At the Nanto capital, we get to see why it's such a great place: it isn't ruled by power-hungry fools, it is a place of freedom where people work hard together. Because of this people live their lives well, like in the days before the war. Inside the main palace Tou reports to her father that Hiruka and his men have been killed by Kenshiro, who is now back on his way to the capital. Raoh is still in the canyons and hasn't moved, but Juuza is going to return to him.

Just then the last General appears. Rihaku tells her that Juuza will surely defeat Raoh. The General wonders who will reach the capital first: Kenshiro or Raoh?

Juuza knows that if he returns to fight Raoh again, he will probably die. His gang arrive and want to go back to the canyon to finish Ken-Oh off for good, but he tells them that they aren't coming with him this time. This is his fight, he must do it by himself, so he forbids them to travel with him any longer. Saying goodbye, he tells them that he must move on and they must go forward and live their lives the way they want.

Meanwhile, Kenshiro and friends are getting a lift back to Fudo's village, which happens to be close to the Nanto capital. When they arrive the place looks deserted, but the orphans Fudo is looking after coming running out, pleased to see their father. But he suddenly starts to stumble and falls over. Ken reveals that he was hit in his back with several arrows during the fight with Hiruka.

Meanwhile, Raoh is waiting. Juuza arrives in the canyon alone and soon finds him. He gets off Kokuoh, who runs back to his real master, as Raoh asks Juuza if he has come back here to throw his life away. Maybe he has, but not without a good reason: Juuza gets lonely, so he figured that he could at least take Raoh to hell with him. Raoh tells his army to stay back.

Raoh likes the fact that Juuza makes his words sound believable, as he begins to charge up his fighting spirit. But Juuza then makes another bold move by destroying his armor.

He says that his self-taught style has no use for it and that by having it on, it can make a warrior weak. As Juuza also pulsates with energy, Raoh tells him to start the fight. Juuza dashes towards Raoh, and Raoh goes to hit him, but as he does this, his hands slip off Juuza's arms! Juuza has covered them with oil, and as Raoh's fists slide off, he is left wide open.

This was the opening Juuza was wanting to create, and he strikes his palms onto Raoh's chest. They burn with energy, then Juuza moves back as he reveals his special technique:

GEKIHEKI HAISUI SHOU!

(Strike-Wall Backwater Palm!)

The attack hits, but it isn't the fatal strike it should be as Raoh has worked out Juuza's fighting style: it is most effective at point blank range. So when he hit Juuza, he hit pressure points on his arms to make his attack not as powerful as it should be. It gets worse for Juuza though as his palms explode, so he cannot use the technique again. With Juuza in great pain and Raoh as powerful as ever, things aren't looking good.

Meanwhile Fudo is recovering from his wounds, but still wants to leave his village and take Kenshiro to the capital. However he clearly isn't in a good enough condition to do that, so Ken tells him to wait here, he will go by himself. Fudo still insists on going with him, but Ken tells him to stay in his village. He cannot leave the children alone again, he is the only thing they have. After realising what Kenshiro is saying is right, Fudo agrees to stay in the village as Ken turns to go. But Fudo then speaks again.

"Please wait, I have no reason to conceal this any longer...I will tell you who the last Nanto General is."

....

Back at the fight, Juuza gets back up and simply raises his arms out and then stays perfectly still, telling Raoh to go ahead and attack him. Raoh doesn't know what Juuza is up to and the troops think he has gone insane with fear, but Raoh decides to attack him anyway. Drawing his first right back, Raoh moves forward to punch Juuza as hard as he can.

"General...I made up my mind the moment I met you...I knew my life was no longer mine...this is the end!"

Juuza takes the full force of Raoh's punch, and he falls to the ground...but as he does, he suddenly smiles, turns over, and grabs one of Raoh's arms with his legs.

They both crash to the ground. Juuza intends to take away one of Raoh's arms. Raoh cannot believe it -is Juuza really going to give up his own life just to destroy his arm? Juuza thinks that it is a pretty good deal!

Juuza is determined to hold on, he just needs to hold this for a little longer. Raoh wants to know where he has got his determination from, what awakened him? Juuza says that everything he does is for the last Nanto General. Raoh wants to know who this General is but Juuza refuses to say, telling him that if he revealed that Raoh would just head there straight away. The last General is the last thing he desires, even if he conquered the heavens. Raoh wonders if he already knows this person.

Juuza says he has said too much and concentrates on trying to break Raoh's arm. However, Raoh tells him that he has underestimated the power of Ken-Oh, and proceeds to stop Juuza and lift him up into the air with just one arm alone.

"Ken-Oh's iron body never crumbles!"

"Never breaks!"

"Never yields!"

Raoh mocks Juuza, asking if this is all the power he has. Juuza continues to try and break Raoh's arm, but he puts too much pressure on himself. His shoulders crack open and blood pours out. He lets go of Raoh and starts to fall.

However, before he can hit the ground, Raoh strikes him in the back of his neck, hitting a pressure point:

HIKOU KAIAMON TENCHOU!

(Heaven's Gate Reveal!)

Raoh now has Juuza paralyzed and also has one question for him: who is the last Nanto General? Juuza says he won't reveal who it is but if he doesn't, he will die. Raoh's technique will cause Juuza to bleed to death unless he removes his fingers. Again, Raoh demands to know who the last Nanto General is.

Back with Fudo, the giant says that he and the other chariot stars have had to keep the identity of the last General secret for now, because if Raoh found out, he would immediately try to seize her. Yes -the last general is a woman. And at the Nanto Capital, the last General walks to the top of her palace, and starts to remove her helmet.

Raoh continues to torture Juuza. Juuza tells him to just kill him now as he will not talk, but Raoh refuses to grant him that request. Juuza continues to bleed heavily.

"The last General is...the last General is the woman you loved, Yuria!"

"Yu---Yuria?!"

It can't be, but it is! As the last General removes her helmet, it is indeed Yuria!
