Donq his transtector. The four of them head to the small hospital, and Cab talks to Copo. He says he was scared when he found out she was sick, but she tells him she'll get better.

Cab gives her a present, but she fails to open it and suddenly collapses on her bed. Cab wants the doctor to take a look at her now, but Donq reveals he has been kidnapped by the Destrons. Cab wants to know why he didn't mention this sooner, but he didn't want to worry him, especially after he came all this way with his friends.

Shuuta contacts Hawk and explains what has happened. Ginrai says the Godmasters are going to deal with this one, and they set out to the Karin Islands. Meanwhile, the Destron Pretenders have got all of their captured doctors onto Atlan Island.

Blood says the orders they were given were direct from Lady Mega, so they must succeed to regain their honor. Dauros really wants things to go to plan this time so they can prove themselves to Hydra and Buster, who always treat them like fools. He then tells one of the doctors to be quiet -Dado has found Rhodan, but doesn't get to say much to him.

The other Destrons see all the doctors, and Mega says the arrogant humans will soon realise the fleetingness of life once they realise all the doctors in the world are gone. She'll enjoy seeing all humans filled with so much fear that they'll lose the will to live. Back in the small hospital, everyone knows that Copo's life is in danger unless they get her to a hospital with the proper medical facilities. Donq says the one on Viscas Island is the closest one, where Dr. Rhodan works.

The fastest method of getting their is by boat, so Cab, Minerva, Donq and Copo head out. Cab decides to follow a route which passes Atlan Island, and uses the Atlan current. Cab heads to the back of the boat, where Minerva's transtector is. He tells Copo to hand on as she will soon be at a different hospital where Dr. Rhodan is. Suddenly the boat briefly shakes, as a Gulf leaps out of the water!

The Seacon bites out a good part of the ship, and then decides to follow it. Cab tries to lose it but can't, as it heads straight towards Minerva. Before it can do anything, the Cybertron Godmasters arrive on their own massive hovercraft and start shooting.

They destroy the Gulf and then lead Cab towards one of Viscas Island's docks. They see them off, whilst Ginrai tells the others they'd better go back to Karin Island and pick Shuuta up.

As they move out, Dr. Dado makes a break for it and runs out of the cave. Dauros goes after him, but Dado jumps off a cliff to escape. Dauros doesn't bother going after him as he thinks he's just going to become fish food. But later on, Dado is found by Ginrai.

They take him back to the Karin Islands and find out what the Destrons are doing from him. Dr. Rhodan is also being held prisoner, meaning that Cab and the others went to Viscas Island for nothing. But they are going to rescue him and the others. Ginrai tells Shuuta to take Dado to Viscas Island, whilst they move out in their hovercraft to Atlan Island. Ginrai wants someone to cause a distraction, so Road King steps up for that role. Lightfoot says someone should come from behind for a surprise attack, so Ranger puts himself forward. Ginrai says he and Lightfoot will take advantage of the confusion they cause by sneaking into the cave and getting the doctors out.

Road King and Ranger head out. The Destron Pretenders hear their engines and head outside, where they see Road King. Gilmer wants to know how Road King found them, but Blood doesn't consider him a threat. He changes to his jet mode and starts shooting at him.

Ranger then drives down from above, so Dauros transforms and goes after him. Lightfoot tells Ginrai he'll deal with Gilmer, and as he leads him away from the cave, Ginrai heads inside it and tells the doctors who he is and how he and his allies are here to rescue them. Outside, Road King transforms and starts firing...

...as he proves to Blood that he ought to be considered a threat. Ginrai finds Dr. Rhodan and tells him about the little girl who needs his help. Ginrai heads out of the cave with him, only to find that the Destron Pretenders have re-grouped and have some reinforcements with them: the Seacons! But the Godmasters also re-group, and reveal their special techniques.

"LAND WATERFALL!"

"ROTARY BOOST TYPHOON!"

"HEAT SAND ATTACK!"

"ATOMIC FIRE GUTS!"

The Seacons have all been destroyed, so the Destron Pretenders decide to leave whilst they still can. The Cybertron Godmasters return to Viscas Island along with Dr. Rhodan, who quickly sees to Copo and saves her life. To the relief of everyone, he says she will make a full recovery.

The Destron Pretenders return to base, where they tell Mega it is inexcusable they failed and it will soon be atoned for. Hydra and Buster think that will never happen, as giving them this mission which they strived to create was like casting pearls before swine. Gilmer and the others are more shocked that they were the ones who thought up this plan, not Mega. They all start to get into an argument, until Mega asks for silence. She finds their attitudes towards each other revolting, as they are meant to be comrades. She says this mission was not a complete failure, but a first step in a greater plan.

Back on the Karin Islands, Ginrai says he and the other Godmasters will be leaving shortly, but they can stay for a while. They're all really pleased about this and start to make a vacation out of it. Whilst the trip to the Karin Islands was almost tragic for Cab, the bonds between Ginrai, the Cybertron Godmasters and the Cybertron Headmaster Juniors were made stronger in their cooperation to save a little girl.
