Revived in the present day, Dio drinks the blood of several women to heal himself. He has taken the body of Jonathan Joestar, and has attached his own head to it.

The masked man pours blood over his own head, which causes the mask to react. He screams out to the gathered crowd below.

In Japan, Holy's condition is worsening. Her own Stand is threatening to consume her...

Iggy the Fool and
N'Doul the Geb
(Pt. I)

Jotaro's group see a helicopter approaching. Polnareff asks what it's doing here, and Joseph says it's a Speedwagon Foundation helicopter. Jotaro says those guys are the ones who are taking care of his mom in Japan, but Polnareff is concerned they're traveling via helicopter next.

Joseph says he wishes they could hitch a ride, but the pilots aren't Stand users. He doesn't want them involved should the enemy attack. Kakyoin asks why the helicopter is here, and Joseph says it's bringing them a new ally.

Joseph warns the new ally has a bit of a personality problem, so it took a while for him to be brought in. Avdol says it's impossible for the new ally to accompany them on this trip. Jotaro says that this new ally must be a Stand user, and Joseph says that the tarot card of the Fool represents him.

Polnareff thinks this guy's Stand must not be too bright. Avdol tells him to just be glad the new ally isn't his enemy, as he'd never beat him. Polnareff tells him to watch his mouth, but Kakyoin tells them to stop, as the helicopter is landing.

The two pilots get out. Jotaro asks which one of them is the Stand user, but they explain it's not them. The Stand user is in the back, so one of them opens up the helicopter's doors.

There doesn't appear to be anyone there, but the pilot says he's there. Polnareff thinks this guy must be tiny or something, and tells him to come on out. One of the pilots tells Polnareff to be careful, as the guy is in a bad mood due to the rough helicopter ride. Polnareff looks at his own hand and sees something sticky on it. Joseph tells him to step back.

The new ally finally reveals himself: Iggy, a dog! Iggy leaps onto Polnareff's face and starts chewing his hair.

Joseph says that this dog is the Fool Stand user, and he loves to chew on human hair. They don't know where he was born, but the New York dogcatchers weren't able to capture him. It was Avdol who finally managed to catch him, after much effort. Iggy also tends to fart when he's chewing on hair, something he then does on Polnareff. Polnareff throws Iggy aside.

He summons Silver Chariot and says he'll teach Iggy a lesson. Iggy then summons the Fool. Silver Chariot attacks, but the Fool seemingly splits itself apart to avoid getting hit.

The Fool then uses sand to grab onto Silver Chariot's rapier. Avdol says to put it simply, the Fool is a Stand of sand. Jotaro says simplicity is power, and thinks even he might not be able to land a hit on it. Polnareff begs for help.

Avdol asks one of the pilots if they brought Iggy's favorite food. The pilot says they did, as Iggy wouldn't have come here without it. He passes Avdol a box of coffee-flavored gum, but as Avdol walks towards Iggy, he warns him not to let Iggy see the box! Iggy suddenly leaps forward and takes the box from Avdol.

Joseph says that Iggy has a weakness for coffee-flavored chewing gum, but he still never allows himself to be tamed. Avdol thinks Iggy should at least take off the wrapper before chewing the gum! Polnareff asks how Iggy can be their ally. Iggy's ears suddenly prick up, and he sniffs a few times.

But he then lies down. Nearby, a Stand user called N'Doul has found out about Iggy. He opens his eyes, revealing he is blind.

One of the pilots unloads some crates, and says they contain food, water, medical supplies, extra clothes and more. Joseph asks about how his daughter is doing, and tells him to give it to him straight. The pilots tells him that Holy is rapidly losing her strength, and her life is still in grave danger. According to the prognosis of their Speedwagon Foundation physicians, she has two more weeks to live at best.

The helicopter then takes off, and leaves. Meanwhile, N'Doul has moved to a different location, and sits down.

Jotaro's group head off, but Polnareff wants to know why Iggy gets to sit on the seat, whilst they have to be in the trailer. Joseph tells him to wait until the gum loses flavor, then lure him to the back of the truck with a new piece of gum. Once that happens, they can grab the seat whilst he's distracted.

Polnareff attempts to grab Iggy, but Iggy starts growling before he can do it. As Iggy barks at him, Polnareff falls over backwards.

Jotaro then sees some smoke in the distance. The group go to investigate, and find the wreckage of the Speedwagon Foundation helicopter. There seems to be no weapon damage caused to it, and it appears to have just slammed into the ground. Joseph thinks this would have been the work of an enemy Stand attack. They start looking around the helicopter, and find one of the pilots. The pilot is dead, but Jotaro can see he has made scratch marks on the fuselage.

As Jotaro inspects the body, water falls from the pilot's mouth. More and more water appears, and Jotaro realizes it's coming from the pilot's lungs... this guy drowned to death, in the middle of the desert!

The others find the other pilot, so Jotaro and Joseph go up to them. The pilot says water, so Joseph passes him a canteen. But the pilot suddenly freaks out and says the water is attacking him!

The water in the canteen suddenly comes to life, and attacks the pilot. It twists his head off, and then brings itself back into the canteen. The group back off.

Polnareff says the enemy Stand is inside the canteen. Joseph asks why the user attacked those innocent men from the Speedwagon Foundation. He asks Avdol if he saw the Stand, but Avdol says all he saw was the hand. Jotaro searches for the Stand user, but even when using Star Platinum's vision, he can't find them.

Kakyoin tells Polnareff to attack the canteen, but Polnareff is reluctant to do so after seeing the pilot's entire head getting sucked into it. He tells Kakyoin he's closer to it, so he should hit it with an emerald splash. Kakyoin says he doesn't want to do it, so Polnareff tells him not to tell others to do what he doesn't want to do! A pool of water then appears in front of Kakyoin.

A head appears out of it, which slashes through Kakyoin's eyes. Polnareff rushes up to him and starts dragging him away.

Joseph tells Polnareff to not panic, and uses Chariot to defend himself. Polnareff the notices a pool of water under one of his hands, and it begins to change form. It's about to attack...

...but then the wrist watch on one of the dead pilots starts beeping. The water Stand immediately leaves Polnareff and attacks the watch, shattering it and the pilot's hand.

Joseph wonders why it attacked a dead body, but Jotaro says it was attacking the watch. Avdol says the Stand attacks by detecting sounds. Polnareff then realizes that the blood dripping from Kakyoin's eyes is making a sound as it hits the sand. Joseph tells him to run for the truck.

Polnareff picks up Kakyoin and starts running, but the Stand starts chasing after them. Joseph, Jotaro and Avdol reach the truck, but then see that the Stand has almost caught up to Polnareff.

It slices Polnareff's ankle, causing him to fall. Avdol helps Joseph uses Hermit Purple to grab onto Polnareff and Kakyoin, and bring them to the truck. Jotaro then uses Star Platinum to catch them both.

The enemy Stand hits the side of the truck, and seems to vanish. After waiting for a few seconds, Joseph says he'll start the truck. Polnareff thinks they're going to run away, and Joseph says that for now, they need to get away from that Stand.

The truck heads off. N'Doul knows what the group have done, and believes they know that he can detect their sounds. But knowing that won't help them much.

Joseph says that the enemy Stand can move freely in the sand without exposing itself, and the user can remain at a distance. Polnareff asks how Kakyoin is doing, and Jotaro says it's not good -Kakyoin is in danger of losing his sight, so they need to get him to a doctor right away. Jotaro then notices Iggy suddenly leap from the truck.

They then see that Polnareff is being attacked -the enemy Stand has gone into one of the pilot's gloves, and is using it to attack Polnareff! N'Doul knows that the dog got out of the truck before he made his attack... that could be a problem, but he'll take care of it later.

Polnareff summons Silver Chariot, and manages to stab the glove. But despite Jotaro telling him to wait, he then uses his Stand to slice the glove apart.

The enemy Stand hits the floor of the trailer, and then pierces into a water can. The water can explodes, and its contents then attack Polnareff.

Jotaro tries using Star Platinum to punch the water, but it doesn't work. Avdol uses Magician's Red, and has his Stand use the red bind technique.

This causes the water to mostly evaporate, but some of it bursts away from the truck. Joseph tells Polnareff to spit out any remaining water away from the truck, which he starts doing. But Jotaro and Joseph then think about the water in the truck's radiator.

The truck's engine panel then blows off, as the Stand appears again. It circles back and smashes through the front window, and grazes Joseph.

He loses control of the truck, causing everyone to fall out. The truck crashes, leading to its contents falling around everywhere.

Iggy sees the crash, but decides to take a nap. N'Doul says he knows where everything fell, and is going to take the group out one by one. Jotaro thinks this Stand isn't an easy one to deal with, but this is getting really interesting.
