This storyboard wanted the Sweeps to be present during this shot, but they aren't seen in the movie.
Notice how Galvatron's line was "quarter him" on the storyboard. In the movie, he says "terminate him".
In what is probably the most well-known change in the movie, these storyboards reveal that Ultra Magnus was originally supposed to be quartered by the Sweeps. It is widely believed that this sequence was animated, but was later changed due to it being deemed as too violent. In the movie, Magnus is instead shot several times, and then explodes.
The Marvel comic book adaption of the movie features Magnus getting quartered.
This shot, which would have been shown after Galvatron says he will make Unicron his slave, was cut. It was replaced with a shot of Unicron roaring instead.
