Ryu fights Sagat, whilst Ken tracks down Donu.

Synopsis

Ryu and Sagat start fighting, with Ryu trying to use Muay Thai. The prisoners start making bets on who is going to win, but Nuchi intervenes -not to put a stop to the betting, but to demand he gets a 50% cut! After taking several hits from Sagat, including his powerful tiger knee, Ryu switches to his own fighting style, and is able to make Sagat stumble. Sagat wishes he's been able to fight Ryu all those years ago, if he had, he could still be the champion.

He recalls that he was visited by Han, one of Ashura's agents. Han tried to get him to throw a fight for money, but he refused, and then beat him up. However, sometime later, Sagat was then setup for possession of drugs, which some police "found" during a raid of his home. Back in the present, Sagat calls off the fight. This angers Nuchi, since he's lost his cut. He demands Sagat kill Ryu, but Sagat refuses. Nuchi pulls out a gun and threatens to kill both of them...

...but he gets taken down instead. Meanwhile, Donu meets up with Zochi, the don of the Ashura. Zochi is not happy with Donu's recent antics, but then they see that Ken is following them. After a chase through some streets, Zochi's car hits Ken's bike, so Zochi tells Donu to check that Ken is dead. But when he gets out of the car, Ken attacks him. Donu manages to get away with Zochi, but not before Ken manages to take his black mask from him.

Later, Ken calls Dorai and updates him on what's going on. Dorai says he will be coming to Thailand soon, and faxes Ken everything he has on the Ashura. Mr. Masters then calls Ken, and says he has arranged for Ryu to be released from prison on bail -but he most not leave the country until his trial. Ryu is freed, and has to leave Sagat behind at the prison. As Ryu and Ken head off, Ken passes Ryu Donu's mask, and says he most likely knows where the Ashura are thanks to Dorai. Ryu tells him they'll pay the Ashura a visit.
