There are a few differences in the options menu:

-The prototype only has 27 BGMs to choose from, the final has 30. The prototype is missing the invincibility, alternate orb jingle and Dracula's defeat themes.
-The prototype only has 110 SEs to choose from, the final has 206.
-Quick demo has off or on options on the proto, the final has display or skip.
-The prototype lacks the "press start to exit" text the final has.
