Hellbat has been sent to a certain planet by Leozack. He wanders around and has a swarm of insects startle him.



He heads inside a cave, knowing that what he is looking for is around here somewhere. He also knows that that lousy Leozack is always giving him the weird jobs. Something then drops on his shoulder, and as he grabs it, he sees it is an insect -an insect he was looking for!



Hellbat returns to the Thunder Arrow, which is beneath the sea. He and Leozack report to Deszaras, but Deszaras is once again fed up of Leozack's schemes. Leozack promises that this time they have a weapon that is guaranteed to destroy Star Saber. Deszaras tells him to hurry up and show him.



Elsewhere in the ship, Gouryuu has a canister brought out, and Kakuryuu is very happy because it contains lot of insects. He loves insects, and he caught a lot of them on planet Dammar.




He, Gouryuu and Drillhorn enter Deszaras' chamber. Leozack explains that whilst Drillhorn was on Planet X, he heard rumors about the space insects known as Doriya. Hellbat cuts in and tries to impress Deszaras, saying he was the one who caught them and then some bred some more.



Leozack throws him out of the way and says that that Doriya can eat the metal of super-robot lifeforms. Leozack wants a demonstration, and Kakuryuu opens up the canister, unaware about what is going to happen. As soon as he removes the lid, the Doriya jump on him and start eating his body.



Drillhorn lures the Doriya back into the canister by placing a scrap of Kakuryuu's body into it, which the insects follow. Gouryuu takes Kakuryuu to be repaired, as Deszaras knows that these insects could easily be used to destroy the Cybertrons.



Outside Shuttle Base, Jean is training in the Illumina II with Victory Leo, and is trying to break a slab of rock, but he can't quite do it. Holi starts laughing at him and so Jean just ploughs into him instead, saying that you should always be on your guard at all times. Victory Leo agrees and says that Jean got Holi good for once this time.



Meanwhile Star Saber is out going to investigate an incident at a place called "Egg Rock" - the ruins there have been destroyed. The Cybertrons think that it might be something to do with that it was rumored oil was underneath the ruins, so the Destrons may have been trying to get at it for energy. He soon reaches his destination and heads down into a crater, but can't find anything of interest.



Suddenly four towers spring out of the ground above and activate a barrier. Star Saber finds that he cannot leave the crater, and the barrier drops down acid rain which starts to drain Star Saber of his energy. Deszaras and the rest of the Breastforce then appear, and Deszaras says that he's got a present for him.



Leozack then releases the Doriya and soon hundreds of them are inside the crater with the Cybertron leader, and start to crawl all over him. All he can do is try to wipe them off before they start to eat him, but with barrier in place he still can't escape as Deszaras explains that super-robot lifeforms are what the insects like to eat best.



Back at Shuttle base the Cybertrons are getting concerned, as they haven't heard anything from their leader for a while and cannot get through to him either. Blacker says that they'll have to go to Egg Rock and he, the other Brainmasters, Jean and Holi blast off in Galaxy Shuttle. Victory Leo also heads out in his space fighter mode, leaving the Multiforce to keep trying to contact Star Saber at the base.



As the Cybertrons arrive, the Brainmasters charge forward but are noticed by Hellbat. Hellbat operates a barrier canon which shoots a beam that severely limits the movement of any Transformer it hits. Both Blacker and Laster are hits by it and they can't make it past Hellbat, so they withdraw and explain the situation to Victory Leo. He says that he'll destroy one of the towers, as this should switch off the barrier whilst they distract Hellbat. The Brainmasters charge for a second time.



Hellbat and Drillhorn send out their Breast Animals to deal with them, and as Victory Leo moves forward, he gets blasted. Jean sees that the others are in trouble and also charges, so Hellbat starts shooting at him also.



Strangely Illumina II doesn't seem to be effected by the beam, but Victory Leo takes Jean back. The Cybertrons re-group, and wonder what just happened. Laster realises that because Jean's mecha isn't made out of super-lifeform material like Transformers are, then this particular type of beam won't effect it. This means that Jean is the only one who can get through that barrier.



The Brainmasters go out to distract Drillhorn and Hellbat again, as Victory Leo and Jean head towards the barrier. Jean jumps through the barrier, creating a massive hole in it. Victory Leo jumps through, but then the barrier closes up again, leaving him trapped inside the crater which Star Saber and the Doriya. Some of the Doriya head towards Victory Leo, he goes to squash them, but Star Saber tells him not to as their blood melts the Cybertron's metal.



The insects seem to have no interest in Jean though, and completely ignore him. Deszaras wonders how that runt got through the barrier, but Leozack says it doesn't matter -Jean can't do anything by himself, and all he's done is bring Victory Leo in to be destroyed. As the rest of the Breastforce fight the Brainmasters, Hellbat comes up with a good idea. He has his Breast Animal carry over some canisters filled with Doriya.



Several canisters of Doriya are dropped all over the Brainmasters, which crack open and the contents quickly attacks them. Meanwhile, Jean is trying to blast the Doriya off with Illumina II's exhaust fumes, but there are just too many.



However Star Saber sees this and gets an idea: the Doriya seem to also be attracted to the heat the Cybertrons emit, so he tells this to Victory Leo. Victory Leo activates his freeze beam, and the Doriya are frozen and cannot move. Victory Leo then blasts Star Saber, and all the Doriya on him curl up and drop off.



They then try to get out of the barrier, but only Jean can make it through - Star Saber and Victory Leo are still trapped. Jean runs towards one of the towers and before the Destrons can stop him, he rams into it a few times until it breaks. This deactivates part of the barrier, and Star Saber unites with Victory Leo to transform into Victory Saber, who soon gets out of the crater. He decides to pay back the Destrons.



Victory Saber quickly takes down Leozack and Drillhorn, but Deszaras is still at large. Deszaras attacks with his mace, but a single shot destroys the weapon and also pieces through his body.



Deszaras lands near the crater, as Victory Saber tells him to realise his power. He blasts Deszaras with such force he gets knocked into the crater.



Victory Saber then shoots out the other towers, completely destroying both them and the barrier. Deszaras transforms and retreats, as do the other Destrons. Later on the Cybertrons all thank Jean, and Laster says he is a true Cybertron warrior.
