The door to the boss is locked. To open it, you must complete 6 rooms, each of which is full of traps and challenges. Every time you complete a room, you will be returned here. Move to the very left and press up whilst in front of the first door to enter it.


ROOM 1

This room is full of small weapons in the walls, which launch arrows. There are also several spike beds to fall into if you aren't careful. Make your way to the right, carefully timing your jumps to avoid being hit by the arrows.

Some of the arrows are very difficult, maybe impossible, to avoid, so just try and move quickly to take as less damage as possible. At the end of the room, you'll come across a dragon statue which breathes fire at you. You can destroy this by shooting it in the head repeatedly. When you do this, the statue and part of the pillar it is on will collapse, revealing the exit to the room.


ROOM 2

This room is easier than the previous one. The only hazards are some spikes, several of which will shoot out of the floors and ceilings, but these are easy to avoid.

There is a part where you can either jump across or spider walk across a ceiling, but watch out for some spikes up there. Shoot down the dragon to reveal the exit.


ROOM 3

Room 3 just has small spikes, which don't move. But there are a lot of them, placed all over the floors and ceiling. The first half of the room is fairly straight forward.

Things get more difficult when some small platforms start appearing. When you step on these, they will fall down over a spike pit. But you'll have to use them to jump across to the right, avoiding the spikes on pillars and more spikes on the ceiling. The exit isn't far away after this.


ROOM 4

Inside this room there are several logs, which burst out of the floor or ceiling. If you get hit by these, you will be crushed and killed instantly.

You will have to use some of the logs to progress -when you land on them, they will move down until you move off them. They often move into either spike beds or bottomless pits. You'll be near the exit when you come across several logs that you have to jump across.


ROOM 5

When you enter this room, there is a large moving wall to the right of you. This wall will crush you if you don't move fast enough, so quickly head left and start making your way past the hazards. There aren't that many, and the first ones you'll come across are some columns with spikes on them.

They'll be a point where you drop down onto some platforms -move quickly off them as they will fall right over some spikes. Keep moving left to find the exit. The wall will come to a stop well before the exit, so you'll have plenty of time to destroy the dragon statue.


ROOM 6

The final room is fairly easy, with a few spikes and some of the samurai enemies who were last seen all the way back in the first round.

The only real hazard here are some platforms which will drop down when you touch them -these are positioned right above a bottomless pit, but as long as you move fast enough you won't have any trouble. The dragon statue isn't that far away from these falling platforms.


When all six rooms have been completed, the doors leading to them will be locked up. But the boss door is now open, so you can move through it.
