Sara, Tobi and Bitsa have been put into a cell. Tobi demands to be released as the two people in here with him are Gods, but Ches shows up and tells him to be quiet. Seiji is in command now and he only takes orders from him. Sara tells Tobi that she feels she has seen Seiji somewhere before, but she can't quite remember. Just then Seiji walks in and has Ches open up the cell.

He enters it and takes Sara. Tobi tries to stop him, but gets beaten down. As Seiji leaves with Sara, he tells Ches to shut up the man, which he does by whipping him. Sara is taken back upstairs and thrown onto a bed.

Seiji intends to rape her and after taking off his own armor and shirt, he rips apart off her top, revealing her breasts. He then makes his move, but Sara has a plan of her own: she quickly hits a pressure point on his back!

She hit the "Kenshin" point which was meant to kill him, but Seiji just laughs. He now understands how her miracles work, but tells her that her techniques will not work against him, a Hokumon no Ken master. He then says that from today, everything in the world belongs to him. He then hits a point on her chest which makes her pass out.

Back at the battle, only one of the red fighters is still fighting, but his rapid punches mostly miss Kenshiro. Ken punches the man in his face, making him crash into the ground. He realises that his opponent is out of his league and Ken hits a pressure point on his head, which doesn't kill him, but it does end their fight.

The gates then open and several more people come out. The leader of these tells the three red fighters to stop, as it is pointless now. He then finds out that the intruder is Kenshiro, and from just looking into his eyes he knows that he must be the successor to Hokuto Shinken, the heir of their founder's martial art.

The leader of the Clifflanders is called Roushi. As day turns to night, Roushi takes Ken inside the dojo and explains to him that the Hokumon no Ken style was created 400 years a go by a man who was training in Hokuto Shinken, but failed to become the successor. Since that time, they have lived in these mountains away from society. One of the fighters then walks in and presents Kenshiro with a box, which contains the medicine he was after.

Ken still wants to know one thing: why are they all determined not to let anyone pass through here? Roushi reveals a large door with a nuclear hazard symbol on it and explains that these grounds were once used as a storage area for nuclear weapons. It is impossible to dispose of these weapons properly in this age, but some people want to get their hands on them and use them on their enemies. The Clifflanders don't want to let that happen and when they found out about the storage area, they created a new training ground to cover it up. They don't want anyone using the weapons and so refuse to let anyone through, killing any who won't go away.

Meanwhile, Ches checks in on the cell and believes that both Bitsa and Tobi have died. He opens it up and after seeing no movement, decides to have their bodies thrown out. He walks off to get someone to help him move them, but it turns out that Tobi isn't dead and he gets up. He's still weak from he earlier beating and stumbles around, looking for Sara. Meanwhile Roushi tells Kenshiro that before he heads back to Last Land, there is something he should know.

Their style is not meant for the outside world -but someone has broken this rule. A man known as Seiji learnt all of the Hokumon no Ken techniques within two years and then killed his master, before leaving this place and heading to Last Land. Some men were sent out to stop him, but they have not returned and Last Land has probably fallen under Seiji's control. They tell Ken that Seiji held a grudge against his father, a man known as Sanga. Ken departs from the mountains and heads back towards Last Land in his jeep. Roushi watches him depart and believes they won't have to worry -when someone breaks their rule, the North Star is meant to appear. The next morning in Last Land...

...Seiji is admiring the view when Sara appears, holding a dagger. She knows that Seiji's fighting style allows him to counter her pressure point knowledge, but this is war and she must try and fight against evil demons like him. She plunges her weapon into his back only for it to break, and have no effect on him at all. He turns around and grabs her, asking what she lives for. Affection and love are pointless, so he never shows these feelings. Everything he lives for he can obtain through fighting.

Sara notices scars on Seiji's neck and realises that she really has met him before. A long time a go when she was little, she was in a field when a young dog ran up to her. However the dog was wild and it's mother appeared and charged at her. Seiji saw this and put himself forward...

...and got bitten. He punched the dog off him but saw that even with wild dogs, the parents would protect their children. But he then thinks about how his own father left him to die. Back in the present, Sara confirms that Seiji got the scar from a dog bite.

Tobi returns to the cell and sees that his brother's condition is getting worse. He tells him that they must get out of here and that if they can get the villagers on their side, they will be OK. Meanwhile Seiji returns to his throne and sees another highlight of being in his father's position: girls. Tobi picks up Bista and they head out via the palace's sewers.

The next morning a couple of guards are on patrol when they are suddenly shot to pieces by a volley of arrows. Tobi leads a rebellion, saying that Seiji has injured their God, Doha, and he must pay. Soon a large battle breaks out between the villagers and Seiji's army.

Ches lets his master know about what is going on, but Seiji just tells him to get the rest of the army together and kill them all. With this rebellion crushed, Sanga's Last Land will be no more and his Last Land will begin. Sara is watching the carnage and hopes Kenshiro will return soon, when Seiji appears and says that the destruction is a beautiful sight.

He tells Sara that Tobi is leading the rebellion. He could just go down there and kill him to end the fight, but for now he is contempt with just watching them act like idiots. Sara asks him to stop the fight, but he refuses. As the battle rages on, Kenshiro is still on the way back to Last Land at top speed.
