When will he Awaken...!?

The boy, Haru, has taken the man he found back to the bar he works at. The man is left to rest, whilst Haru serves drinks to drunken customers. Two of them think the booze he's serving them is practically just water.

One of them grabs Haru and threatens him, then throws him back. The cloaked man catches him, so the two drunks ask him if he wants a fight.

The cloaked man says he doesn't, and goes back to lie down. The two drinkers decide to leave, so Haru gives the cloaked man some food as way of thanks. The bartender asks Haru if this is really alright, as that was his lunch he's just given away. Haru says he's not hungry.

Outside, some of the celestial emperor's forces arrive, who are led by Geld. They enter the bar and start looking around, but they see someone of interest: a guy in a hat, who is sat by himself.

Geld sits down at his table, and starts looking through some wanted posters. He comes across one which has a picture of the guy in the hat on it. The guy picks up a flower pot, and smashes it over Geld's head.

Geld laughs it off, then punches the guy so hard he gets sent flying into a wall. He says this man is Helken, a member of the Red Dragon resistance party, who rebelled against the celestial emperor.

He tells everyone that from today, he is the executioner in this town, and he won't allow anyone to oppose the celestial emperor. If they want to live happily in this town, none of them are to ever defy him. As he and his men leave, he happens to see the cloaked man. He thinks he's seen him before, but the man says they've not met. Geld kicks him, but he doesn't respond.

Geld says the man he was thinking of wouldn't just let someone do that to him. They say that man is dead anyway. He and his gang then leave the bar. After they're gone, some of the villagers say that Geld used to leave the celestial emperor's special forces, and is a cruel man. It looks like he's now hunting down members of the Red Dragon party.

When Haru hears this, he runs off back home. He finds his father, who is a member of the Red Dragons, and explains what's going on. Haru's father, Muhari, asks if Geld has a scar on his cheek. Haru says he did. Muhari explains that he was one of the leaders of the Red Dragon party, years ago. He was the one who gave Geld that scar.

Muhari then coughs up blood. He tells his son he's caused him nothing but trouble. Haru says that's not true, everyone in this town says he's fought for all of them. He says he's proud of his father. They then see some of the emperor's forces marching nearby. Haru suggests that they wait until it gets dark, and then leave this town. He tells his father to wait here, whilst he'll find a car.

As Haru runs off, Muhari coughs up more blood. He wonders if he will be able to run, when his body is like this. Back at the bar, the cloaked man overhears a conversation some guys are having. Whilst the celestial emperor's forces are running the show now, there is one group who oppose them: the North Star army. One guy says that the North Star army is an elite fighting force, led by Bat and Lin. And they're going strong against the celestial emperor's army!

Elsewhere in the town, Geld's forces arrive at a place where the remnants of the Red Dragon party gather. They throw dynamite at it, and then as the survivors stumble out of the building, they attack them.

Geld demands to know where Muhari is, and starts killing people who don't tell him. Nearby, Muhari has seen what is going on, and doesn't want the remaining Red Dragons to become martyrs for him.

Geld continues to torture people, but then Muhari calls out to him. Geld thinks it has been a long time, and says he became the executioner of this town to find him. He wasn't expecting him to come crawling out on his own. He wants to pay him back for the scar he gave him.

Muhari thinks that he doesn't know if he can win now, but as a member of the Red Dragon party, he'll keep fighting regardless of if he lives or dies. Geld attacks him with a spear, whilst Muhari uses a sword to defend himself. Meanwhile, Haru arrives back home with a car.

But he finds that his father is gone. Muhari's battle with Haru continues, but he coughs up blood again.

Geld goes on the attack again, as Muhari thinks he has no choice but to gamble this on a single strike. As Geld charges, Muhari jumps up.

But Geld then swings upwards, striking Muhari and defeating him. Haru sees what has happened, and runs towards his father.

News quickly reaches the bar about Muhari's defeat. Muhari tells his son show courage and be strong in this age, just like the Kenshiro of the North Star divine fist would be. He then passes away.

The cloaked man appears, and Haru tells him that his father was always brave -he's proud of him. Later on, the remaining Red Dragons get together to mourn Muhari. One of them says that Muhari gave his life to grant them the courage to fight. They decide to fight back, as they are being picked off one by one. As long as Geld is here, he'll keep hunting down the remnants of the Red Dragons, and there will be no peace until he's defeated. Haru is also present, and takes some dynamite.

At Geld's place, a soldier alerts Geld that the remnants of the Red Dragons are attacking. Outside, the Red Dragons have already set the place on fire, and enter the building. They encounter many soldiers inside, and start fighting with them.

However, the Red Dragons start taking heavy losses. One of Geld's guys goes to strike a man down, but he is stopped in his tracks when the cloaked man suddenly appears. The soldier suddenly finds that he can't move.

The other soldiers surround the cloaked man and want to know who he is. They get no reply, so they go to attack him. But the man does one kick...

...and jumps over them. The soldier's heads then explode. One of the Red Dragons asks the cloaked man to wait, asking who he is. But the cloaked man just walks off without saying a word.

Nearby, Haru has found Geld, and says he'll blow him to bits. One of the Red Dragons tries to stop him, saying he's too young to die. Haru says he's getting revenge for his father. Geld thinks Haru is a feisty one, and tells the rest of his men not to hold back just because he's a kid -kill him, along with everyone else. Haru tells Geld to prepare himself.

Geld tells him to wait, as it won't be that easy -he'll cut his hand off before he can light that dynamite. Haru tells him to go ahead and try it. Geld gets ready, but then a cloak gets thrown over him...

...as Kenshiro appears in the room! A soldier goes up to him, but Kenshiro punches him in the head. The soldier stumbles back, but his head the bulges up and explodes.

One of the Red Dragons thinks that martial art is the North Star divine fist. Geld orders his remaining men to attack, but as they charge, Kenshiro rips his jacket apart...

...and hits them all with several fast punches. The soldier's heads then all bulge up and explode.

Geld then notices the seven scars on Kenshiro's chest, and flips through his wanted posters. He realizes that this guy is Kenshiro!

Geld sees that Kenshiro is still alive, and thinks this is getting interesting. He believes the rewards he'll get for killing him will be never ending, and goes to attack. But Kenshiro grabs the tip of his spear, and breaks it in half.

Geld pulls a sword out, but Kenshiro warns him he can't cut him up with a weapon like that. Geld tells him to shut up, and attacks again. But Kenshiro jumps over him, and then...

...punches him down. Geld gets up, but Kenshiro hits him a second time, knocking him over. Geld gets up, and tells him that the celestial emperor will not forgive him. Kenshiro has one thing left to say to him:

OMAE WA MO SHINDERU

(You are already dead)

Geld's head and stomach bulge up and then blow apart, killing him. The Red Dragons says that once again, the savior is back in their world. Haru recalls his father's final words to him.

He goes up to Kenshiro and asks him if it's really him. Kenshiro nods and tells Haru to not ever forget his father's heart, and to be strong. Haru nods.

At the capital, Jako demands more light. A soldier then reports that someone has attacked a village near areas A and G, and their execution force was wiped out. Jako isn't concerned about some tiny rural village, and says to forget it. He then says it's dark -the celestial emperor hates the dark more than anything else, so he wants more light -make it brighter!
