Having seen the river turn red, Leia and her brother head off to find Jukei to inform him about the news. They find him at his swampland home and say that the savior will be coming to the land of Shura. He is pleased by this news and knows that the villagers will also be happy. But it also means that he can now die in peace. Hokuto Ryuuken should never have been passed on and he feels that he made a mistake by teaching it to others. This land has become hell because of the likes of Han, and it is all his fault for passing on the style.

Leia asks if they should be so sure Raoh is returning -how can everyone know for certain that it really is him? Jukei reveals that not only did Raoh's style, Hokuto Shinken, originate from this land, but he himself was born here! And a man has to return to his place of birth at some point. Meanwhile, at the palace, the battle between Kenshiro and Han continues.

Han walks towards Ken and creates clones of himself which keep vanishing and then appearing again every second. The real Han sneaks behind Kenshiro and quickly throws him, with such force that it shatters much of the ground and sends a few Shura down below.

Lin almost falls, but Shachi catches her. She may still be of some use to him. Meanwhile, Han says that even though he is strong, he does not think his opponent is Raoh. Kenshiro tells him what his true name is, and that he defeated Raoh.

Han realises that Kenshiro is the true successor to Hokuto Shinken, which just makes him want to beat him here and now even more. The two fighters pick up large rocks with their auras and throw them at each other, and whilst lots of chunks fly everywhere...

...Han just about manages to stop himself from being hit in the chest by Kenshiro. Han then tells Kenshiro that he has grown strong since he was taken away as a baby with Raoh. As Ken asks what he means by that, Jukei explains to Leia and Tao about Kenshiro. It all happened a long time a go...

Long before the nuclear war, the land of Shura was just a normal country. But one day, a powerful military invaded and destroyed it. What was a perfectly fine country was left in ruins within just a few days.

Jukei survived and knew they would have to start over. But wanting someone to protect his land should it be invaded again, he sent three boys across the sea to train in Hokuto Shinken with Ryuken. Those three were were Raoh, Toki and Kenshiro, the latter was just a baby at this point in time. Jukei sent them off on a small boat, and hoped they would come back some day.

However, Jukei was unsure about the three boys and after a lot of thinking, he decided to further protect his homeland by teaching three others the Hokuto Ryuuken style -which turned out to be a grave mistake, as after becoming masters they all went off and conquered Shura. Han was one of the men Jukei taught, but he also taught two others: Hyo and Kaioh.

Tao tells Jukei that he has found out that the man who has come here isn't Raoh -his name is Kenshiro! Jukei is shocked by this. Meanwhile, Han has told Ken the same story and that his homeland is Shura. He then throws Ken...

...straight up into part of the arena, forcing it to crumble and fall to pieces. Han believes he is the strongest of all the Shura and has proven it by defeating Kenshiro, but suddenly Ken appears from underneath him and makes most of the arena floor crumble.

Ken ends up slamming Han into the ground. Most of the Shuras run off, but Shachi and Lin stay to watch the action, which is now down a floor below. Ken and Han resume is some rock smashing antics when Ken suddenly stops.

He realises that there is something wrong with his legs -they are going numb. Han reveals that he has hit a pressure point known as "keirakuhaku" that gradually destroys the opponent's legs over time. Throughout the fight, Han has been waiting for this moment!

HOKUTO RYUUKEN: ZANFU ENPA

(North Star Lapis Lazuli Fist: Galeforce Kill)

Han's attack is meant to kill the opponent instantly, as it strikes their heart. At first it seems Kenshiro has been hit, but then Han realises that his attack has missed, he struck Kenshiro in his arm!

Han is bewildered to how he could have possibly missed. Ken fixes his legs by hitting pressure points on them and then tells Han that their battle is over. As he starts to walk towards him, Han notices why he has missed.

It is because he can no longer see properly -as one Kenshiro becomes two! Ken tells him that he had been working on damaging his vision just as he'd been trying to destroy his legs. Han tries to use the Zanfu Enpa again, but Ken easily stops it and kicks Han back. He says that as for losing in the land of Shura, he must die. Han makes one last ditch effort to fight and leaps up towards Kenshiro...

"Atatatatatatatatatatata!"

Han lands near the edge of the destroyed arena and admits his defeat. Whilst he may die here, he tells Kenshiro that he will never be able to defeat Hyo, the second Rasho in this land, and that he should head back now. As the floor he's on crumbles and plummets, Han tells Kenshiro to go back now -his life will only become a living nightmare if he stays in Shura! He falls into the red river below.

Jukei says that Raoh is meant to be the savior -Kenshiro can't be and there is an important reason why! Sadly he doesn't explain that reason. Meanwhile Kenshiro is once again reunited with Lin and also finds that she was with Shachi.

Ken takes them both down to the beach and lights a fire. When Akashachi sees it, he will come and get them. He tells Shachi to go to his father and also tells Lin to return home to be with the man she loves.

Ken still has things to do here and he begins to walk away. Shachi kicks sand over the fire to put it out -he says that he has abandoned his father and he still intends to rule Shura. What does Lin plan to do?

Lin thinks about Bat and Lui, but in the end she wants to stay with Ken. She tells Shachi that this may be the most selfish thing she has ever done, but she is going to also stay on Shura.
