Souther: I will not tolerate a single rebellion! Those who disobey me will be killed. Shu -no matter how bright the star of benevolence may shine, you cannot save the people and the world all alone.

Shu: SOUTHER!

Souther: I am the Holy Emperor... I need no love nor sympathy! Ha ha ha ha ha....

Shu, of the South Star white heron fist, has finally fallen into Souther's hands! As he takes one step at a time up the stairway to death, he calls out to Kenshiro of the North Star!

Run, Kenshiro!
Another Friend is Going to Die!!

Everyone watches as Shu continues to make his way up the pyramid. Souther says that Shu will complete his Holy Cross mausoleum, and it will shine as the symbol of his supreme power. He shouts for Shu to climb the stairway of death, and reinforce his name as the Holy Emperor, Souther.

Elsewhere, Bat and Lin drive through the remains of some of Souther's forces. Bat thinks it was no ordinary battle, but Lin just tells him to hurry. Elsewhere, some of Shu's forces see a signal.

They all gather together. One of them says that it's time for them to unite, and rescue Lord Shu. He says that they'll all head to the Holy Cross mausoleum, where Lord Shu is trying to sacrifice himself for their future. They must unite their strength to rescue him.

The group heads out through the desert, but they are seen by some of Souther's forces. The group's captain says that the resistance has gathered together, just as Lord Souther had predicted. He tells his men to crush them all with one blow, and then leads them off the cliff.

They begin their attack on Shu's forces, and quickly make many kills. They take some losses when a few of them get taken out by some archers, but they quickly turn the tables with their bikes.

The captain orders his men to slaughter them all, and they quickly get some more kills. But then suddenly three of them explode.

Toki has arrived. The captain realizes who he is, but Toki just tells him to clear the path -otherwise they'll have to take him on. The captain tells him to shut up, and then orders his men to attack. They move out, but the captain then notices a shadow looming over him.

He turns around to look, and is shocked to see the Fist King next to him. This is enough to panic him into crashing his bike. Toki goes up to Raoh, and Raoh tells him that even with his failing health, it doesn't seem like his fists are weakening. Toki asks Raoh why is he here?

Raoh says he's here to watch Kenshiro's final moments, as unless he solves Souther's secret, he will die. Toki surprises Raoh when he says that he knows what Souther's secret is. He then says he won't let Kenshiro die, as he still has some unfinished business to sort out. As they talk, the group's captain orders his men to charge, and wipe out the Fist King, Toki and the rest of the resistance.

His men charge forwards, but Raoh charges towards them. He has the Black King leap up, and land on one man.

He and his horse then charge through the other soldiers, defeating them all by battering them out of the way. The captain realizes he's up against the two most horrific enemies: the Fist King and Toki, two brothers of the North Star.

Raoh then towers over him. He begs to be spared, and promises to serve the Fist King for the rest of his life. Raoh calls him filth, and tells him he's not worth him soiling his hands for. He has his horse crush him instead. With him out of the way, Toki tells Raoh that they can now go to Kenshiro, and witness his battle.

At the pyramid, Shu is almost at the top. Shu thinks Kenshiro must hear him. Souther then yells to him, asking him what's wrong -if he fails now, there won't be any mercy for the hostages.

Shu thinks he can feel it... Kenshiro is coming, he's answered the calling from his soul. He turns around and shouts that Kenshiro is coming. Everyone starts to look around.

Kenshiro stands at the edge of a cliff, and looks down at the Holy Cross mausoleum. He says he can hear it... he can hear Shu's scream. The star of benevolence is calling him. He tells Shu to wait for him, and then heads towards the pyramid.

Souther suddenly turns around. His soldiers look at what he's looking at, and see a guy slide forward right up to where Souther is. Souther asks him what's wrong, but the soldier can't even speak properly.

"You... are already dead."

Kenshiro then walks in, and stops in front of Souther. Souther says he's been waiting for him, but the soldiers tell Kenshiro he won't be taking one step out of here. Kenshiro tells them to get lost, as he has no business with any of them.

They attack, but before they can do anything, a pillar is thrown down. It crushes several of them, and all of the others stop. They see who threw it: the Fist King.

They then see that Toki has also arrived. Souther says that they now have the full set of three North Star brothers. Toki tells everyone to clear the way, as the eldest and second brother of the North Star will not let anyone to stand in Kenshiro's way.

Souther laughs and says that it is said as the South Star fades, the North Star appears. But he intends to turn all three brothers of the North Star into pillars for the Holy Cross mausoleum.

Bat and Lin arrive, and Bat thinks they've turned up for what's going to be one amazing battle. Kenshiro notices Shu, but Souther warns him not to interfere -he won't let him desecrate this Holy Cross mausoleum. He tells him that if he tries to help Shu, then he'll have all the children and hostages slaughtered. Kenshiro says he'll have to kill him.

Shu then shouts for Kenshiro to not come any closer. He says he must place this holy stone, as it holds the lives of a hundred hostages, and his pain for not being able to stop the South Star six holy fists from falling apart. Souther calls him a fool, he shouldn't feel and guilt for the chaos of the six South Stars.

Some men attach shackles to Shu, then head back down the steps. Shu realizes Souther is asking him to die carrying this stone, and says that his is not for him -it is for the six fallen South Stars, the men who bore the stars and died. He will place this stone.

But he warns that sooner or later, this Holy Cross mausoleum will fall by the successor to the North Star divine fist. That's the destiny of the South Star -it'll never shine as the imperial star! Souther shouts for him to shut up.

He has his men shoot Shu with several arrows. As everyone reacts in horror, Souther says that having Shu just place the stone won't be enough. But the blood of the South Star is the perfect mortar to make the Holy Cross mausoleum sturdier.

Kenshiro starts to run up the pyramid. Shu thinks the end of his life has come, he just wishes that he could have get a glimpse of how much Kenshiro had grown. Down below, Souther is passed a spear.

Kenshiro continues to run up the pyramid, but Souther says this is the end, and throws the spear. It narrowly avoids hitting Kenshiro...

...and pierces into Shu's chest. Kenshiro arrives seconds later, but then sees something: Shu's eyes have returned to normal.

Shu sees Kenshiro, and says he can see. He looks at Kenshiro, and says that God has granted him one last wish.

He tells Kenshiro that he has grown strong, and he can see a resemblance of Shiva in him. He says that he has no regrets, as the blood of the star of benevolence has led him down the right path.

He tells Kenshiro to go on and open the path of this age -he will always be watching him. He looks up to the sky, and says that Shiva is waiting... and so is his wife. He says farewell to Kenshiro.

Before Kenshiro can stop him, Shu allows himself to be crushed under the stone he was carrying. Everyone starts to cry over his death.

Toki says that the star of benevolence shined brightly to the end. Raoh comes over and says it was a remarkable final moment. Kenshiro grabs onto the stone, and thinks about Shu.

He tells the star of benevolence to live on in his heart. He then stands up again, and tells Souther that once he's done with him, there won't be anything left!
