Video

The film was released on video in 1995, and only in Japan. It was available to purchase at Romantopia Fujiwara-kyo '95, a festival celebrating Japan's former capital. Capcom were a partner for this festival, and the video was exclusively on sale at the event. Because of this, the film remained highly obscure for years, and the video has become a bit of a collector's item.

DVD

The film was re-released in 2004 on DVD, as part of a box set. In addition to the DVD, the box set also includes the entirety of Masaomi Kanzaki's Street Fighter II: Ryu manga, collected into a single volume. Again, this was only released in Japan.
