Kenshiro has crossed the ocean in pursuit of Lin, the kidnapped celestial emperor. There waits a hell of battles, the Land of Asura. Another North Star now stands in Kenshiro's way. The North Star lapis lazuli fist, used by the Asura supreme leader, Han. The fierce battle between Kenshiro and Han has begun.
Rag: How can this be?! He couldn't be...
Shachi: He is the terrifying ruler, Raoh!
Rag: Spill forth, red flow! Let the whole land know that Raoh has invaded!
Shachi: It's the signal -the red water. In the Land of Asura, everything is ready for Raoh's invasion. This is going to get interesting...
What is the goal behind Shachi's bold tactics?
And what of Kenshiro and Han's battle? Which North Star will victory smile upon? Will Kenshiro make the final blow to the codes of Asura?
Kenshiro's Secret is Revealed!
The Land of Asura is His Motherland!!
The Asuras noticed the red water, and realize that Raoh has arrived. The rags and other villagers believe that the legend was true -a savior has arrived, who will save them and defeat the supreme leaders of this land. The time they've waited for has finally arrived!
Tao and Leia head to where Jukei lives. Jukei is outside his home, and is told by Leia that the rivers are running red. Jukei says this means Raoh has finally arrived. The red water will terrify the Asuras, and fill the villagers with joy. Jukei believes he can die now.
He says that the North Star lapis lazuli fist should never have been passed down, and he broke the code by teaching it to three men. They became supreme leaders of this land, and ruled it with a code of cruelty. That was the beginning of hell for this land, but now Raoh could free them from it. Leia asks him why he is so sure Raoh would come, and why everyone in this land believes in the legend. Jukei says the Land of Asura is the motherland of the North Star divine fist, and the home of Raoh. People eventually seek out their homeland.
Back at the fight, Han kicks a large rock, which shatters around Kenshiro. He then leaps up and does a fiery kick attack, which Kenshiro counters with lots of punches, knocking Han back.
Han says he hasn't fought a man this skilled in a while. He starts to walk forward, but as he does, afterimages of himself appear. The real Han gets behind Kenshiro.
Kenshiro tries to elbow him, but Han avoids it, and suplexes him. This causes parts of the ground to shatter and break apart.
Several Asuras fall to their deaths, and Lin almost falls with them, but Shachi saves her. He says he's still got a use for her. Han calls Kenshiro strong, but doesn't believe that he's Raoh. He asks for his opponent's name, so Kenshiro introduces himself, and also reveals that he defeated Raoh. Han is surprised that it's Kenshiro he's fighting.
This also surprises the Asuras and the rag, who realize it's not Raoh who is fighting Han. Shachi thinks that it's too late, the red water is already flowing -everything is going his way. Han says he understands that Kenshiro is the true successor to the North Star divine fist, which makes him all the more worthy as his opponent.
He raises his fighting spiritual energy, as Kenshiro does the same thing. Rocks begin to lift up in the air.
They each raise up two big rocks, and smash them together. As debris goes everywhere, Han moves back.
But Kenshiro breaks through, and Han is just about able to block a punch thrown at him. Han tells Kenshiro that he's grown strong -he was the infant who sailed from this land in Raoh's arms. Kenshiro asks what he means. Han tells him he was one of the three children sent from this land by Jukei, the successor to the North Star lapis lazuli fist.
Meanwhile, Jukei is telling the same story to Leia and Tao. Jukei says it was over twenty years ago, where the times were rushing towards destruction. He explains that, back then, this land had been invaded by a military superpower, and was on the verge of annihilation. Once he realized that civilization would someday collapse, and everything would begin from nothing again...
...he sent three boys from this land: Raoh, Toki and Kenshiro. The three boarded a boat, and Jukei tells them that Ryuken, the successor to the North Star divine fist, is waiting at the other side of the ocean. They must master the North Star divine fist, and become its successors. As Jukei watches them leave, he thinks that once the world begins again from nothing, the power of the fist will rule the new age. He believes that Raoh, Toki and Kenshiro will one day return here.
Back in the present, Jukei says that whilst he sent those boys to Ryuken, he still felt concerned. He believed that there must be an art to suppress the violence of the century's end, and, blinded by that wish, he taught the forbidden North Star lapis lazuli fist to three other boys. But that was a mistake, as the North Star lapis lazuli fist holds limitless dangers. All three of them lost themselves in its dark powers, and became the supreme leaders of Asura, the rulers of this land.
They are the third supreme ruler, Han. The second supreme leader, Hyoh. And the first supreme leader, Kaioh.
Jukei says their rule will end now that Raoh is here, as he will become the legendary savior, who will resolve everything. Tao says this is strange -the man who has come here isn't called Raoh. Leia says she believes his name is Kenshiro! Jukei can't believe it.
Kenshiro is surprised Asura is his homeland, but Han says it is. He then hits Kenshiro with an energy blast, sending him crashing upwards.
As Kenshiro drops down, he smashes into the floor. Han laughs and says that Kenshiro has now seen his invincible North Star lapis lazuli fist. Winning the battle decides everything, which is the cruel code of the Land of Asura. But then, the ground beneath Han rips up.
Han drops down, as a large portion of the floor caves in. Kenshiro slams Han into the ground. Shachi thinks this is intense... this is what a battle between the North Stars is like.
Han gets back up, as he and Kenshiro unleash their fighting spiritual energy. This causes more rocks to raise up, which start spinning around and smashing into each other. But Kenshiro then realizes that there is something wrong with his legs.
Han tells him it looks like his legs are paralyzed now. He's faced more battles than him, and has slowly worked on paralyzing his legs as they've fought. He kicks Kenshiro, and tells him he can no longer move. He's struck his pressure points, but now, he'll strike right through his heart!
HOKUTO RYUUKEN: ZANFU ENPA
(North Star Lapis Lazuli Fist: Beheading Wind Swallow Destruction)
Han strikes Kenshiro... only to find that he's missed the mark. Instead of hitting Kenshiro's heart, he's hit his arm. He doesn't understand how he missed.
Kenshiro hits pressure points on his own legs, allowing him to move again. Han watches him walk towards him, but then realizes something is wrong -his vision is getting blurry. Kenshiro tells him that he had been sealing the nerves in his eyes.
Han tries to attack again, but Kenshiro avoids his strike, and then kicks him a couple of times. Kenshiro tells him it's over, and he can now taste for himself the cruel code that plagues the Land of Asura.
Han leaps towards him, but Kenshiro punches him repeatedly, before landing one last punch that sends him flying back.
Han says he has completely lost, and this was what he'd expected from the man who defeated Raoh. But he warns Kenshiro that he won't be able to defeat Hyoh, the second supreme leader.
He tells Kenshiro that no one but Raoh could defeat Hyoh, it doesn't matter if he's stronger than Raoh. He says that a path more brutal than hell awaits him, and advises him to turn back now, or his destiny will crush his body and soul. The ground Han is on then breaks away.
Han screams for Kenshiro to turn back, but then falls into the red river below. Meanwhile, Jukei is shocked that Kenshiro is the one who came here, not Raoh. He says that only Raoh can save this land, so Leia asks why. Jukei says there is a reason Kenshiro cannot become the savior.
Kenshiro wonders why his blood is boiling. He thinks his blood senses a destiny here, as it did in his battles with Raoh -but why? Lin then runs up, and Kenshiro also meets Shachi. The group head back to the beach, and Kenshiro lights a fire, to send out a signal.
He tells Shachi that his father is waiting on that ship. He'll come to meet him once he sees this smoke signal. As Shachi looks out at the ship, Kenshiro tells Lin to return as well -Bat and her sister are waiting for her. Lin asks Kenshiro what he will do.
Kenshiro says he must go on -but she must go back. He tells her to have a family with the man she loves, and raise children. He then continues to walk off.
Lin sees that Shachi has kicked sand over the fire, putting it out. He says that he's not going back, as he's abandoned his father. The Land of Asura has already begun to tremble, so he's going to live in this land, with his ambition. He asks Lin what she's going to do. Lin looks out at the sea...
...and thinks about Lui and Bat. She then looks back at Ken, and thinks about what he said to her. But she decides that she's going to stay here. It may be the only selfish thing she's ever done in her life, but even if this isn't meant to be, she's going to stay here with Ken.
